Everyone we spoke to was very couryeous and helpful. Truck was clean but felt old and worn out.

I have rented multiple times from UHaul and was asked for a phone number of a person they could call to verify my identity. The interior of the vehicle (the driver and passenger area) was dirty and could use a good shampoo and pressure wash of floors. There were stains on the seats. I would recommend the location because of the service of the rep only.

The equipment was in excellent condition, and the rental process was smooth and straightforward. However, what truly stood out to us was the outstanding service we received from Ryan. Ryan assisted us during both the check-out process the day before and the return today, and he was nothing short of incredible. His professionalism, knowledge, and helpful attitude made the entire process effortless. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood everything about the trailer, from hookup to safety tips, and made sure we felt confident using it. Ryan is an absolute asset to the U-Haul team, and we hope his efforts are recognized because his level of service was truly unbelievable. It's not every day you encounter someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and ensures customers have the best experience possible. howard hFor a regular repeat customer like myself you need to make it easier to pick up the equipment using self service on the smart phone. For example, you already have my driver's license on file, so the extra step of taking pictures of front and back is a waste of my valuable time.

Lawrence PIt was my 1st time renting storage space. The online sign up made it easier to start the process. They were helpful. The staff helped me with accessing the storage room the 1st day. It was secure. The only thing was the lighting, some bulbs needs to be replaced & while in the storage room the lights would turn off. I had to walk down the hall for the sensor to activate the light.

FRANCIS SUnits are very dirty and dingy and needs painting desperately. Although unit is a free month rental for renting a U-Haul truck, I am very concerned about how the condition of my things will be when I retrieve them.

LEONARDO MI have to say that Takeya was exceptional. She was friendly, professional, and a tremendous problem solver. The location was very busy on a Saturday morning, but Takeya was able to provide every customer the attention they needed and very efficiently. I have to say that the U-Haul mobile/virtual check in process is terribly. It's clunky and glitchy and the virtual assistant is not nearly as efficient as working with one of the in store reps.
Max BDrop the requirement that the entire rental be completed on your phone, and the requirement for a second person at another number to be called and to verify the renter's identity. And equipment should be checked by a human before being released. I drove off only to discover that the truck I rented only had 3/4 tank of gas, but the contract, which was emailed to me mid day, said it was full, and of course I was obligated to return it full, costing me another $10 I should not have had to pay. All in all, I'll find another rental company next time.

ANNAJEAN AThis place is a dump. This is by far the worst storage facility I've ever used. (I've had 5-6) There are many other, much better options in the area, even if you need to pay a little more, it will be worth it, to not have to deal with the aggravating aspects of this place. The one and only elevator is completely manual, requiring you to open and close the heavy door and gate manually. It can be challenging if you are not a large or strong person or don't have great upper body strength. If another customer is holding the elevator or hasn't closed the doors after using it you are left stuck without access. This has happened to me numerous times. The facility is filthy. Ceiling tiles in the storage unit were broken and left debris all over my property. The door to the storage unit, which is made of plywood and most certainly was not constructed by a professional carpenter, doesn't close in alignment, so getting the lock on and off is very challenging and takes much more effort than it ever should. UHAUL SHOULD HAUL THEMSELVES RIGHT OUT OF THE STORAGE BUSINESS AND LEAVE IT TO THE COMPANIES THAT AT LEAST MAKE SOME EFFORT TO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. I answered 'yes' to helpful and friendly staff...which isn't completely accurate. It applies to just a couple of people, particularly Reece who is too good for this place. They are understaffed, probably underpaid and often not available to help, even when I've needed and requested it. I recently had to search the parking lot looking for staff to try to get elevator access because a customer was holding it for over 15 minutes. All VERY inconvenient.

RUBY D | First ImpressionsJust one complaint: The elevator is an old-style service elevator requiring the outer steel door and the inner steel gate to be opened to enter and closed to move the elevator and the reverse to leave the elevator. The outer steel door is especially cumbersome to operate. The elevator alone would cause me to recommend a newer public storage facility to my friends. I want to emphasize that the staff are EXCELLENT. However, there are too few of them since U-HAUL expects customers to rent, sign in, and sign out by the Internet on our phones while being present at U-HAUL so we could take pictures of our storage facility/rental vehicle. Pictures is a good idea. I am not complaining about that.

Unit had no individual light and the sensors in the hall went off quickly. The walls in the unit had holes and the doors were ntlot flush so you could easy into all the units with ease.
