A very efficient process. Be careful not to lock in yourself into return time. if you book via web. I was running late and it really stressed me out to have a time constraint. You can change the time when you book online. The website suggest a 4 hour window but you can change it to a later time. You don't get a discount for returning is so quickly, the price is the same per 24 hours.KATHRYN W.

Present the truck in clean condition including windshield, vacuum with no cigarettes on the floor or stains from spilled drinks on the dashboard. Also, be more diligent about reading the gas gauge correctly when shipping out a truck.WENDELL G.

I made a reservation for a 10-foot truck. The address given to pick up the truck did not have anything but trailers. I had to drive to another UHAUL store and beg for equipment. They did not have any trucks but did rent me a cargo van. This van was too small so I had to take more trips than planned. This seems like a problem that could have been avoided and ended up costing me time and aggravation. Poorly executed in my opinion.WILLIAMS H.

By far the WORST experience ever. 1st. The truck was filthy inside still had the previous renters personal mail in it with gummie candies on the floor board, the bed had dirt and mud in it with beer caps and cigarette butts in it. So we couldn't put anything in the back of value.2nd. I needed to pull a trailer but only could do so during the day because the hook up for the lights didn't have running lights!!! 3rd. The guy behind the counter said why didn't I fix it or have some other place fix it!!! Since it was only a fuse. He took zero responsibility for renting a truck with faulty equipment. 4th. When pulling my very very lite trailer, 60/65 mph it could not stop fish tailing, which is super dangerous and again the same guy gave me the run around like it was my fault!! Just watch someone is gonna get hurt from that truck mark my words!! The rental was confirmed for 4 days but could only use it for 1. Due to all the problems. 5th. Brought the truck back around an hour after the time I rented it and was still charged an extra day!!!!! This store is in need of an evaluation, this is not how you treat the public and I can assure you I will be repeating this experience and renting from other companies in the area from this point on. The workers were rude and mumbled, had no knowledge to answer any of my questions, dissuaded me from reserving a trailer I needed so when I came in to get one they said they didn't have what I needed, all the men workers giggled and snickered every time they heard someone taking about the ball hitch, the side mirror on the truck I rented was completely shattered and there's only two sides for mirrors to even be placed. The gas tank was half full at pick up location. I returned truck with a little over half a tank. You still charged 94 buck for fuel. That really isn't fair as I returned it with more fuel in it than when I picked it up. Otherwise the vehicle was remarkable.JEFFREY M.

The main vents in the cab didn't work so I was in a cab that was barely cooler than the 100 degree weather outside. There was a sticky residue on the center console and all over the floor. The check engine light came on. The employees couldn't have cared less when I brought this all to their attention. Terrible customer service at this location.MARK T.

This is a large, busy, climate controlled facility with adequate dock space for loading and unloading. Check-in and check-out was smooth and efficient. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and knowledgable. Considering we moved an entire new home furnishings out of storage, it was a positive experience with this U-Haul. My above average rating is based on my in-person experience, however I must also relate the apparent "loss" of my climate-controlled storage unit reservation which was, to say the least, most inconvenient. KJ, the manager, was at a loss to explain this incident, apologized, and tried his best to help provide (non-climate controlled unfortunately) storage. I'd recommend close monitoring of your "reservations", with frequent personal phone calls to the manager of the actual facility that you're dealing with, NOT some U-Haul reservation agent (likely in another state).Gene M. | First Impressions

I reserved 2 climate controlled 10x15x9 storage units. I was very excited when they became available because this place is always full. I loaded up the UHaul truck and drove 2 hours to Prescott to put everything into storage. I arrived only to be told that they did not have my units anymore. I asked if they could see my reservation and they said yes. I asked what I did wrong that the units were not actually reserved for me and they said I did nothing wrong, someone just rented them out from under me. I said I needed the units as I had a full truck sitting in the parking lot. They said there was nothing they could do. They had 2 small units available, but only 1 was climate controlled. I didn't really have a choice, so I took the 2 units. I asked that the cost be reduced as I would be paying more for these 2 smaller units than I would have for the 10x15x9 climate controlled unit. They said only the manager could do that. I asked to leave a note to have him call me. They said they could not do that. I asked if my name could be put down to get the next 10x15x9 climate controlled unit that became available and they said they could not do that either. They basically did not care that they gave away the units I had reserved and now won't make it right by combining the cost of the 2 smaller units into the price of the larger unit. If you send an email to the one provided on the electronic receipt (937024_GM@UHaul.com) it comes back as undeliverable. I got another e-mail from a business card for the manager and have e-mailed him (KJ) and have not heard anything back yet. When you call the local number, it rolls right to the corporate UHaul service center. They will not handle the situation either. It must be handled locally. I am still short one unit and do not have faith that if I reserve one when it becomes available it will actually be there for me to use. Very poor customer service. The customer service person was nice, but could not do anything for me and did not offer any help to make it right. This place is always sold out, so I guess they figure they don't really need the extra business. Very disappointing. They tell you to contact the local U-Haul Storage Facility and try to resolve any disputes before leaving feedback, but they make that almost impossible to do. The e-mail they provide in their correspondence does not work and the local number rolls to corporate. Only by actually going to the facility was I able to get a different e-mail for the manager, but he did not respond. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I just can't seem to get anywhere with this situation by no fault of my own.KAREN P. | First Impressions
