I didn't drive more than 10 miles but was charged $10 dollars for gas which was not my experience with previous rentalsHenry L.
Not sure if this is the personnel at this location, or if it is a U-Haul policy, but I was not given nor offered a return receipt, which seems odd to me. When I asked for one, they said it wasn't normal to do that, and looked at me like I was crazy for asking for one. Still, none was offered. I had to call uhaul and ask for one, and finally one was emailed to me. Seems like a receipt for the successful return of the equiPAUL D.

Custom service needs to be more friendly and more helpful I rented a truck today and they give me the key and told me to go find the truck instead of helping you not only that I told the person who was helping that the car was beeping and the oil on the dashboard was on and they told me it was normal the beeping was annoying I will never rent a truck from therevictor M.

You wrongly charged me for 2 gallons of gas when I returned the truck exactly as I took it. Now I have to waste my time arguing about $17. It's disgusting, and I am very confused why you would do this to your customers. I have had trucks I rented for over a week in the past, yet you try to rip me off to try to make a little more profit for this short term rental. I took pictures of the mileage and gas gauge, and will write some informative reviews online if this is not resolved.Michelle P.

Straps for my car hauler that I rented from you guys ripped so I had to purchase extra straps to tie down my car. It was either buy $80 dollar straps or drive an extra 100 miles just to get a different trailer from you guys.David R.
I didnt get the same cargo van that I ordered but it all turned out. Please note though that the gas gauge isn't working right. When I picked up the van, it was showing 3/4 full. When I filled the tank prior to returning it, 3/4 tank was all it would take. It should have read full at that point. Plus, on the flip side, I was concerned of the gauge reading as almost empty while on the road. Oh.. my last name is spelled wrong on my receipt. One other note, When I first called in to made the reservation, I was sent the confirmation # via text. I went to your website to confirm however, my reservations never loaded. I logged into your website several times over the course of a couple days, but still, nothing ever showed. Your customer service folks confirmed the reseravation.Scott P.

I'm very excited that I can come back to this location and expect over the top service . On this visit I received a warm smile from Kim as soon as I walked in. She was very helpful throughout the entire transaction. It's Very comforting to know this location is under new management. Customer service at this facility is TERRIBLE. Every time I have used it, they complain that their computer is â€œglitchingâ€. I use the online check in to make the pick up fast and easy but it never fails, when I arrive, they still need to ask me all of the same info I've already answered in the online check in. This past Friday morning, there was ONE PERSON on site, and after doing the online check in, it still took about 40 minutes for me to get the truck and trailer I'd reserved. That one person was Kim and customer service IS NOT her specialty. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. She never once looked at me when she was speaking to me. I will never use this location again if I can avoid it.Caylor S.

Pick up was smooth. Drop of just okay. Stood by sigh for several minutes as the sign says to wait there. Had to go in and get the one guy there with no other customers around. He was pleasant enough though.Craig T.
If This location sees that all its vehicles are booked that day then why didn't they have enough staff to help all its customers? What was there only one person handling everything. Plus the app absolutely sucks. Ordering and check out was completely futile. And, I was charged for pads I never received, and was charged for a dolly that I never requested, received nor used.Sean B.

I would like to give kudos to the girl that was working alone in the office early on Saturday morning dealing with a pretty long line of reserved renters wanting to check in and be on their way. Not to mention another customer wanting her to drop everything and tend to his needs of making his rental "box" available to him so he can get it loaded. She was one person. We were many. She handled the situation with calm and professionalism. Taking care of all of us with a smile and respect. She deserves a raise! Or at the very least... another co-worker to assist with a busy weekend morning with a long check in line and other misc. duties. She did an excellent job and I want her to know I noticed and appreciated her efforts. I'm renting another truck in the morning to complete my move. This location has always done right by me. The staff I spoke with were always polite. However the system is terrible, no one communicates. I had a ubox and everytime I called I was on the phone for at least an hour and was transfered multiple times to try and get access to my ubox. I only had it for 5 months and I tried to get access 2xs, both times it took and hour to schedule and they did not have the box available when they said they would. So both time I took time off from work for no reason at all. Fed up with the services, I r ried to schedule a day to remove all of my stuff and after another hour and several transfers, I was given the wrong date and time and no one knew what happened. So I called again and after another 40 monutes on the phone I rescheduled , rhey were supposed to call me the day before with a time, but they didn't. The day of I had multiple people waiting ti help me and a truck so I called again and waited , finally someone found my ubox and luckily I was able to tell my friends the new time and they were able to help still. I will never work with uhaul again. It was ridiculously overpriced and so difficult to even get my belongings. The staff were great, but your process of ubox is not. Train more people to do and know more VS more people with very specific job responsibilities, lesson the time wasted on the phone transferring to multiple people to find the one person who know what to do.Samantha M.

This has been the worst storage and uhaul rental experience I've had out of all the times I've used Uhaul over the years. Honestly I'll never use Uhaul again because of it. The one way rental process was terrible. No one on the corporate side could figure out how to put the drop off location I requested. It took 4 phone calls to get someone that could do it. I went to the storage location and requested if they could they said to call corporate. After finally reaching someone who knew anything they inform me I have to drop it off by 9am on the due date. The documentation didn't mention the 9am time so I planned to drop off after work. But since I'd get charged an extra day I changed my meeting schedule so that I could come drop off the truck at 7am. Which I did. However. When I arrived there was only one employee who was cleaning a truck out. The drive was blocked. So I had to sit and wait 10 mins before I could pull in and drop off the truck. I dropped off the truck gave him the keys. And then a week alter get a bill for an extra day truck rental. He did not check it in until after 2pm thus I got charged an extra day because they don't do things timely at this location. I went in 3 times! Trying to get them to credit me. I emailed them(no response. . Called them. Every time they said the manager was out and couldn't do it themselves. I gave up and let them keep my. Money. I had a storage unit there. That I was slowly moving things out over about 4 car loads. EVERY single time I went there was only one employee always busy outside of the building so I had to stand and wait 10-15 minutes to get my "white lock" key to access my own stuff. They need help. Very poorly managed facility that needs staffing increases or changes. Clearly they need the money they stole from me for the extra rental day more than I do, hopefully they use it to help pay for additional staffing.justin m. | Overall Experience
