The only problem I had during my time at this facility is that the employees park blocking the exit. If you're taking things out of the storage unit in the building and they're parked in the exit and cleaning or inspecting a returned vehicle then we're stuck waiting for them to finish. I waited 20 minutes for them to move a truck so o could leave. It was 2 employees this particular day, an employee and the manager.

Alan H.While the rental associate was kind and helpful, the detailer woman was rude and insisted that it was my fault that the website was giving errors, the starting mileage was 100 miles off and the gas tank started with 1/8 a tank not 1/4 even though I notified the associate of this at the beginning of the rental. Luckily I took photos to verify that the starting info was incorrect. I don't understand the reason for the attitude at return and will not rent from this specific location again.

Tiffany M.I was given a list of 3 drop off locations and was told I could drop off at any of them. When I went to drop it off I was told it had to be dropped off at a different location and that I would be fined for an incorrect location if I didn't take it somewhere else.

Eva M.Ann Williams was not great to deal with. She suggested a third party moving Company by the name "Pack Rats". She told me that "Pack Rats" would call me by the end of the day on Thurs. (03/30). I did not hear from them. So I called "Pack Rats" on Fri.(03/31) @ 8 AM in the morning. The rep. from that company said that they never heard from Ann Williams at U-Haul & that I was not in there system. She said that they could not fit me in as they were committed to other jobs that day. Not convenient at all as Fri. (03/31) was my moving day. I had to be out of my apartment that day by Midnight. I broke my right foot on Tues. (03/28) so I was in dire need of help. So Ann Williams of (U-Haul) did not do her job. I called that store location repeatedly (#419-382-5155) that morning & she did not answer. I kept getting rerouted to a corporate person at U-Haul & explained my situation. It was frustrating. Then, Moving Help of U-Haul, referred me to Moving Masters. Brandon of Moving Masters called me immediately at around 8:30/8:45 AM on 03/31. He said he would be to my home at 1:30 - 2 PM to begin the move that was only 10 minutes across town. I tried calling Moving Help (they were still open Arizona Time) & was placed on hold for 30 minutes to explain what was going on. I eventually hung up as not one answered. Moving Masters showed up at 6:15 PM. 4 + hours late. I understand if someone is 30 - 60 minutes but 4 hours is ridiculous. After a bad day I returned the truck at around 10 PM. I spoke to a U-Haul rep around 9 PM that night & he extended the drop off time until Saturday @ Noon- 12:30 PM. I mistakenly left my "boot" in the U-Haul truck for my broken foot. Very limited driving was done, however, I failed to put $15 of gas in the truck before returning on Fri. night. When I arrived on Saturday (04/01) at 8 AM to get my boot & I asked Ann Williams if I could take that truck out to put $15 of gas in it (btw it was not all the way half full when I initially took the truck out on Friday at Noon). She said I could not take the truck back out to put gas in it. Her attitude towards me from the beginning until the end was not positive. I wanted to use the other U-Haul location in that 43614 zip code (Byrne Rd.) that I used just 12 months ago but I was unable to do so. Overall, this was not a good experience with U-Haul or the third party (Moving Masters) I was referred to. Things went much better one year ago with the U-Haul staff on Byrne Rd. within the same zip code in Toledo.

ashley F.We went to your U Haul rental on S Detroit and Glendale in Toledo Ohio . Your employee by the name of Tywanda was the most inefficient person in customer service. We took photos both my husband and myself. Because we didn't confirm who would be doing the vehicle. My husband's photo kept coming back as not being clear. We got to the driver's license and that went through . After all that we were told that he had to take more head shots. My husband had to retake 5-6 head shots. My husband became so irritated that he walked out of the store. Fortunately a employee by the name of Bree came over to assist us and personally took my husband's head shot and made it happen for us. My suggestion is for your company to train your employees to help your customers and make it happen by taking the time to explain to the customer and walk and aid the customer. Due to the fact your system has some questionable procedures problems. Thank you Ms. Bree for noticing that your co worker was equipped to assist us properly.

The only suggestion I'd have for any similar business would be in the winter months it would be nice if the trucks were cleared of snow & ice before pick up.

Flooring was being redone in the lobby area which I had to walk to three different entrances to find out where the rep was working from. If I didn't need a truck because for short notice job, I would've went somewhere else. The customer service representative was very friendly and knowledgeable, which made me want to rent from this location.
james M.You should tell the person who's renting the truck up front that if you touch the dolly in the truck, you will be charged 7 dollars. Because I was charged 7 dollars and I didn't use it.

Robert L.Stop the checkout routine with the apps and picture taking etc. The staff barely knew what they were doing and I had to go through it 3 times, still didn't work. Then staff tried twice. It took almost a half hour to finally get the truck. It is a pathetic and ridiculous procedure. I won't rent from UHaul again.
stephen T.None of the workers explained anything and just expected us to know what to do. When we dropped off we sat outside in the cold for 15 minutes, decided to go inside to ask if everything was okay and all the employees were just standing around talking and acting like nothing was happening. Felt like they either forgot about us or were just going to let us stand out there all day if we didn't come inside. When we picked up the equipment there was only one worker and she did great despite the fact that it got really busy at noon but she kept walking away and coming back without saying a word and it was a half an hour after our reserved time that we actually got our truck.

William W.I don't think the security is as good as it should be during the day and also when the facility is locked up, I don't think there's anybody watching. During the day when people are working there, I think they have too many things to do at the same time. I do try to be nice and they try to be helpful but people cannot do five things at once. with better prices much better prices so I think we may move because of the price situation also, not sure the doors are fully secure at night and even during the day. in the scope of their duties, everyone who works there really is as helpful as they possibly can be but I think each one of them needs an assistant -it's not them it's the nature of the business - you have no idea what the public is like and there are a lot of rather rough people that come in and their circumstances are difficult so they are already pretty stressed.

One and only complaint is the storage locker monthly fee kept rising dramatically even for long term customers.

Didn't realize it costs 100 to use the dumpster. Went inside and told them I had thrown some of my garbage belongings in and asked how I could get them out. They laughed and offered me no help. Like a ladder or something would've done. I have a bad back. Then when we (my parents) asked how to cancel the unit use they said the manager wouldn't be in til the next day. So I called this morning and they said try back Monday. I was so bummed they had lied After my mom spoke to them somehow a manager was able to help. Let's just say I'm glad I'm out of U-Haul and I won't be referring anyone to them

Unfortunately I can not remember their names:/ any concern I had the daughter reassured me and made this the best experience I ever had with uhaul, or any other moving company for that matter. I was highly impressed on how busy they were and yet the daughter was able to keep up and make everyone still feel like only they had all of her focus. The daughters service was definitely a 10/10. Thanks to her, I will gladly recommend this location to all of my friends and family!

It mysteriously turned up by the dumpster a week later with all of the cash missing. The manager refused to look at the security tapes to see how it got there. There was no time for anyone except a staff member to take the purse out of the truck.
