Excellent experience. The truck was rented at last minute because another UHaul location were I had a reservation only had a raggedy 26ft truck available that wasn't fit to operate. I hated that I had to travel so far out of my way but it ended-up being worth it. The truck was like brand new. It handled like a dream. And, the customer service was excellent.

I had such a difficult time with the pick up at an independent gas station dealer, Valero. It took nearly two hours to straighten out the problem but thanks to the folks at the Pleasant Hill location and Victoria at the Snellville location everything worked out so much better! I’m grateful that she was there because it’s clear she’s very experienced and great with customers. Thank you so much

The guy that assisted me was great. The issue is that I was told I had a reservation at 9:00 a.m and when I arrived at store I was told there were none available. I called back and was told one would be available at 4:00. We needed it so it worked out. We returned the truck Sunday evening. On Monday I called to see if everything checked out okay. I was told yes and that contract was closed. Later that afternoon I received a call that the dolly was missing. It was not. My husband assured me he returned it. Later I called back and was told there was a mix up with the type of Dolly we revived. It was a stressful experience for me.

Customer Service was poor. Did not have one of the items on my web order and just got a shoulder shrug, they did not have any. I HAVE NEVER RENTED A UHAUL WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO GET AN APPLIANCE TRUNK!! Well will not be a problem in the future.

The staff and manager need more training in customer service. The manager was immediately on the defense about something I was bringing to her attention. I was not looking for compensation but she assumed I was.

The clerk who hitch the trailer to my truck did improperly ( wrapping the pigtail harness trailer neck which got pinch and blow out a fuse in my truck which I had to replace out my own pocket ) also one of the trailer tire was low(20psi) which I paid out pocket too correct, in total this trip that should have taken 6-7 hours ended up taking 10 hours to complete. I have pics. A $50 credit back to my credit card would greatly be appreciated for out of pocket expenses and excessive travel time

Please Don't put your Credit card on their system the will deduct all the money you have in the card they deducted $1700 from mu account and when called UHaul they are saying u drove 1400 miles in 12 min which is humanly not possible. Please don't trust them i will have to dispute the transaction will never rent UHaul in my life again. They are fraudsters.

Teach your staff some customer service etiquette and politeness. The young man on duty possesses little to no customer service skills and was so abrupt. He never explained why Customers have to go into the parking lot and search for the vehicle he/she just rented. He also greeted his customer with a threat of reservation cancellation although customer arrived within the timeframe for renting. He callously ate at the customer service desk, very unprofessional. Is there no area for employees to eat their meal?

I purchased a hitch arm and ball. The guy helping me checked the fit on my vehicle and asked me if it was ok. I felt like he should've known if it was acceptable. He also didn't discuss the details of the drop off location which resulted in me driving to three locations before finally getting the equipment dropped off.

the automatic debit card was apparently inop...but they have others two at same location..a very young man take my card information even the security code..as soon a left the window hi start to text some..make you feel not confortable...to return the equipment the Wi-Fi don't work well..i call the company..keep me in hold close 20 minutes...transfer my call to other line..another 5 minutes waiting...not results..thhey don't show interest on customer..and blame the Covid19 for their lack of proffesionalism.

I wasn't able to physically be at the storage unit the 1st week I purchased it. And employee told me that they would lock the unit and have the key at the front office when. I came in to get the key to load up the storage unit and waiting in line for an hour. Once I got to speak to an employee, they told me that they couldn't get the key that was supposed to be at the front desk for me, I had to wait for the other employee, who was currently practicing horrible social distancing skills by using customers cell phone to get information about booking a storage unit. Instead of just giving me the key, they told me that I'd have to wait longer than the hour that I already waiting, for a key I already paid for, that was supposed to just be at the front office. I left. I had other pressing matters to handle on top of dropping off all my clothes to the storage unit I already paid for. This has completely altered my moving processes. I just want the key to the unit I paid for so that I can access it.
