We checked in online and went to get the key at the counter. Skipping the line like the instructions said. The person inside told us to go outside and use a code that we should have received. When we went outside we saw it was a combo code and not anything we had been given. It took 20+ minutes to get the keys and no one seemed to care about any customers at all. The lady inside had no interest in helping us or even looking at the instructions on the phone like it said for me to show her. We were late picking up the item we needed the truck for. Overall a very bad experience.

I had to speak with nearly 10 different people to figure out what was going on with my delivery. Multiple agents confirmed they'd be getting delivered on Jun 12, they never showed up. It took me multiple trips to the location to figure out what was going on. Wouldn't recommend to a friend or family. The staff if friendly, but very few actually helped find a solution.

This location has employees that went over & beyond . An employee by the name of Thomas assisted me with the after hours pickup being the app was giving me a hard time, he took an extra 45 minutes just to make sure I left with what I came for , and that really made my heart smile. Heather was also so calm & polite during this process. Great customer service, kudos to them both!

Everyone is great. The truck was sticky inside from previous spilled soda. Also second time in two months the fuel light came on while only traveling 15 miles. Not really a big deal for me, but others find anything to complain about. Over All good experience. Gracias

I originally scheduled in Sebastian. They closed at 2pm and I needed truck for 6 hours so I had to switch to another location. The personnel at Sebastian and Palm Bay were wonderful. I am not pleased with the ph9one service though. I was at the Sebastian location and had to all the 1800 number and was transferred 5 times. I spent an hour on the phone to change location. I ended up hanging up and going to the location. Your phone service sucks because of the transfer, not my department, attitude. Stores are excellent!!!

Overall everything went exactly as planned. My SOLE complaint would be that the quote I thought included EVERYTHING did not. Charged additional fees for picking up, storing for 12 days, delivering and then picking up the box. Just give me the TOTAL up front so I can make an informed decision. Gracias

Customers have a very long wait at the counter. 30 plus minutes before you even talk to a service representative just to find out the equipment you reserved online is not available. The computer inventory does not match the yard inventory. When you finally hook up the equipment, there are issues, temporary paper plates, missing taillights, bent tongue jacks. It should not take over an hour to pick up a piece of equipment that had already been reserved online.

When I was reserving the truck, the young lady I was dealing with was not very knowledgeable and since I use UHAUL often I pretty much know what I want and the Cost. I asked her a question about the price and she wasn't sure how to answer it and being understaffed she wasn't able to get the answer. I told her that's okay I will find out when I come to pick it up. Upon getting there for my pick up time of 6:45pm I was greeted by a very nice young lady who seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer my question. However, it was almost closing time and again being short staffed she was dealing with a variety of things at one time and I didn't even get the keys to the vehicle until after 7:20pm. I only needed the vehicle for 24hrs as I was just going to Tampa and back. I expressed to her that I would use more than the 100 miles provided for the 24hrs so what was my best choice? She explained if I did 2 days she could include 750 Miles instead of the 200 it would have been, because I told her I would be more than the 200 as well. So we agreed on a price for the 750 miles and 48 hour rental. I get back to do the drop off at 6:40pm and the young man that took it in and did the mileage and walk around was extremely rude and had the prescience that he hated his job. He then said okay you're all set and the price is this..... I said absolutely not!!!! It was almost $100 more than the price I was given and over $100 more than I paid last week for a 3 day rental of the same vehicle. He said I don't know what to tell you this is what you are paying you don't have a choice because as soon as I click this button this is what you will be charged. I said listen I know you have a job to do and this isn't your fault but we need to talk to someone and get this straightened out. He responded with NOPE this is your problem and you can take it up with 1800UHAUL I'm busy and you are done here. I have not contacted 1800UHAUL as of yet because I'm still not cooled down yet but you asked for a review so here it is.

Have more than one person who can sign out reserved equipment. There were 4 people in the office at 8:20, and one person capable of dealing with them. I know, I know, hard to keep staff, etc. You asked me what, I told you. It wasn't awful, just... annoying.

The assistant manager at this location - Karina Lueras - showed me outstanding customer service! I had a short-notice, nonstandard request that she did not back away from...and ultimately helped me to make it successfully happen when the U-Haul regional call center was unable/unwilling to assist me. Person checking out our truck at return period had headphones in and wasn't speaking the entire time, ended up being charged extra for "late return" when we waited almost 30 mins to be waited on because the workers were sitting there without acknowledging us. We left our SunPass on the window in the truck and couldn't get anyone on the phone, and once we did, they said it wasn't in there when it definitely was. No one wanted to do their job or look for us, so we had to spend another $25 for a SunPass that was stolen from your workers.

Better signage and spacing for return of equipment. Upon arrival, the place was packed with trucks and trailers being returned and processed. I did not know where to park. Not that it was a big deal... I asked what to do, got directions, did what I was told. Good experience overall.

Did not have equipment in stock which we reserved. Made to take bigger trailer which caused more gas usage. Had trouble returning as they put wrong information in system. Which meant we were driving wrong trailer. Very poor situation. My husband was not put on the contract as a driver. This could have been awful. If we had an accident. Just poorly done. Charged twice instead of funds taken in hold are used and reimbursed the difference. I am not sure whose moronic policy it is to do otherwise. It caused overdraft fees in which I was told would not be covered due to this error. The service is horrendously slow and inefficient. Only one employee knew what they were doing. No separate line for people renting vehicles that were checked in online and just supposed pick up keys. Cooperate was even less help. You guys care very little for your customers and how your policy effects them.

Slow, unprepared, unprofessional staff. No sense of urgency, just drag their feet doing whatever they want. Customers are left waiting at the counter, then instead of asking to help the next customer they walk in and pick people at random. I made my reservation a month in advance. The day of pickup Uhaul did not have the equipment on hand I reserved. That issue cost me time and money. I'm very disappointed with my Uhaul experience.

Return location was backed up, lots of returns. The guy working was on the job for 3 days, did a good job, but had to go inside to fix a fuel charge. Staff was very helpful and took care of everything. I bought the tow safe insurance and it came in handy for sure! 555 miles into the trip a tire blow out on the trailer, called 1-800# and less than 30mins repairman was there and had it fixed!!!! Bubba's roadside repair Macon Georgia was awesome!!!

There were roaches in the dolly and furniture pads. When we set them in the back of the moving truck roaches came running out all over the place. I was so disgusted I didn't want to even take the truck but we had already checked in thru the app on phone and my credit card was attached. Will not use this location again.

First, I'd like to say Thank you to Miss Katrina, for all her professional help and advice given in regards to road tips for SAFETY. We drove 16 hours straight towing a car, and her SAFETY tips proved to be valuable -- spot on -- in our overall trip. The only thing that I would suggest is to include cruise control, but that might be dangerous to the overall travel experience if a driver falls asleep and causes an accident to himself or other drivers. The final comment was that the inside cabs aren't very sound proof to outside noise -- but that's what tissue is for, I guess.

The reason for the 4 stars is my rental was not checked in when I returned the trailer. I made two phone calls and sent three emails trying to resolve this issue. I finally went into the drop off location yesterday where Irmalys Fernandez made a great effort to resolve my issue. What you can do to improve for the next customer is have more employees like Irmalys.

They sold all of my things without my knowledge nor letting me try and get my belongings back. I have a family of 6 and all of my children belonging got sold off to other. Due to Covid I was on unemployment and they knew that because I communicated back and forth with them. My whole family has fought Covid 5 time and due to that I have been late on my storage.

Both the video provided to assist in moving in, and the contract emailed to me specified that a lock would be provided. Video stated to break the seal, open the door and the lock would be inside the unit. There was no lock, and I was told at the store that I would have to purchase their lock. I also had a hard time locating the unit. The layout is confusing, and it is quite a way from the entrance. It is unclear how and when to enter the access codes, especially on a Sunday when it was considered after hours. I finally figured it out. The unit was clean when I arrived, and after the initial frustrations all went well with the move in.

I reserved a 10x15 online 1 week prior to going in. Upon arrival I was told the unit I reserved was already sold and they did not have another one. I had to settle for a 10x10. After completing paper work I went to my new unit only to find it already had a lock on it and a notice saying it had been evicted due to non payment. I then went back and told the associate, who then had me walk back to the unit to confirm what I had told her. Upon arriving back at the check out area I was told they didn't have another unit and they could offer me a 10x8. I reluctantly accepted it because I needed a unit and wanted one at this location since it was convient for me. After going to the unit I realized I would not be able to fit all of my furniture in such a small unit. I notice another unit with a green tag that looked to be the size of a 10x10. So upon arriving back at the check out for a 3rd time I asked for a refund and acquired about the other unit I had seen. The women looked it up and found out that even though the last person had cleared all of thier things out uhal never actually took them off of the unit. That's why it wasn't showing as available. She called the previous customer to confirm they had closed out account and after talking to th gentleman told me they could offer me that unit. I had to settle for a smaller unit but was happy that I had one. After arriving home and a couple hours later I received a call from uhal. I was told that when they kept switching the units from a 10x10 to a 10x8 then again to a 10x10 they refunded me back to much money and needed me to return to the location to give them back the 31 dollars they had given me. I understand mistakes happen but after all I had been through to then ask me to drive back to the location was unprofessional. It was there mess up and they should have owned up to it and taken the loss. Especially after making me wait in line 4 times and having to basically tell them about a storage unit that was available. If it wasn't for the fact that the facility is well lit clean and convientet and the fact that I am also getting a truck from this location, I would have had no issue getting my money back and going to another storage company. Staff was friendly but my experience was unprofessional and disorganized. A big let down from a company I have used many times before.

Wasted a long time in line, their computer system didn't work, my card doesn't work. No carts, awful parking for unloading. Looks like the entire roof leaks , including over my unit, fans, electric cords running everywhere trying to dry damaged items. I used Uhaul because the one in Totowa, NJ is great. This is the complete opposite! Can't wait to get my stuff out of there.

For the most part the location was very clean but the first unit that I was given was not and it was full of dead roaches. Most of the staff was helpful but there was one who even though he did help us he would not put his phone down to do so. He walk around the whole time watching shows on his phone and even when we asked got help he still had his phone to his face while talking to us.

We used a uhaul box.we called 24 hours ahead to access box.when it arrived at destination, staff could not find it.so we tried a week later,still could not find it.so on the 3rd week staff finally found it.we accessed it a 2nd time,called 24 hour in advance, with a set time to access box.get there and box had to be found,it was not waiting for us,so why have us call ahead to set time.outside of that,I'm satisfied, hope you guys can make the box ordeal,better for someone else.

My queen mattress and box spring had black mold all over it and some boxes were wet. This needs to be fixed for the next customer. The floor in the back wall is damaged. 

I had a couple of units and mostly everything was good the second unit I had was ok but had a bad water leak. Nothing seriously damaged I just reported it and moved stuff around that wasn't waterproof. I was offered another unit but it was to far away. Overall good experience but it got to pricey.

Andrew and his "crew family" were AWESOME!! They went above and beyond to service EVERY new renter whether truck or trailer or UBOX or storage unit!! They are all great problem solvers and their professional manners and knowledge of their jobs is MOST IMPRESSIVE! They ALWAYS wear a SMILE with their uniform and take great PRIDE in their work!! What a FANTASTIC experience I am having with this team!! The friendliness even trickles down to the cleaning personnel and Security folks and the mechanics and truck rental folks on the lot! I am so THANKFUL that I can do business with such a FINE company!! What an awesome experience!! I feel confident that my possessions being stored at this location will be well taken care of! Thank you Andrew for running such a massive facility and making my storage needs less stressful! I will DEFINITELY recommend your location to everyone in central FL! Dunkin' and OJ for ALL!!

The alarm would continuously go off whenever we entered the unit. When we requested help, we were told it was normal. We know this is not the case and we were given the impression the employees simply didn't want to help. Whenever we attempted to speak to an employee, the average wait time ranged from 45 mins to over an hour. There was no sense of customer service or support from this team.

The facility is clean, staff is friendly, but we had issues from the beginning. We reserved climate controlled storage rooms, when we arrived there were none to be had. So we ended up having to get regular storage lockers. After about 7 months of storage it was time to move into our home. We found that there was a small leak in one of our units that allowed small amounts of water in. But it was enough to rust our refrigerator, mold our newer couches, mold our large(expensive) Turkish rugs, and also cause damage to our cherrywood dresser(also not cheap), and also molded our dining room chairs (total of 6 that will need reupholstered or replaced). We haven't gotten into the rest of the boxes yet, but expect to find more damage. My suggestion would be get insurance and photos prior to moving your stuff in and after…

Well where do I start? First made reservations on phone then showed up to get truck and storage unit and they told me they had none. Then they found one they said at another location. So when I went there with truck load and to my surprise that place don't even have one that side and didn't have any empty. So I went back to the first location the last. Manager found one there at his location. So I moved in. He did make it right by first month free. So at that point its was ok. But at the beginning bad customer service.

No one could answer my questions. My first time moving by myself. I was lost I didn't know what to do all the boxes I ordered and the plastic wrap and equipment I thought were in the back of the truck were not there. When I asked about them hejust said he'd give us a refund and I have yet to receive that.

It was pouring rain (not their fault, obviously). I got there and the unit (2036) was blocked by a giant truck. When I asked them to move it they said "we have nowhere else to put it". When I insisted they agreed to move it but couldn't find the keys. I had to pay an hourly rate to movers to sit in the parking lot, in the rain while they looked for the keys for 1/2 hour. When they finally found the keys... THEY WERE LEFT IN THE TRUCK!
