The customer service representative had no personality and said I was required to have 2 phone numbers. When she didn't think I gave her a valid number, she called to confirm. This was my husband who didn't know I was moving out and ended up in a huge domestic abuse with police called. Is it standard practice to call the numbers on the online reservation to confirm their valid? Had I known she was going to call to validate the number, I would have given a different number than my husband and avoided my horrible day. I will avoid this location in the future!!

The drop off is clearly marked but I feel it could be more efficient like making the drop off deeper in to the lot. It just seems like chaos with no one or signs giving any direction.

nighttime check out was a horrible disaster i paid for the rental of a auto transbort while using my friends truck when finished he took i back for me not realzing that i would have to be at the location to photo snap the trailer in the spot because you use my location to prove that im at your location so now i have to drive 13 miles to the location only to find out that i had to make several changes to my browser in order for it to work , called the 8oo line waited for 30 minutes to deal with this crap..I would like to say never again but who else is there? you kinda have the market cornered ...

The inside of the trailer had a furniture dolly inside that had not been cleaned out. Some one should check the inside of trailers before sending back out for the next rental.

My Aunt died , So my mom asked me to move out everything , In my Aunt's huge , cluttered , 6 bedroom , 4 bath , 2 story home. Due to the Holiday weekend , I only had one person to help me. Uhgg So , I needed the U-Haul truck for more than one day. You can definitely improve your system by allowing people to rent the truck for more than 24 hours. This was a huge hassle for me because I ended up deciding to rent the truck for 3 days and I could only rent it for one day in your computer system which makes very little sense to me especially since you're going to get paid for each and every day whether the same person has it for one more day or a different person rinse it the next day. I had to make several phone calls to try to secure the truck for the entire three days that I needed it for and then they couldn't even do it and had to refer me to somewhere else that put me on hold for 2 hours to try to get this resolved wow trying to pack up this giant house and prepping it for a move was a bit stressful. Just change your system to 72 hours , Instead of 24 hours and that will resolve huge and unnecessary stress and frustration.

I was originally quoted 4 days for my equipment but when a traveling manager called they switched my location to make it easier to get a dolly. They tossed out my 4 day quote for the standard 3 day quote. When I dropped off the equipment I was charged for the 4th day. Not a monumental deal, but the traveling managers will modify your orders without notice.

Answer the Phone . Stop being Rude to Customers trying to obtain Information , just because Employee knows doesn't mean everyone else does . The employees who closed were extremely rude to us with no apparent reason. I walked in the store at 7:01 and was essentially yelled at and told they were closed. I told the guy there was no reason to be rude and he blamed the mask he was wearing. Not sure how that's relevant to the tone of his voice. I understand they wanted to go home but one minute late doesn't warrant rudeness or refusal of service. Highly disappointed with the customer service here.

Online check in was not working, I wasted an hour of my rental time just waiting on hold with customer service and eventually the store opened up so I checked in at the register. People at the front were in no hurry to help anyone and one was obviously hungover. Complete waste of my time.

Its contradictory when returning equipment. The sign at the equipment return spot says to remain in the vehicle and wait for an attendant during business hours. The mobile communication encourages to return it via online. After waiting for almost 30 minutes for an attendant I proceeded to return it using my mobile device. Next time I will not wait for an attendant in spite of what the sign says. The mobile experience is excellent minus the sign's instructions.
