For some reason our pickup site was changes without us realizing it. Was corrected when we arrived at the desired location. People were friendly and efficient. There should be a dedicate check in station to pick up if documents were completed online.DONNA M.

service at wills road was good. but six of my 7 uboxes were left behind in washington. someone screwed up. they will be here two weeks late and is costing a lot of extra money. uhaul is not admitting to their mistake and are not compensating me. they are using the opporunity to charge me double for everythingChris B.

Staff were rude when we arrived to pick up the truck, and when we returned the truck ahead of schedule, staff were still on site. We attempted to return the keys, but they just looked at us through the glass and pointed to a drop box. Then they charged us a $20 after hours fee that was not described anywhere in my initial booking- we could have kept the truck til morning and returned it for no extra charge. We were just trying to be helpful by returning it early. I'm extremely disappointed and will never use this location again.ERIC R.
The person who helped us was just plain rude! I get it, we all have hard days, but when you work with people. Just have to get over it. I never say anything, and I actually said something to this person. My wife was there or I would have just left....BRET E.
Allow people to do one way moves. It was very difficult to have to pay for extra days just because we had to return it back to the original location. Uhaul needs to figure this out, it is especially hard for military folks. So please make it easier at least for them.Amberly W.

While I may recommend this site I will always tell people the employee that helped me was not friendly at all from the time I entered the store to the time of hook up but the manager stepped in while attaching the trailer and the manager was very personable.KEVIN L.

This is not my first time using Uhual but it was first time with this location. We rented a cargo van. As we headed just a short distance (less than a mile) in the rental and we noticed the gas was showing empty so I pulled into a gas station and put in $40 gas. Before I left the gas station, I called the Uhaul location to tell them that the gas was not at quarter. I was more worried that perhaps there was something wrong with the vehicle. Anyways, the young man that answered told me I should of taken a picture of the gas tank reading before I put gas in. I told him that I was less than a mile down the road and I can get a receipt from the gas station. He said that is not going to work. He then said how do I know you are not just calling to get a discount? I was quite upset with this accusatory response. I was calling to share the issue. Anyways, it was a horrible experience and honestly, get time I will not be using this location.AMANDEEP K.

I love the location it's easy to see from the freeway and close to where I live and probably to where all kinds of other people live in Roseville. The truck was very clean and it ran very well. The building is older but I like that I like that old school look. I like it so much I actually wouldn't mind working there later when I retire. Thanks again for the great service as always hopefully I don't have to move in a while because I'm sure tired have a great night.BRAD L.

The people at this location were not only knowledgeable and professional, but they were personable as well. They helped me attach the trailer to my truck, got me an adapter that I needed, and explained everything very well. Also, some lady left her purse, with credit cards and cash in it, and the workers were publicly trying to contact her and get her her property back. Whoever found it could've very easily kept the money and pretended like they didn't find anything amiss, but they were honest and this says a lot about the people that work at this location. Existing Damage on both trucks & service rep would bot write it down. Trucks returned after 7:00 pm, online service would not work correctly, nor would anyone answer calls after 2 hrs of multiple calls night of drop off and next days. A young guy in the garage, the guy that installs the hitches (unfortunately I've forgotten his name) fixed a fuse issue on my truck which enabled me to leave with the trailer. He went above and beyond for me, I will recommend the location and use regularly. All the staff there are great.BARRIE E.

Although I gave a positive response to the "how would you rate this location" question, I was very disappointed that the trailer I reserved for this location was not available. Rather I was told I would have to travel to Auburn (20 +/- miles away) to get the trailer I have reserved. Truck was not in spot designated for pick up, still had to go in to store, which defeated the hands free pick up. Truck bed and inside was dirty. Then I rented it for 12 hrs, from 10am to 10pm which again was a remote drop off, but was charged a $20 fee for after hours which was not clearly expressed at time of rental. The extra fee was not added in original agreement or expressed when U picked up the truck.Dawn S.
I have rented from this location (Wills Rd.) several times, and have always been comfortable and even impressed at how easy the whole process has been from reservation, pickup, all through checking back in. The staff are always knowledgeable, helpful with selection and courteous. Today especially, when we returned our rental, Braden checked us in. We were dead tired, exhausted from moving, and Braden really enlightened our mood with his exceptional customer service, and professional and positive attitude, which enlightened our otherwise stressful mood! The best part is when I returned the trailer. Brando Crawford was extremely nice and helpful. It is the people that really make a business. I checked out equally well, again Viola was very good. The online web services needs some work though. If everything works then it was a very smooth operation. However, there were way too many obstacles to make my experience smooth.
