We used you guys before to move stuff to South Dakota and you never cost as much as you did. Went from like maybe $80 to 250 dollars that not right. Plus the one I reserved at said I could take one cause it was put wrong. Wasn't a great experience and felt like I was priced gouged.

DAVID S.Team member was not upfront about the gas in the tank. The tank was empty but was reported as being a quarter of tank. He acted like he has just checked the tank the vehicle was ready to go. We then needed to get gas in the tank. When we returned the young person was extremely rude and told us it was our fault we had to put gas in the tank because we did not notify him that tank did not have the amount of gas that was noted. The individual was extremely rude and unprofessional by mocking and blaming us. This is an ongoing issue for Uhaul based on online reviews. These shady business practices have ensured that I will be hiring professionals so I do not need to deal with your company's practices. A simple solution would be to have a team member check the tank in the morning or 15 minutes before a customer arrives to ensure accuracy.

Joel D.I had found rice and pieces of fluff from something all over boxes and furniture I had in the unit when I started moving things back out of the unit. I then realized mice had been in there after I moved a basket of clothes to the house I moved into and found mouse droppings and a nest hidden on the middle of the clothes, as well as napkins, a bag of rice, and furniture chewed on to make a nest. Mouse droppings were also on multiple other items. I ignored it at the moment because I was just trying to get the move done but I really hope this issue gets fixed for the next person who uses these storage units..

Beth H.I got a 6x12' trailer. I didn't open it up until I got to my destination in LaCrescent. Upon opening, found it wasn't swept out and their was the previous renter's 1991 yearbook in the back. So, I don't think they even checked it to see if it was clean before I took control of it. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they apologized.

Timothy S.Cashier forgot to get my furniture pads. She's checked me out and said, “ok, let's get you hooked up.†We headed out the door together, then she disappeared for about 5 min, and I ended up having to hook the trailer up myself. Not a big deal, I tow often. But she finally showed up, said “oh, you are fast.†Then sent me on my way. Ended up needing to return to get my furniture pads...wasn't horrible, but could have been better.

Make sure your corporate never supports BLM or any other Libterd causes and you will continue to get my business...and the business of the other 75 million Patriots. Companies that have supported those causes will financially collapse before to long...because the we won't forget what they have done and we will not use their services.

Easy to play the blame game. I felt like uhaul did NOT care that my items were late and made no attempt to get them here sooner. Needless to say I will NOT recommend to a friend or family. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

heather p. | Overall ExperienceThis is for U-haul in general - not the specific location. Trying to reach a live person by phone to talk with was impossible. I had to make a change to my reservation and needed help with the on-line system. No matter what numbers I called, I was transferred to a phone bank and had to go through several options only to be put on hold for 15 minutes which then at that time said something went wrong and I was hung up on. Because of this, if I ever need to rent a trailer again, I will look at your competitors (which I never even bothered this last time as I trusted the U-Haul name). Nothing beats customer service and I am happy to pay more to deal with live people than an automated system

This is horrible customer service and the truck was dirty when I received it and almost empty of gas. I will not be using uhaul again.

Mary N. | Overall ExperienceStaff very helpful and was able to correct errors made by your website. I scheduled my reservation and selected my pick up and drop off locations. When the pick up date approached, I got a text message showing pick up at one address and online message saying pick up at a different address. Also, the drop off site had been changed to a location 300 miles from my destination. I called UHaul and was on hold for an hour and then the person I spoke with couldn't help me. Fortunately, the staff at the pick up site worked very hard to correct this but it took her 30 minutes to correct it by cancelling my reservation and starting over. She was great and the trailer was clean and hook up easy. The scheduling and website are absolutely terrible. I have never had such a bad experience with UHaul.

Jon E.When speaking with someone about processing my move-out request that was placed 12 days prior, the representative I spoke with was very brash. During the call it dropped due to poor cellular connection, and when I called her back, she yelled at me for "hanging up on her" and told me not to do that again. I explained that the call was dropped and I did not hang up on her. She was not apologetic and treated me poorly.

So, I was given another one after the staff figured out which number that one was. The female staff was very helpful and worked hard appearing to be the only staff member there to assist customers.

Even with the covid-19 going on they remain to maintain excellent business and I salute and thank you guys.
