When i reserved the truck, i said no to the insurance. When i got to the location, they guy told me I asked for the insurance. I said no i did not. Then he gave me a whole speech about how I'll be liable if i don't take the insurance and i said i don't want the insurance. Then when i saw on the touchpad that he'd put me down for the insurance, i went to change it to no and he said he'd get it for me. I was charged for the insurance. I DID NOT WANT THE INSURANCE.Matthew G.

Make sure customers return trucks on time or charge exorbitant fees! I reserved a truck for 7 am at another location I was not told they changed it to a different location at 1230 I called and was told it happens. Okay at 11 am I look online they changed it to 2! I called 899 number and after asking for a supervisor she came on and was a nasty woman. I think her name was Michelle but you really need to train your employees better there is no sense of compassion or that she really cared. I had no problem with pick up and drop off locations they were all helpful but if at all possible I will not be using uhaul in the futureJOHN R.

The truck had some type of mechanical problem. Actually a very dangerous truck to drive. It wouldn't stop when I pressed on the brakes two times while I drove it. But the service was great, no complaints there. The gentleman who took care of us was polite and professional. I was in and out quickly with the pickup and return. Just fix that truck!!James H.

When I returned the truck I explained that I had not been given the tow dolly but our week later I received an email and text message letting me know that I was missing equipment. I had to call three times in order to resolve this issue it was incredibly frustrating I don't think I'll ever be using U-Haul again. I wasn't even given a credit or anything for my bad experience I had to spend extra money on gas and tools and all of that due to the vehicle left not being thereKaterina F.

Unfortunately we had too many issues with the storage facility. Between getting stuck in the elevator or waiting over 15 minutes for the elevator, we decided to take our business elsewhere. There were a few that were very helpful, and I would like to commend Mish on his help with trying to get the elevator working up to par, and quickly assisting us on getting out of the building. The move-in was fine, back in 2017 when I moved in, so I don't know why I'm getting this now, but it is typical of the complete lack of communication at the facility. For six months now I have been having major problems with my payments -- checks are lost and then posted 6 months late, checks take weeks and weeks to post, and no one knows what is going on or has any interest in finding out. I had to come personally to the facility to straighten out my account, and then ANOTHER check appeared and was posted 6 months after I sent it in. Had a great experience. Y ou solved my downsizing storage issues and were nearby. One comment, not sure if it is solvable with the current facility, the freight elevator door takes a lot of strength to pull down. Reese Baccas extended me a VIP credit for having rented space at this location for over a decade. She was very professional and personable. Although I would like to stay at this storage facility I need to find one that is cleaner and more conducive to storing my wardrobe. My clothing has mold on it and many fine pieces of clothing, especially leather clothing and shoes is ruined.
