Brian T.The service was horrible. She overcharged me, refunded her mistake then recharged me, ultimately causing $120 to come out of my account for a $25 rental. I still have not received the refund. Plus the whole check in took over an hour. Horrible customer service, with absolutely no supervision on site. I would not recommend anyone going here to this location.

Shanice B.Check in was swift and seamless. When I came back to drop the truck off, a gentleman took my keys and told me it would be about 15 minutes until he could inspect my truck. I didn't see him for another 45 minutes so I waited in line at the desk to inquire about how much longer it would be. Eventually I was told that I could just leave and it would be taken care of. It was a frustrating drop off experience. I was also charged for SafeMove when I did not opt for it when I booked the truck.
Christopher H.Could not click CONTINUE!!! When I returned the trailer - after closing hours @7:45pm - I start the uhaul.com/share process to verify and return the trailer. I couldn't pass STEP 2 and click CONTINUE (it was dimmed out) because I had not taken photos at the time of when I started the rental. I was not told that I MUST perform this to make sure I am not charged the extra return fee of $20. This is a BUG in your system or lack of training for your employees. AND it put a lot of stress on me to try to comply with this task that I was doomed to do at time of return, as I didn't have any photos taken before I started the rental.

Procshe C.U-haul needs to replace the tires on their trailers when needed. I was concerned about a five hour drive with the tires on my 5 hour highway trip. They also need to check and replace the trailer light wires when needed.

I was told by the staff that future plans call for EVEN EASIER transaction processing! I can't imagine how it could get any easier! The value and service was first class!

I suggest you improve the website if you are going to expect customers to use it to return equipment after hours.

Frework A.When I returned the trailer at the Greensboro location, a young lady from the front desk was guiding me to get the trailer close to the trailers area and she called a guy working in the Hitch shop to help us. The guy came over rather upset (to be interrupted in his work I guess). He disconnected the trailer from my car where we were at that time, right in the middle of the parking lot, on a slope. He pushed the trailer down the slope like that was not part of his job and wanted to be done with it, and went back to the hitch shop totally ignoring where the trailer was going to end. The trailer ended up against other trailers parked down on the lot. Reckless and unnecessary angry behavior in front of a customer. I was shocked, but the young lady did not seem to be surprised by that behavior, and said it was all good and I could leave!

I was given the wrong vehicle for one. Then they ask me to come back after the truck was loaded. Then after I turn it in. They charge me again On the next day because an employee assumed I hadn't returned it, instead of doing her job and making sure. Then later she called me again and asked who I have the key to because she couldn't find it. Wow, talk to your co workers and figure things out before you call customers with assumptions. Especially after I followed all the protocols. I should of never been this inconvenienced for a rental.

But the checkin experience still makes it an overall good experience.

The building was not secure...the door could be opened, the alarm would sound, but we were told no one would come to check on the alarm if it went off. There was also no elevator to the second floor. Hopefully, after today's call everything was concluded.

Not sure where the water came from but it covered the soles of our shoes and it hadn't rained so not sure what was going on with that but the dock smelled like vomit. I wish the doors to get into the units were wider. It was very hard to get my furniture especially sofa and loveseat into the door of the 10' x 10' unit.

I don't want to be charged an extra day for the truck and I would like to be able to access the storage unit that I'm paying nearly $100 a month for at my convenience.

But, when I picked up the van, I had attempted to do the online part but that failed, and couldn't get a response online. The guy working the desk was creepy! Made weird comments about how I did things perfectly, the system was just acting up. He took a pic of my ID for some reason, never had that happen before. Couldn't tell if he did it with my credit card also. When I asked him about it he said he didn't do it. The guy had his volume turned up on the phone and I could clearly hear the picture taking sound. I have cancelled my credit card because of this and now concerned about my drivers license information being out that. I feel I need to get the redone. I am expecting u-haul to reimburse me for this expense and provide me with an explanation of why he is taking picture of my id and possibly my credit card.
