Dedicate one person to handle outside returns so the desk person can stay inside to handle the next customer.

Truck was a wreck on the outside. I had to video all the damages on it. I figured the insurance money and all charges would keep the fleet up to par. Or someone not doing there job. When I returned the short hair lady never greeted me. After 4 minutes of waiting she said I will be with you. Never maid eye contact during this. Check the video you will see. Very disappointed with service and fleet. Sorry this is how I truly feel and I usually never do surveys. However this location is broken and needs to be repaired.

The Uhaul associate who helped me was very professional and you could tell he was trying to move things along quickly. Unfortunately, the UHaul computer system was very slow and held him up. The system resulted in a long wait time.

Workers need more training how to greet customers... I found them too rough in their interactions with the customers (with me and the other two waiting in line in front of me)

The gentleman who initially helped me told me the nearest drop off location was in Brockton approx 9 miles away and well over the miles I was given. Had he taken the time he would have discovered that there was a place 2 miles away from my new residence. Very fortunate that I called the customer service line and the woman I spoke to was very helpful and helped remedy this

Unfortunately for the first time since I’ve been renting U-Hauls (about 6) I had a not so good experience. The truck I rented from this place ended up causing me an injury on my hand the people who work there were not very thorough about the process or getting me set up. I do recommend using U-Haul because it is a great resource for moving... just not this location if you are a first time user.

The driveway/parking lot is annoying to navigate most times- where the loading/unloading doors are located are a pain to get to because of all the "one ways" and truck drop off zones.

Recommend friends to be extremely patient it takes at least 10 minutes until finally someone answers the phone.Trying to pay your bill there forget it call it in.This continues people will leave.
