Van floors were dirty, trash in the cargo area along with 2 gallon jugs of distilled water. Several dents and scratches on the outside of the van which reflects a total lack of being responsible and respect for other people's property. A shame it has been abused.

Very easy process. The general manager was very helpful.
Please let customer know if some of the accessories are not available ahead. Also please let customer knows surcharge policy if equipment is checked out early and return a few minutes late. Thanks.

Minor issue when I was checking out. They wanted to look at the empty unit after I had moved out, and when I notified them that we were out, they were too busy to look, but promised to look later and let me know via email if there were any issues. Imagine my surprise 4 days later when my C card got auto billed for the next month charges. They fixed it right away after I let them know, but if I hadn't caught it I'd been out another $190.00. Holly was super friendly and helpful.
I could not get the online registration to work after several attempts. Manager was terrific and got me in and out very quickly which I appreciated. Location was very convenient and early rental time is great.
We discovered that the mirrors were not properly working and the attendant could not fix them. We hope that you can prepare them as they could not be repositioned. The mechanism for doing so was broken. The cargo van was clean on the inside.

I wanted to confirm that you know that I still have my things in my rented u haul is still Parked outside my Storage unit . I have had some issues with getting help in moving into storage. Furniture covers were missing from my order. I did have to reschedule the appointment because time requested was not available. The driver side visor pin fell out as I was driving.
My reservation was changed from 1 PM to 3 PM without any notice. Even though I was able to check the vehicle out right at 2 PM, that really deteriorate my experience. Also, fuel level was not full when I picked up the van, but paperwork said Full.
U-haul changed my pickup location to a ace 20 miles away. This location didn't have all the equipment I needed and I was delayed picking up the truck and starting my move.

I did everything on line, it was quick and easy. We picked up the van on Saturday morning, full of gas and ready to go. I was in and out in less then 5 minutes. On return again it was quick and easy in less than 2 minutes. Thanks for the great service!
The unit was smaller than promised due to an air conditioning unit in the ceiling. It was also very hard to get in touch with staff when I was having payment issues.
Walked in to get my keys, nobody was in the office. Waited for about 5-7 mins and finally comes in and doesn't even apologize for making me wait, just says, “do you have a reservation?†Transaction went smoothly. However, wasn't told where I needed to park the truck when I brought it back, had to ask. And had no idea until I got home that I needed to take pictures of it when I dropped it off. Just really dismissive. I don't know if he was having a bad day or if he was just alone there all day. If that's the case I understand, but at least could've used some form of niceties.
Great overall experience
When I got my receipt back it charged me 110 miles and I only went maybe 40 miles. I will not use U-Haul again if it does not get corrected.
There was an error on our bill and we were charged an extra rental period. The manager promptly corrected it and followed up with a call to apologize for the error. Greatly appreciated.

I reserved my Uhaul well in advance of needing it. I reserved it at a different location. My reservation was changed to pickup at this location. If I had wanted to pick up at this location, I would have reserved my rental at this location. I don't like the fact that my pickup location was changed.
The location of the dolly is in the way. I didn't use it but had to cut it to move it out of the way. Maybe the dolly can be sitting straight up because I'm basically getting charged for something I didn't use.
Sanitize or wipe down the inside of the truck - there was a bit of debris from the previous move inside the cab
The furniture dolly I ordered was not available. I was charged and never got my money back. I tried to electronically check in but the website was down. It took a long time to chrck in and return the truck.
Truck ran very rough. The back of the truck and the hand truck had dog poop all over I had to clean it before I could pack it. There in the rental agreement is this mystery $20 charge for returning the truck after hours.
This was the not the location's fault: I was told on the phone I would have the truck from 8am-7pm but when I got there the location was only open from 9am-5pm. I was 1 hour late to each of my pick up points throughout the day.
Nothing to improve but I did want to mention that the young man that checked me out was outstanding . Took extra time to make sure that I had everything that I needed and that the truck was turned around and ready to go. Hope someone acknowledges his great customer service.
On the app I was told to go inside to get my key. The store was closed. I called customer service several times, but gave up after sitting on hold for 10+ minutes. I finally reached back out via the chat that began after my identity was verified and was then told that the keys were under the seat. Not inside, not in the box outside the building. Not sure what would've kept someone from stealing the struck that I was responsible for at that point. This location is right off the highway and right next to a highly trafficked gas station. Seemed kind of irresponsible to me. I Help people clean out and organize their storage units. I rent trucks regularly.
No improvement needed
We have had MANY issues with this location and if at all possible will not be using it anymore (we rent vans almost every weekend). Our location has been moved multiple times, the store isn't opened when it was supposed to be and our pick up time changed without being notified. It's been a mess.
Everything was fast and efficient.
Great service and no complaints. The woman now managing this location was customer friendly and explained all details along with a quick check out.
One person who really didn't care. Too lazy to find our order and really just didn't give a care.
I was overcharged for mileage. My ending mileage was 106871, starting mileage was 106847 which is 24 miles not 39 for which I was charged. I is like like my refund or I'll be disputing this with my bank. I was not able to get a physical receipt or contest the charges in person because the Holly advised to just leave the key as she was working with another person in front of me and I had been waiting for a long time.

Sorry I didn't remember her name. The lady checked me in was excellent! I'm not used to getting good customer care. From the time I walk in she was wonderful. I'm not a morning person,but she made my day!
The whole experience was bad until I got to this location. I was supposed to have a truck on Saturday morning and wash not able to pickup a truck until Sunday morning. Was sent to 3 different locations on Saturday.

I chose this location because the last time the guy that helped me was kind and friendly. He messed up paperwork that took longer but he was so pleasant it didn't matter. I hate to be negative but I could have used a machine to process my rental and it would have been friendlier. How hard is it to be just pleasantly kind, she processed the paperwork and walked off leaving me standing there, I ask what I think may be the manager “is she coming back?†All she said was “ she's getting the truck†She drove up with the truck jumped out and I said thank you but not a word from her but ok! Customer service please come back!!!!

Ensure that the equipment being rented to your customer is maintained and reliable, especially when it is being used for a cross country move.

I tried to reserve online and I found the website to be very confusing. I wanted to figure out how to reserve a truck and book storage at my destination but couldn't figure out how to apply the one month free or what my options were in terms of locations near my new house "destination". I tried calling but was on an eternal hold. Ultimately, I went to the store closest to me for pick up and was helped. But the pricing was different than what I was able to find online, so that was frustrating The young man who helped me did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

The website said I was renting a 10 foot high unit, and it definitely was not 10 feet tall. It was more like 8 feet.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The current Manager is poor. Bathrooms are filthy, no soap, sometimes no TP. Lights out in hallways and unit. Cars parked everywhere limiting movement. Six years in that unit and I left due to her.

The customer service representative in the office was great and outstanding. On the other hand, the representative on the phone that answers your phone did not know anything about the office.
Only thing It was an inconvenience to not have the truck I reserved available at 5:00 pm. However, Ashley stayed on point until another truck was located. The other location had additional issues

I was very upset when I learned that I was unable to receive any type of cost reduction even thought the uhaul was used to move my mother from her condemned apartment in Panama City due to hurricane.
I had a problem with getting in a couple of times, a quick call and that was fixed. I do wish U-Haul prorated the month when leaving before contract date. Overall, I was very happy with my experience

The storage unit was well maintained and the equipment was in good working order as well as the elevators. My main concern was every time I went to the storage unit it seemed the a/c was not on.

Whoever does their accounting should be provided some additional training. It took months to straighten out their incorrect billing. Attempting to contact the site during this time was difficult.
