This location not only had me wait 30 minutes after making the reservation to get my truck. The manager or lady there had to make the reservation for me because it didn't work on my end. Now I find out I'm being charged 150 for missing or damage when there was absolutely nothing damaged or missing. On top of that, I wrote emails regarding my work sweater that was left in the truck and have gotten no response to my belongings. I need a refund, my belongings, and this place needs better management.Javon L.

I visited this site a day prior to my move in to verify the size I wanted was available at the online price quoted. Everything there checked. After driving 4.5 hours with my loaded truck however, the day I need to move in I open my storage unit to find a gigantic concrete Pilar inside which means the square footage I would be paying isn't what I'm getting!! I was speaking with a lady at the desk about the matter and interrupted by a rude guy who cleans the trucks that said "you'll have to take that up with uhaul"...the fact that the unit was a total misrepresentation of what I was sold meant nothing to either of the representatives inside the store which I find absurd as I find it hard to believe that NOONE there INCLUDING THE RUDE CLEANING GUY knew about my unit as well as any other units that are sold qith concrete obstructions inside!! This matter I hope Upper management will correct at this location and urge them to treat uhauls potential customers with a bit more respect and provide better customer service as all this could have been avoided. I'm now paying for this room and one additional until I find another storage location that opens up with the total square footage that I need!!!CURTISEARL W. | First Impressions

I wanted a one way rental and was given a price...when I went to pick up I was told it could only be done with a reservation and they had 2 but they were reserved. I was never told anything about a reservation when I inquired. Now I have to go to another location to pick up a truck.Paula R.

The person checking in was not useful. Just told me to leave the key and I would get an email receipt. I want a record when I turn in my truck so he told me to do it on line. My overall experience is that Uhaul has a monopoly and does not care about the customer.CRAIG C.

I would not recommend uhaul to anyone. My reservation was guaranteed in a location the night before around 4pm. We went to that location and there was no truck. We were told the reservation was canceled and no indication called to tell us that. They people at the Jersey city location we rude and not helpful. Just said it was cancelled. Then after waiting on hold had to drive from Jersey city to the Bronx with no accommodation.Joseph R.

Uhaul screwed me over, had nothing available for me when I arrived, told me the only available vehicle was an hour away, then charged me double the original price citing gas, mileage, tolls, etc, and now refuses to refund me the difference. Never use uhaul, the reservation apparently isn't a guarantee, they'll just cancel it and not contact you.Zachary S.

I handed over my keys at drop off, and the guy told me I'll get an email with my receipt and I was good to leave. I never got it, plus I got a missed call from the Uhaul location, so I called back and was on the phone for over an hour, between a being on hold and continuously getting redirected because nobody knew what was going on. Representative Cathy who I had spoken with in person was asked the question regarding the U-Haul in Haverstraw, NY. Unfortunately, she projected a disposition as if I annoyed her. Of course, the computer may not give one accurate information, I had to go out of my way and contacted Representative Rebecca at (718) 562-7418 who explained everything. Meanwhile, when I was speaking with her a gentleman behind the desk was trying to express his feedback. In the interim, I had Representative Rebecca on the speaker mode so she can communicate with her. Apparently, it appeared Representative Cathy was more interested discussing her party event with the other representative. Actually, if you view the footage on the camera you will see partial of this statement is valid. In conclusion, Representative Cathy needs to be re-trained and aware of her surroundings in customer service. Discussing personal issues while conducting business is not professional and staying focus until the transaction is complete with a "PLEASANT ATTITUDE" goes a long ways.Glenn C.
