It just takes too long to do anything with this location. Honestly it's like they just don't really have their customer flow figured out. It took my 45min to get a trailer with literally no one in line because the attendees kept taking calls. I did online return with this trailer because the attendant told me to go inside and tell them I dropped off the trailer and the line was like 10 deep so I knew that was an hour wait for sure. Usually they check me in for returns outside.

I made an appointment to wait for it be ready and when I arrived they didn't have anyone to do the hitch installation. They said it could take up to 6 hours but thankfully it only took 3. The employees were very nice, but definitely not on time.

So many changes in pickup location. It got delayed for more than 3 hrs for me to get truck. I lost 200$ for labour because of delayed truck. Have to drive 40miles north of nashville in crazy Friday evening traffic. I budgeted for 350$ but u guys charged to hefty 670$. Never come back to U-Haul unless gets compensated with frustration, lost so much time and extra charges.

I rented a Cargo van. Without any notification, my reservation was switched to a 10' box truck which did not fit in my parking garage and made my move substantially more difficult. In addition, my reservation was moved to a different location than the one I chose. It was 10 miles further away, and because I had to pay per mile, cost me an additional $20. Horrible customer service and they acted like I was the one inconveniencing them. Would love to talk about it and I still have the confirmation email that shows a different vehicle and location from the one I was forced to go to.

The young woman (white very thin with a long pony tail was rude and indifferent to me. I was never informed of the “specific lock) policy by her or anyone else when I rented my storage facility. I was also never informed there was an additional “4” before the four digit pin I picked for checking into the facility. For that reason I waited 20 minutes outside the facility after hours to gain entry waiting for a manager to call me back about the matter. My entire process for getting the truck and unit was more than 30 minutes (way too long). I will say the manager who did call me finally was apologetic and the other female manager (Ciera) was kind and apologetic about the lock policy. Not a great start at all though to an ongoing (storage unit renting duration) business transaction.

I was so frustrated with the time frame in which Haul said they could deliver my boxes, one they arrived in TN. I was told I'd have to wait 10 days! SO, I had to pay an outside person to bring a trailer to pick up my boxes in order to move into the property I had already leased. I told Uhaul at the time I ordered boxes that I would need them delivered on 9/23 or 9/24. They told me on 9/23 that there was no record of my request!!! When I received the boxes they were bolted shut! Nobody ever told me that would happen. So, I had a moving crew here to help me on 9/24, but we couldn't get into the boxes bc they had been bolted shut AND the UHaul locks which I had purchased from you wouldn't unlock either. I was embarrassed & beyond frustrated! I'd like to speak with a supervisor regarding the issues I had, file an official complaint & request to be refunded for much of my bill, I have many witnesses & video to prove the trouble we encountered once we got the boxes! SO FRUSTRATED!

The truck was not ready at pickup time at 7am. When Uhual said I could pick up 24/7 at that location. We wasted two hours with movers. I would like to be reimbursed for that. When we came back at 9am when the store opened the workers weren't even there yet. The workers had no clue what was going on. Then I was still charged for my 7-1 time when I didn't even have the ability to get the truck. This was a joke to put it nicely.

The team at Mt Juliet/Hermitage gave me a lot of wrong information that thankfully, with the help of who I hired there to deliver & pick up my box helped me out with - after I paid him an extra $100 cash - got to me and my box was on its way. Once I made it to Florida, everything went smoothly and easily. I rated the team at Mt Juliet/hermitage low.

We picked a location to rent from closer to our location to keep our cost down. We ended up having to drive 40 miles round trip just to pick up and drop off the truck. We were given a $10 discount to help with mileage but in the end I still spent $60 more than I should have needed to spend after I put gas in and paid for the mileage.

Where to start I want a 15ft truck there was not 1 available so I went with the 20ft that nook was offered a upgrade from a 15ft to a 20ft for free.on day of pick up they did not have the 20ft so they gave me the 15ft and chargers me more than o was quoted for the 20 truck I would say keep your promise if I was not paying for a company I would of not used your services

It's overall experience was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. I waited almost 30 minutes while the workers dealt with one person (each). After getting my reservation, I was given keys and told to "find" the vehicle and move my car to the far end of the lot. Upon looking for the rental vehicle to no avail, i sought out another employee who walked around the lot without luck. We found the vehicle in the still being cleaned line. When I got inside and started it up, the vehicle's check engine light was on and it was obvious there was something wrong from the shaking and the sound. The guy told me to turn that vehicle off and follow him inside so we could get another one. I went inside and was given a different van, but no new paperwork. When I did my pre-check the gas level was off and I reported it. When I dropped off the vehicle, no one was there to receive the vehicle. Eventually I went inside and an employee just took the keys and said she would send the receipt. They charged me a gas surcharge even though the gas line was at the same place when I started it. Worst experience ever

My storage unit literally got broken into. Staff was not helpful. They just kept repeating the same words to me "never in my life have I seen this" Drove 40minutes back and forth for a whole week trying to get answers and got nothing. If U-Haul didn't have such a monopoly on trucks I would never use them again.

There were a few hiccups initially when I attempted to retrieve my reservation was quickly resolved had a little issue with the first truck had to turn around right back again not a big issue but accolades and appreciation to both Sam and Joe who at this point literally had to come down not for the service here but for everything else that I going through at the very moment and I can't thank them enough

We checked our rental in at 12 noon. Did not give us a receipt OR email us a receipt. Had to go back to the location to have them check it in and provide the receipt. So, it shows we returned the trailer almost 3 hours later than we actually did. Would not answer the phone so we had to go back to get this properly documented. Called several times and they NEVER answered the phone. Very poor customer service. Will say that the gentleman that helped us when we went back was excellent. He did see that we were taken care of. If I need a rental in the future, this will be the last place I consider picking one up.

The trailer had a blown bulb and I had to wait while it was repaired, which delayed my overall trip. Please inspection / test the equipment when it it returned, not after it is connected to the customer vehicle and the clock on rental time started.

I was first directed to a closed store on Gallatin Pike N by your website. The website indicated there were no trailers meeting my needs at the company store. Agents handled customers slowly while those of us picking up equipment had to wait for the sales agents to close their sales. Then the person who hooked up our trailer gave us the wrong numbered trailer. More on that on the other end of this review.

When I first got there it was only one person at the desk. There were several people in line. We were told to come back at 12 because the storage person was not there. An employee who works the front came in and I asked him to help because I had surgery on my knee . He stooped and help me. I don't remember his name but he works the front. Please give him a raise because he is extremely cordial and caring and helpful.,

Make it easier for check in. I had selected to check in on my phone but something happened do computers and it was 1145am before I even got my truck. I had arrived to location a little before 1130am. Also I had put my card info in when I made a reservation online and still needed my card info and copy of DL at check in, I had already put all of that info in. So this could be made a little easier.

Getting a manger that cares. First I went there to get a dollie. So I had to go somewhere else to change my $100. To give them a $60 deposit?? They had 3 registers but couldn't change a $100 bill. The 1 person that cared about me as a customer black male died hair. Got the change bag to try to give change. The white female manger. Told him 3 times. They didn't have change before he looked in the bag. When I returned the dolly. 4 employee up front including the same manger. I get up front. She's not doing NOTHING. Instead of her checking in me. She looks at me & go to the office. With 4 employees 3 customers including me. It takes 30 mins from me to get my deposit back. Once again black male died hair . The only one that cares. I wish you all look at the video. I think it would speak for itself. Once again manger just sitting there. An hr. To get a dolly & return it with 4 employees here. Flirting with customers. WOW.

I was locked out of my unit once, but when I checked in at the office I was told everything was fine and I was on autopay. My mother even received a delinquent letter. I checked in at the office, and was told autopay was working. No one could explain anything. Why was I charged late fees?

Along with extra equipment a place(bay) you can pull in and easily load and unload and an elevator makes it so much easier and better!!! The gentleman that helped me was so helpful and I had rented the wrong size and instead of doing like most do go ahead and give it to me he showed me rather and then I got to get a correct size that was needed!!!
