I originally reserved a 6x12 enclosed trailer. The day before, they changed my reservation to an open trailer. I got there, had already done the check in the night before to speed things up. It still took over a half an hour, also the exact trailer I needed and reserved was sitting on the lot. The did have a smaller enclosed trailer that I ended up getting ( I asked when they called if it was possible to switch to the next size down enclosed and they said no. Anyway, they get me the 5x8 enclosed, even though the one I wanted and requested was sitting right next to the one smaller one they were giving me, they said it wasn't available. We bring the smaller trailer back 7 hours later and the big trailer is still sitting there. That trailer would have made a world of difference in how much extra time and work we had to do today. I was not a fan of the "reservation" system. The employees were okay, just seemed like only one knew what she was doing. Also threw off my whole schedule for the day, we were there at our scheduled reservation time and even did online check in and we still didn't get out of there for almost a half hour.

Please remove the UHaul sign from the other location on South 169 highway. Also remove reference to them on the web site. That location was selected as being more convenient to me. The staff at that location had zero knowledge, and zero equipment. A worthless option.

I made a reservation to pick up a trailer and still wait over 40 minutes when I arrived…… then had to show the help how to hook the trailer up. When I returned there was 1 person in the office with an office full of customers so I had to wait another 30 mins to drop the trailer off. The trailer worked great but the person to person experience has a lot of room for improvement

I drove this U-haul 5 miles total I took a picture of the low fuel gauge they charge me 5 gallons in gas I drove his vehicle 5 miles and my reciept states so as well I should be reimbursed for the fuel they charged me!!!!

Uhaul rental tow dolly was in excellent shape and did the job well. Only problems that I had with the rental is getting hold of someone to answer the phone at the store or at the Uhaul 1800 number. I have rented a few times at the same store and they are very friendly and work hard to serve the customer, but I believe that the store could use more staffing up front. I know that there is problems hiring right now so I understand the situation, but I have noticed that when you go in the store, there isn't always someone available at the counter. As for the 1-800 number to Uhaul, I'm pretty dismayed that I was put on hold for over 15 minutes before I gave up on getting my reservation corrected. What if my call was an emergency about their equipment? Need to do better Uhaul! Overhaul, I would recommend this store and U-hauls equipment.

When we went to pick up the guys in there was very nice had no problem with them, but the girls that was there when we got back where very rude. They called to make sure I was going to be on time which ok fine but hung up on me while I was talking . We had trouble with the gas gauge and it wasnt working so we had to fll it up and I was trying to tell her and she hung up on me. Then we pulled up and we heard her from outside there here. So we went in side and was standing there like your suppose to and she yells out to you have a reservation and she knew we just brought the uhaul back because she already had the receipt ready and just handed to us didnt ask if everything was fine or let us tell about the gas gauge. The inside of the store was nice though it was just the people rude. I dont need to be treated like that .

Stop charging people for gas after they return the equipment with the same amount of gas that was in it when they pick it up. I got charged $68 after I returned the fuel level at the same level that I picked it up at.

I told the young man that I wanted to pick up my trailer in the southend of St Joseph. He told me that when uhaul contacts me to let them know that I need to pick up in the southend and there would be no issue. WELL..it doesn't work that way!! If I wanted a trailer from the Southend then I should have went to the place where I wanted to pick up from. FYI note to self go to where you need to pick up at..

The bill amount that was agreed on over the phone was not the amount that was charged. The app did not work to check the truck in or out. It was a very inconvenient process that added to the stress of the move.

Uhaul as a whole has gone downhill. Have had several issues with my last several rentals. Service issues, equipment issues, moving help issues, and app problems. Disputed fuel out level w2ith pictures and was still charged for fuel.

I dropped off the trailer at abt 12:15 pm on 5/21 and told the associate there, he walked to look at trailer then never checked it in. I then 12 hours later saw on my account it showed as active rental and went and checked it in with Uhaul app. The manager there said the associate should of and did not do his job. Of course she did not offer a discount for the hassle! Shit service! You should refund the rental, its bullshit dealing with Uhaul.

I made a reservation to install Trailer Hitches for Towing and paid full. A few hours later I dropped off my car on the date/time of my reservation, I received a phone call from UHaul Rep that the Hitch was not arrived at the store location and not able to install. They did not know the tracking number of the Hitch/shipment and did not know when it will arrive. Then, the Uhaul rep promised installation labor fee waivers due to this incident. 2 days later from my original reservation/appointment, I was back there again to receive an installation service done. Uhaul Rep on the cashier desk did not know how to do a fee waiver like I was promised by the Hitch installer. I was given a phone number to call the next day. I am calling all day to the local Uhaul store and the phone number I was given. Unfortunately, no one picking up the phone. In addition, I paid for Part Code 13113 Mount Ball 8" $21.95, Part code 3131 Pin & Clip $3.49 and 4944 Ball 2x1x2 $10.95. But, I am not seeing these are installed unless it is tucked into somewhere. So, I still have full charge plus something I have not received. and, I am not able to talk to anyone or claim the refunds.

The cab of the truck smelled horrible, and needed wiped out. It seems a dog must have been in the cab before my rental because of the smell and the slobber that was left on the windows.

The manager of this location is HORRIBLE! He was supposed to put my storage on auto pay instead he did not and I was charged late fees more than once. Neither hm or the district manager know how to call customer obviously because I called numerous times over months and was told they would call me and they never did. Finally had to call corporate office to get anything done but yet these people keep their jobs! Time for higher management to step in and watch what is really going on in this store and start making changes because it is not good when they treat customers how they do! I moved my things out as quickly as I could because I was tired of the treatment I was receiving

The check in was abit hectic. I had gotten the free 30 day storage. It was abit trying and tiring having to go up and down the steps to unit. I was abit disappointed in the fact that i didn't get credit back for not opening the blankets. I also picked up the truck on half tank and returned it with 3/4 tank. It would have been nice for that and unopened blankets to take care of the $4.00 for going over mileage.
