Make sure to double check vehicle for defects. I had to point out a wiper blade was damaged. Also, if there's snow on top, please clean without customer having to ask. Truck wasn't completely clean when picked up, but not too bad. Otherwise, staff was very accommodating and helpful!Michael B.
Have the equipment that was reserved available & if not then notify renter the day before. Apparently it's supposed to be confirmed by 6 pm night before, mine was confirmed & still not available. Employee did not know why.Lauren D.
Everyone was a great help! Rusty (Mr. Cooper) was on site today and helped explain a couple billing questions for me upon returning and checking the truck in with Skylar, who also handled himself with amazing efficiency! Travis helped me get set up with my units and truck with great ease and was very informative along with passing on a wonderfully written Christmas flyer by CEO E.J. Shoel. The trailer had dirt and debris left in it. We waited for 5min in the lot for the attendant to come hook up a 7x12 trailer. Then we hooked it up ourselves just in time for him to appear. Then he tells us we can't do that, so he stood there while my husband (a disabled vet) unhooked everything. Then he hooked everything back up the exact way my husband had done it on the 1st place.LORI GENEVIEVE D.

I reserved auto transport after being told it would be there the night before when I went to pick it up it was not there. They told me I could pick one up at another dealer and when finished I could return it there. When I went to return it there, they wanted $350 return fee 7 times the rental fee.Gerald N.

Your reservation system is horrible. I've been to four locations in the past few months. It's the reservation system and your corporate model that needs work. The poor employees have to deal with all the schedule mishaps and you can tell it wears on them. They don't want to be friendly because they've been burned so many times.JONATHAN B.

Thomas is great and I hope he can get more good help. My original reservation was switched from SLT to Reno (1.5 hr away), which should be better communicated and not an automatic change. My move was delayed 3 days due to this. The SLT did a great job. Marina was understanding and did her best to solve the issue.Paul P.

When we arrived, there was only one attendant. He did a great job with us while juggling many customers. The customer ahead of us was difficult and rude. The attendant apologized many times for any delay and was efficient considering the circumstances.Kelly N.

When I leave the equipment in the office. The person was rude to me. Days later I received a bill for $ 14.51 for gasoline charges, by the way, before leaving the equipment, I made sure to put gasoline in the truck as it was delivered to me. Tried calling the office to report this but never got a response. It was the same person (who received the truck) who answered the call saying that he could not help me.JOSE F.

Thomas was especially helpful. We were so glad that the reservation we had made on 7/2 for a 5x10x10 unit was still available when we arrived on 7/11. We had been told at reservation we would not be charged until we moved in and we weren't. We were SO thankful fir the carts and the level of security. Several years ago when an electric gate was broken for many days at the Public Storage in San Jose we and others had our units burglarized.
