The woman that checked us out tried to tell us there wasn't a one-way trailer rental available before she even looked. We stayed out and she reluctantly checked the system for what we needed. Meanwhile she tried to talk us into leaving. She was not friendly or helpful. Once she finished her search she found a one way trailer rental for us and we were able to check out. The individual that helped us attach the trailer was friendly and helpful. He quickly attached the trailer and we were on our way.JOSE M.

I did the contactless pickup, my rental was not were it was listed. And when I had To speak to an associate even they couldn't give me correct details about were it was. So I wasted 20-30 minutes at this store because the line was long and then had to have an associate go all the way to the back of their lot (which I asked originally if that was were I needed to go and was told no). The truck had damage from previous drivers, seemed like there was a draft in the cab, very noisy, not familiar will driving such a large truck but the reverse kicked back very hard.Rachelle M.

The only thing I was displeased with was that we had reserved our truck a month or more in advance from a location near our home and it ended up not being available and we had to drive an hour away for a truck a day later. I originally thought that i needed a van for one day. But due to circumstances not even in my control i needed it for two days more. I was charged 189.00 and not even an explanation why. The "manager" i think her name is "Brenda", Was very unprofessional, was yelling at me saying i gave false information when i gave the company my alternate contact info. I gave them my friends moms number ( bcuz i didnt know his) they were with me the whole time.. So how is this actually false info. ? Then she was gossiping to another little girl as she stood behind my car BLOCKING ME FROM LEAVING.. There hasn't ever been someone who was in my position before? Come On!! I had to wait till my landlord who lied under oath in court btw .. Would let me in the apt to get my belongings.. As refused because she too is negligent at her employment description and violated numerous laws in regards to Renters Rights. What is the problem? The company has my debit card on file. How can the bill jump from $50.03 to almost $200? Even with miles over? This experience is humiliating!! I was treated like a piece of crap infront of other employees as well as customers.. I do not make fun of her bcuz of her weight why she gotta cross the line? I have been a customer for decades as have my whole family. Idk who she thinks she is but i am definitely disputing these charges for many reasons. I am disabled on top of this and people such as myself do not get treated fairly. We are targeted for Disability Discrimination. I was not even given the opportunity to explain anything.. I even put the gas in more than i was informed and this "woman" still over charged me.. I would not use u box again every time I had to call I had to be put on hold to have my box delivered for about 30-40 mins. So I had to plan my time to call around appointments and around my kids. And then I I told them to pick it up so I would not be charged. They said they were full and I would not be charged for the next month. In the past I used budget for cross country moves. This time I had a local move and used Uhaul. I was astounded by the cleanliness of the truck cab, and the truck bed! I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his staff. The young lady who seems to be in charge when Steve isnt there is amazing as well. We had some tough times because of Covid like thousands of other people. They were so kind and helpful and so willing to work w us on anything we needed. I work in the service industry and these two people made uhaul look like the best company for moving hands down. They both deserve recognition and raises. This is for uhaul in general and not location specific. Uhaul needs to get more organized. For long distance rentals, having 2 days prior to confirm reservation is ridiculous. I got screwed out of a 6x12 box trailer for a reason that made no sense and ended up having to get a 5x8 box trailer. Uhaul needs to up there game and employeesDaniel D.

We did an online reservation and it was bit frustrating to make sure you did not add something you did not want. We had one change to make when we arrived to pick up the trailer at the location. You should have a question about Uhaul corporate. Because it sucks. My reservation was a cluster and no one reached out to me. And the hold time for assistance was over 30 min. Then I was called by the local branch and told my truck was overdue (it wasn't). And I couldn't reach anybody because of hold times to resolve it. HORRIBLE experience with Uhaul corporate.Monica B.

They gave me absolutely NO help in securing my truck to the heavy car trailer. I have never done this before and they knew that. Old grouchy man running the counter was pissed off, apparently, because I accidentally locked truck keys in cab of truck and he had to cu met a spare key. This was after I spent 8 hrs of packing and loading the truck by the way, then returned to the yard to hookup the trailer and load my truck for the first leg of a 2 day drive to Arizona from that U haul dealer. Good thing nothing happened to me or my truck or I or my attorney would own that dealership.....myles M.

Not a good experience. Picked it up and returned it after hours the same day and tried to do the after hours return but couldn't figure it out, tried to call the help line and they never answered. Then they tried to charge me for 3 days . And called the store and spent over an on the phone with them and the store manager sent me an email saying they would refund me 2of the 3 days. Oh and did I mention that they had flagged my name because they said 10 years ago I owed them $63.53 for an unpaid rental that my drivers license was linked with. So I paid it because I needed the truck to move and no other places where open to rent from, mind you I had rented several times since 2011. As late as last year. And had no mention of the bill before. I don't know if I will use them ever again because if this horrible experience and the poor customer care I received.Samuel D.

I was told I was caught up on payments with u guys on the 25th A woman calls me from the store on the 27th and says that 'I better fucking bring the truck back because it's been reported stolen. Then the manager gets on the phone, tells me he is tired of trying to get a hold of me. He called a few times, I didnt answer. Came up as spam. Rejected the call. He goes onto say that' you cant just pay when u get the money', insinuating that I didnt have the funds to pay. My card doesnt have a limit! It's a business card guys. Keep in mind the last time I talked with them, I changed my card information and they said they would bill it, if I didnt show up to return the truck. This conversation happened on the 25th. I rented it for almost a month at this time. They kept trying to bill the wrong card. So instead of being accountable, they just made it where he wont do business with me at his location. This company is the worst company and I will never use them again. The truck was clean when I got it and I returned it with no problems. My hill however from renting it from 3/17 to 3/25 was over $1,000! I will never ever give them my business again. The mikes I started with was 125696.0 and the mileage I left them with was 126101.0. I traveled to vernal and back and considering I'm a single mother with two kids I wasn't able to unload the truck til my sitter was available so they charged me daily for the truck sitting there. They charged me $400 alone for the mileage. They well made their money!! I hope nobody else uses this company cause they will rip you offNicole V.

Uhaul did not have the trailer that I rented a week in advance. I had to get a smaller trailer instead. I wasn't able to bring everything I wanted on my move for this reason. When I had the hitch installed at Uhaul, they forgot to install the ball, ball mount, and pin. They also forgot to leave my car key inside the car.
