The truck was easy to rent over the phone , the worker in the store when I came was excellent, pleasant and professional. The return was super easy too. The price was excellent and I will be using Uhaul again

I mentioned showed the gentlemen that inspected my storage unit (# 126) upon emptying my storage unit that 2 nail are coming through the ceiling and that someone could cut themselves on those. Thankfully I did not. I do hope that you check on this and repair it so that no one gets hurt and that your company does not expose itself to any liability. Thank you and stay safe. Greg.

the online services were VERY user friendly, don't let some knuckleheaded IT executive make changes just to justify his salary, it is excellent the way it is, the look, feel, and ease of navigation is one of the best I've used.

BUT wasn't happy with the information given the employees need to be all on the same page and instructed correctly with the same information. I reserved a truck 2 days in advance was quoted and advised of a price $122 then on Saturday pick up truck wasted another hour redoing the whole trip with a bigger price $295 and wanted to buy blankets not rent them cause cautious for bed bugs, he said 6-for $15 thought that was cheap and said I'll buy them so didn't return them when truck was returned cause I new I bought them. Wrong you charged be $86.66 more cause they weren't returned I've returned 4 and returning the other two on Wednesday, then wasn't explained at time of pick up that if we go over mileage it will be charged more my receipt given to me didn't match the receipt that the guy printed out sunday when I went to complain?? he was even confused as to why my didn't match his. needless to say Im not happy. Please dont waste your time unless you want to be ripped off. We drove a total of 14 miles and were charged $14 for gas. We already paid 99cents which was fine. This is not the first time this happened but it will be the last.

The APP is awful! To take a trailer/car from UHaul is taking “forever” - no information saved from the past. Each time it waste my time and at the end it stops the process and I need do deal with the worst customer service in-person again. They ruined my moving day multiple times!

Very frustrating to select online and mobile check in then have to wait in line for 20 min at the store to pick up. Two other people in line were voicing their concerns. Also I paid for 1 dolly. There were two, one that the worker put in the truck then another saying if you break the tabs you have to pay for it. That dolly with the zip ties was in the way and took up space.

Given COVID - it would be beneficial if you employed some sort of sanitary procedure. When I returned the equipment that I had rented I did not see the surfaces most commonly touched (steering wheel, gear shift, door handle) getting wiped down after my use. It appears that the vehicle was simply checked for cleanliness & then put back onto the lot for next pick-up

The guys where great with setting up the storage unit. When we needed to rent trucks for our move the guys went out of there way to help us when we had to change our moving dates 3 times.

My truck had huge scrapes across both sides, high mileage (was awful on gas mileag), and worst of all I was worried for my son's safety sitting in the passenger seat. The door and passenger mirror were shaking the whole time and looked as if they would fall off. I emailed the person at this Uhaul and have yet to hear back from them. Oh, and the icing on the cake. Because I had to drive extra slow I was late by about 40 minutes and was charged another day!

My sister had previously rented and warned me of her difficulties in doing the 24 hour drop off by using the app...but we were done with the truck so we gave it a shot----NOT USER FRIENDLY...and I sent the mileage and an email explaining when I got home BUT still got charged $20---that's not fair. Make your app user friendly and realize that when you tell in your instructions not to text and drive....that also means I can't check my email for auto-replies with instructions,,,,that didn't work anyway. Would TRULY appreciate a $20 refund

The worst Mobile Application I've used - so many questions and information needs to provide, notifications with necessary actions in the last moment, no completed information provide in the app or online, needs to ask customer service, and a lot of similar issues. In my last year experience U-HAUL provides the the most expensive service with the worst quality of customer support! I'm very disappointed in U-HAUL!

Charged $20 for after hours drop off even though I dropped the trailer off at noon on Sunday, during regular hours. They didn't answer the phone when I called the following day and did not respond to the message left for them. I will disputing the charge. This is the third time I have rented a trailer from UHaul, and all three times have been problematic.

When I picked the trailer up & got it home there was all white stuff in it like they had sheet rock in it before. I had to sweep it out I was using it for my motorcycle & when I got to where I was going my bike had white all over it

The truck I rented was disgusting. There was food crumbs, dirt, red clay and god knows what else all over the interior and on the bench seat I had to sit on. The truck smelt so much like cigarette smoke that I had to drive with the windows down the entire ride.

The truck was old and unsafe. Very hard to steer. Very disappointed . Driving was scary as it felt like we would get stranded. Several times we were unsure if we would make it safely to destination. Vehicle needs to retire.

With only one employee managing business, although he was very thorough, courteous and attentive, business was hampered by customer colume. My wait time was 60 minutes. The attendant did not stop working the entire time. I felt like a second attendant would have been helpful at that point.

Be more clear on the $19.95 per day rental. was charged a full $89 for returning the rental in the morning versus midnight. didn't drive it anywhere but there after where we drove it the day we rented it. it would have been back on time if we didn't have to drive all the way back to return one of the workers phones that he left in the van. this made us late for picking up our refrigerator. I don't think we should've been charged for a full day when we returned it first thing in the morning.

The only frustration I had was that I had originally reserved the truck at the Attleboro location. The person who had the truck before me didn't return it so I lost a couple of hours plus I had to pay more because of the extra miles to North Attleboro.
