JERRY WIncredible service, from beginning to end! Booking was easy, scheduling drop-off and pickup seamless, my items arrived early and scheduling them to be delivered was easy. All staff, from phone support to delivery drivers, were friendly, helpful, and on time. U-Haul made my cross country move affordable and stress free.

DENIS JWell all I had to do was pick up a key and i waited 10 min or so ..it felt as if I was waiting forever the man behind the counter didn't look at us or say anything to us he was on the phone and computer dealing with a customer who was aslo on the phone . I felt as if he could of taken a moment to ask us what we needed . And I could of already been out the door instead of standing there 8 months pregnant possibly over 10 min.

KENNETH J | First ImpressionsI reserved a vehicle at the Bay Street location and when I arrived the 15' truck wasn't available because the keys were locked in the vehicle. The next reservation there was no 15' even though I had reserved one. I had to go to Port Richmond and rent the 20' at additional cost and additional mileage. The whole rental was a bad experience

leopoldo hOur trucks check engine light went on and the truck was lucky to make it back! Almost stuck on the bridge and had to crawl back. Truck was jerking and could not go fast. Still got charged full price, ridiculous.

Emmanuel KSome of our items were damaged in the move. Our dressers were broken and a cloth storage bin was ripped. These items were not damaged when they were placed in the box but were damaged when we received and unloaded the boxes.

Ellie DJervon was an excellent customer service rep. The location is ok, it was clean and I can recommend a friend. The only PROBLEM was, maintenance, the truck was shaky and some ugly noise each time I slows down.
IRENE MI was confused when I got there but luckily the manager was there and had a worker help me find the units.

Ray MPlease fix the app!! As I was returning the vehicle after hours, while taking pictures within the app, it crashed and then it didn't show my recent rental anymore. I just hope I'm not charged a service fee for not completing the check in of the vehicle. I did take my own pics as per the app to show the CSR at the location tomorrow morning.
MARCOS AWhile the 15' truck we rented was clean we did experience some maintenance issues. We moved during a rain storm and the roof leaked causing water damage to our personal items where the leak was. The additional insurance we purchased does not cover water damage.

She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of my experience. She was patient and supportive of a fellow employee when the authorization system was not operating correctly. She demonstrated how to manually obtain the authorization by calling. When I returned to place my items in storage, she took the time to speak with me and ensure I was clear on the process. Jervon was there on the day I rented a truck and storage, and he too was helpful and professional. Great team at this location!
