The two individuals working here when we returned our rental were extremely rude, impatient and no help whatsoever. As a first time renter I would definitely not recommend anyone use this place. Horrible customer service.

NATHAN WThe guy at the front dest was not helpful at all. There was an error with my mileage. He was dismissive and not helpful. I had to file a complaint with customer service regarding the extra mile charges I was told I owed. I found out a day later the guy charged me without my consent.

CINDY YNehemiah B. Is the worse customer service attendant I have encounter with Uhaul. He's helped me multiple times and every time I wonder if he is just having a bad day because of his short responses to my questions, does not provide feedback or advice when asking equipment questions and has not shown any interest in being helpful. I will not return to this locations because of him. I have been a recurring customer to this location since June 2024 for personal use and business use. Please see that he is addressed with my complaint. He is making a U-Haul look unprofessional.
MONICA VI wish I remembered the names of the 2 employees working on Sunday. they were the only two employees working one in the office and the other out in the yard. There was six people in line and he was taking two customers at a time one at each register which sped up the process. By the time I got out to the Trailer, the gentleman in the yard already had the dolly and pads in the back of the trailer. He got the trailer hooked up, and I was out of there relatively fast. Both gentleman were hustling!

ANTHONY CRude staff, I received a shoulder shrug when I told employee about the electrical issues with the truck. The employee got upset because the rubber strip left ugly black marks on the truck and passenger window. Employee walked away while in the middle of taking my car off the car trailer to help others. Yell at me while I was on the phone with u-haul. Horrible customer service.

Christopher OThe website says it has access from 5am to 10 pm. The access posted at the facility is from 7a-7p. We got there right before 7pn and Nehemias accommodated us and made sure that we could drop some of our goods into the storage unit. Thank you Nehemias for putting the customer first!

Teresa LI originally scheduled my rental online and for a u-Haul location closer to my residence. Then I received a notice that the rental I needed was not available there, but would be available at the new location. I wasn't too happy about that, however, the new location appeared to be a much larger full service facility. my rental was waiting for me and was in great condition. The whole process was very simple and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely rent from U-Haul again.

SAMUEL TOur experience was HORRIBLE! My husband and I (both seniors) have NEVER been treated so poorly!! Neither of us know anything about loading or unloading a car on a tow bar. All the other locations (San Bernardino, CA and Colby, KS) loaded and unloaded it for us. BUT not the Holt location. He wanted an extra charge. Please listen to the phone calls I made to Customer Service who referred me to Roadside Assistance who referred me to the manager of the Holt location. As far as I know the employee we dealt with may BE THE MANAGER. Whoever he is, I feel he should be FIRED!!! I would like a follow up call.

CATHY HI was told I could rent with my phone and skip the counter. That didn't happen. I finished my check in instructions and waited 15 mins for someone to verify my information. Once done I couldn't find the truck. It wasn't ready. When I finally locate the truck, the key isn't in the lockbox. I ask and they tell me I have to go to the desk. When I get to the desk and ask about the key he says they have. I ask what's the point of the big sign at the desk that says skip the counter, he says you did skip the line, I reply " that's not what the sign says. It says skip the counter, not skip the line." I won't rent from here again.

GABRIEL C | Overall ExperienceThe only thing you might want to consider at some time is having a different code for the door access than you have for check-in/check-out, so I could check in and give the door code to my moving helpers while still keeping my personal check-in code private. That way, nobody but me can check-in (and you can't open the door without checking in first, so that feels like it would be more secure). Just a thought; very happy with the service, the cost is reasonable, and location is convenient. ¡Gracias!

Over the last 2 years, the access hours changed which was difficult for us with working schedules. We did have to remove our storage items in an expedited manner due to the facility needing to make changes by a specific date. Abel was very accommodating and provided very good customer service.

Latrice R | Overall ExperienceOnline move in stated that the lock for the storage door would be inside my unit and that the extended storage hours were until 10pm. The first time I arrived, my storage unit was already locked and there was no key to access the inside. It was around 8pm and no one was working. We had already unloaded everything and had to reload back into our truck. We showed up the next day, got my lock that apparently an associate has to give us (NOT what it stated online) and they needed to take the other lock off my unit. On Christmas Day I needed to access the storage so I spoke with a uhaul rep through chat who stated that if the location has after hours then I would be able to get into my unit. I show up that evening and of course the doors won't open. Another wasted trip and inaccurate information. I come back a couple days later around 8pm and yet again the storage entry doors won't open! It takes 30 minutes from my place to get to this uhaul storage location. As I'm about to turn around someone walks out of an office and tells us there aren't extended storage hours even though it states so online. He told us to come back at 7am the next morning. The ONLY reason I chose this location was due to the "extended hours" that apparently don't exist. I don't know if this is a widespread issue or just this location but I've wasted SO much time going back and forth to this place and have been given wildly false information several times. Horrible experience so far.

The staff is friendly, the location is always clean, and most importantly my belongings were safe.
