Customer service shouldn't leave anyone on hold for over an HOUR! When you actually speak to a representative, have them pass on the information as they promised. I spoke with three different people in the same day, no one had a clue of my situations. Update your software and retrain your staff to do vehicle inspections correctly. I had registered and reserved online because I had done that on already and it was nice easy and fast. But this time they made me do everything again at the store and because of their lack of attention. My stuff got wet in the rain. The people behind the counter need to learn how to not interact with each while attending a customer.Jesus G.

Better system to book u-box. Work backwards from the day I want it delivered. I had to keep switching around dates on the booking site and even then i couldn't get it delivered on the date I wanted because it was booked. Set expectations of how long in advance to book a delivery of a u-box. Hire a service designer and listen to them!Charlie N.

When you confirm my pickup for 6am and then I'm told at pickup location that it won't be ready until 730 because business was not open until 730 is unacceptable I had movers at the location being paid to sit around because of the incompetence of uhaul as a corporation, I would never recommend your business to anyone or use any part of your business againANTHONY O.

Our truck was full of thick dust and dirt in the back. We had to clean it before we put our belongings inside. In the cab, someone had left 6 smoked cigarettes and ash. Smelled the entire trip. We removed the cigarettes but did not have a shop vac to remove the ash.CHASE A.

The pick up was fine but when I went back to drop off the truck there was no one outside. There was no one at the counter either. There was however a guy sitting at a table with his back to the door who never even bothered to turn around and look at me let alone acknowledge that I was there waiting for help. He is the same guy who was working on a personal vehicle in the service area when I picked up the vehicle, doubt he was supposed to be doing that. While waiting for help a young woman came out a door next to the counter and when I addressed her she ignored me and continued walking into the back. When I made a comment out loud about how I was being ignored the guy at the table texting finally said to leave the key with him. What kind of people do you hire??? That guy was too busy working on a personal vehicle and texting to help a customer. All he needed to do was call for someone to help me or just tell me when I walked in that I could leave the key with him. LAZY and USELESSjoseph T.

Please Please inform you customers 1-2 hours before they arrive for a scheduled truck. I rented a 15' truck and it wasn't available. I had planned everything about my move and I was only able to get a 10'. Not good at all. I prebooked had a reservation just to be told when I got there no truck available.ANTOINETTEE C.

On April 17 I rented a tow dolly to take to Old Bridge New Jersey and I dropped it off there it only cost me $39.01 I rented another tow dolly on April 21 to go to Old Bridge and then I dropped it back off at the place a pick up but that cost me $48.72 On both occasions I had to tow dolly no more than three hours so why the difference in priceROBERT M.

I had a reservation for a 20 ft truck.. after getting to the pickup location they didn't had a truck available for me . I called customer service and the lady was trying to send me to Brooklyn NY @ 3:30 pm on a Friday with traffic, GPS ATA for that pickup was 3:55 round trip just to get the truck and get back to jersey again. After getting me a smaller truck at a different location in Staten Island the price for my reservation went up to 522 dollars, about 150 dollars or so more than my original reservation. Once again I had to called customer service and wasted more time. Over an hour of my original reservation I was able to get a truck, I had to used different Uber's to drive me around, and being a total and permanent disable veteran I had to load the stuff on my own because the people I had waiting for me to help had other stuff to do. And some of my stuff also got wet due to the little be of rain we had on Friday. Not happy with Uhaul. Not using this service again.ronny S.

We are still waiting for assistance. The vehicle we rented didn't even say uhaul on it. It was a beat up box truck that was filthy snd missing a side mirror. The vehicle was definitely not inspected before we took it because the moment we call to let them know about the mirror we were less than a block away and we couldn't see out the window the customer service was terrible I will never recommend U-Haul from this place againBRIANPATRICK R.

Don't recall the gentleman's name who helped me out with getting my reservation when I showed up. But he was extremely kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. He also helped me the tow truck onto my car and explained every step so I know for future reference. Would highly recommend this location.LISMIR S.
