When I returned the truck the sign says stay in your equipment and a representative will come out to complete my rental agreement. I waited almost 15 minutes and I finally went inside where there were 2 employees doing nothing..IF YOU HAVE THE SIGN UP THEN IT SHOULD BE DONE AS THE SIGN SAYS.AND YOUR NOT TAKE THE SIGN DOWN. EXPANSION IS NICE BUT WHAT GOOD IS IT IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW YOUR OWN RULES!!I WAS PRETTY UPSET ABOUT THAT!

Unfortunately the mileage and gas was off before i left the uhaul location. On one hand yes the customers can update information and all but i feel uhaul is such a big company and with all that space and trucks for rental hire another employee. Like seriously

I do not there is no need for "improvement ". The GM greeted me as his staff readied the necessary paperwork. The 15' box truck was immaculate, propered "gassed-up" and all of the paperwork was produced in just a few minutes. I am a repeat customer and plan to be one for as long the sales- point is in operation /s/ Richard I. Isacoff

The young lady that works there need to know that when someone come to rent a uhaul vehicle most of the time they are going through something she needs to be more mindful and respectful because it can be her mother sister or bother she was rude.

This experience was quite different from the last time I rented a truck. The check-in process took longer than expected even though I made my reservation online. I didn't feel comfortable taking pictures of my photo id and uploading them to the U-haul website. I have no idea who has access to my personal information at this point. I think customers should have other options for security purposes. I also didn't get the impression that U-haul trusts its customers. But I'm not sure, if I can trust them either now.

The internet connection at each location. They text you a link to use when inspecting the truck and it never opened or was accessible to me. Even after I left I tried and nothing. That's the only thing I would say needs improvement.

I went a couple of hours over the return time I specified, which was after the hours the equipment could have been rented out again and I was charged for a second return for both items rented. I did not dispute it, but considering the equipment could not have been rented out again, I do not think this was warranted. Especially since I did not receive a call or notification that this charge would be applied.

give key drop location details in drop off instructions. It’s not a big deal. We just drove around the building but it’s not a big orange box like photo which is more difficult at night time drop off.

Can't say that the cargo van was clean but it ran well and the customer service was great. I've rented from this location before and will again.

The overall experience was excellent. The sole negative was that the app bogged down (no network connectivity message) at the odometer verification screen during pick-up. I tried with both the location’s wi-fi and with cell service. It cleared after about a ten minute delay. Other than that, the self-serve pick-up is a great feature.

I was impressed with the staff at the location. The c/s that calls to confirm the location of pick up were outstanding. The derby location listed does not have u hauls so that was confusing but Boston post was convenient enough and the c/s covered the mikes I had to go out of my way.

two things. 1. the tank was at 1/4 full. I think policy should be at least half full. During a busy, strenuous move, the last thing I wanna do is fill up a big Uhaul truck. 2. The brakes seemed suspect. Plus, it was raining but the Brakes seemed like they needed maintenance. All else was good. Smooth transaction.

Highly suggest if a accident happens on site it should be able to be serviced on site not have to call roadside to have a tire repaired. Did not like my experience and I will never use uhaul again.

I put some wrapping paper in the used box take a box area, David said rudely, your not putting trash in there, i said no its packing paper, I got at haul in black rock I didn't use it, he says take it out my boss says only boxes no trash, I said its not trash but I'll take it out and throw it away! Then David told me I could find the truck in the back parking lot under aisle B, There was snow on the ground it was hand to find B, He couldn't even walk outside and point it out. No one else was there to pick up, I even called to say I'd be 15 mins late, no uber available. The truck was covered in snow, the back door was stuck and tech - David wanted to pour ice on it, since there is no deicer, wouldn't that freeze the back platform.. he finally got it opened and helped me remove the snow once he saw me w my own ice scraper using it.There were other trucks under awning protected from snow. Ive been in this location a few times, always had to wait, not sure why, employees are always talking amongst themselves. I called and asked for an auto transport and no noe was helpful, said they didn't have any in the whole state, wasn't even going to look up and check. I ended up flying back up and getting my car.. Good thing they didn't have the storage avail back in feb 2018 and I went to hamden, Hamden was a lot friendlier.. If I could help it i wouldn't use orange for anything.

Make sure your employees know their products, You can’t misinform customers your trailer comes with straps when they don’t (that turned into a long day) you need time management in the Orange location, waiting 45 minutes to pick up a reservation is unacceptable, people don’t have all the time in the world. If you are short on staff then hire more people. I was charged for extra insurance coverage as i clearly declined.. the list goes on... one employee was very professional and very helpful(he is new).

dropped off trailer as instructed to do by store employee, two days later received notification from UHaul stating it was never returned. Employees "couldn't find it". So I had to go to UHAul and found it within thirty seconds exactly where I was instructed to drop it off.

An associate gave poor customer service when I came to return the vehicle. I will be following up with the location manager as I am owed a refund that the associate was unable to comprehend and complete. This is the 3rd time I’ve used uhaul and have never experience such poor customer service as I did today.

We arrived on several occasions to bring new in/remove old items from and was frustrated to find all loading bays occupied by unused trucks/trailers. That should be parked elsewhere.

I was not happy with the service I received and will not refer UHAUL to anyone. They sold all of my belongings without notifying me. My lawyer and I are working on sueing UHaul for that.

Till this day they want to charge me the monthly pay when i left the facility way before my month was due, called to fix it and nothing have got done !
