When I arrived the first truck was leaking exhaust inside the cabin, and sounded like it was going to shut off, and overall felt unsafe. I had to coordinate a second vehicle via a swap that cost me time that was unplanned.Anthony P.

I have had an absolute horrible experience. 24 hours before my reservation, I received a call from someone named Jenn to confirm my reservation time and location. On the day that I went to go pick up my reservation at the time that I was scheduled for, the employee there told me that our reservation wasn't there. I understand things get mixed up and I tried to be patient. But the employee you had there was less than helpful. He kept informing us "this wasn't his fault", which I understand. However, I had to keep reiterating to him that my plans are to move out of the state and be out of the state that night. And irregular if the issue was directly his fault or not, I needed a solution and we had to prompt for help at each level before he finally called a manager. We were informed that for whatever reason, my reservation changed and it was at a location that was 40 minutes away. This delayed my plans to load and leave by at least 2 hours, delaying and affecting my move out inspection with my apartment building. Why in the world would my reservation have been confirmed 24 hours before the move and then changed without any text message, email, or a phone call.AARON S.

I'm not sure what you could improve for the next customer, because i would definitely say that the service i received from Schara (i believe that's how you spell her name) was PERFECT. She really went above and beyond with helping every customer she had and when i worked with her she was no different. She made acquiring the uhaul quick and easy, and gave clear instructions about how everything worked. she really helped my moving experience be a little less stressful. would 100% recommend this location for any hauling needs!!Keith T.

I returned my trailer after hours. I followed the listed protocol (leave the trailer in a good location /not in traffic, on the lot. And leave your rental agreement in the key drop. I received a text the next afternoon asking if I wanted to extend the rental. I called and explained this to customer service, they said all was taken care of. I received a charge on my card for a 3 day rental (I returned it in less than 12 hours). I called and was put "in line" and was offered a call back in 30 minutes. 2 hours later I received a call back, and was promptly given a 30 minute hold time. That lasted for over 45 minutes. I finally was given a return of 2 of the days. But cost me an hour of pay as the call back was not on my off time.WILLIAM L.

Went to pick up boxes before hand and they didn't even help grab them. Also my uhaul was for 9 and then the day before I was told they wouldn't have the size truck I reserved until 1â€¦ I wasn't even offered anything on return for the inconvenience of me having to reschedule my entire day.KATIE K.

Received truck on almost empty but had to return it with a quarter tank of fuel. Received a $17 credit for fuel, but it cost me $30 just to bring it to a quarter tank. Had to ultimately pay for somebody else's fuelCody H.

You could enforce return times. The only thing that saved this experience was the person helping us - I think his name is Joe Furtado (it's definitely Joe). The previous renter did not return the truck on time and we thought we were going to have to wait 3 hours. This was a move from Worcester to Boston involving a number of deadlines. Three hours was going to be awful. Not sure what Joe did but we had a truck in about an hour. He was calm and helpful. Great guy. ***** Make people return the truck on time....somehow *********ANNE O.

Your online chat support needs better training in customer service. "Vivian" (as shown in your chatbox) was extremely rude and unhelpful when I was picking up a truck at 0530 in the morning after driving 23 miles away. She was unable to communicate to me properly so that I didn't have to stress, she lacks communication skills and does not appropriately help customers and does not problem solve. Sarah and Mary on the otherhand was great.Vincent L.
I reserved my Uhaul from 7:30 - 7:30 with an estimated pickup time of 9:30. We arrived at uhaul at 9:33 and were told that our reservation had been cancelled because it had been two hours. We received no call or notification that our reservation would be cancelled nor were we ever told that it had to be picked up within 2 hours. Why ask for an estimated pickup time at all?Brandon M.
