I just decided to keep the key and return it in the early morning. The overall experience using this service is absolutely dreadful.

He said he notified someone to go to the trailer area. I then saw another employee help 2 other customers who arrived after me hook up their trailers. I'd say insure your customers are attended to fully a until they are leaving the lot before moving on to the next customer.

I had been told by a scheduler that I would have to pick up my auto carrier 24 miles from this location & she resolved the issue because they had ample carriers available. Saving us precious time on packing day!! :)

Also was disappointed that initially I was told that the furniture dolly I reserved 8 days earlier was not available. It was only after I was doing car check that a coworker heard me tell employee helping me about that he said, “I have 2 over here.†Even after that, guy said he couldn't give it to me because it was no longer on invoice. I asked him to radio counter and she added it…something he should have known. Still, staff was friendly

Jd S.Check vehicles out and make sure they are in safe working condition. When I explained that this truck shut down driving down the freeway and we had to coast to the side of the road no cared. Did anyone say oh we will give you a discount on the rental NO! One call was to tell me I was late and the 2nd to ask me where were the keys that I gave to tow truck driver.

ARELI P.I had to go inside to sk about trailer return, I was told to go back outside and drive to back of the lot where personnel would unhook me. I arrived at the spot personnel told me to back it up there and they left. I waited 15 minutes and than unhooked the trailer myself. Went back inside and told them I unhooked the trailer. They said they called personnel twice. They did refund $20.00 for my wait and work.
Roger O.Completely change the way you do 24/7 service. It is confusing, incomplete instructions and very tedious. I will never use 24/7 again.

When trying to ask where to return the keys after hours she said “by the trucks†in a parking lot full of trucks. Thanks captain obvious. Then they forgot to put a dolly in the uhaul that I rented. They could careless about their jobs and company's image. The truck was fine but they clearly don't care about service.

Marjorie M.Vehichle's fan didn't work so could not use air conditioner (July), dome light was missing which made use at night difficult, bag of moving blankets was empty and zip tie on hand truck was broken, concerned I would get charged. First truck out of gas. Second truck I returned with 1/4 MORE fuel as shown on the statement, yet I was charged $120 for fuel and had to dispute it. My charges still seem to be $70 higher than I can explain, will need to call again. U-haul became a complete mess when they started the phone based check-out/check-in with their system that just does not work!
Ryan C.The staff was friendly; however, the staff did not follow through. On the first day, we rented a 10' truck. We returned it on time. However, we kept getting messages that the truck was never returned. We called and spoke to a manager who was rude. He said, he couldn't find the truck asked us a dozen questions and said he would call us back, but he never did. The second day, we rented a 26' truck. It was given to us with no fuel. We let the staff know and we told it would be noted. When we turned it in, we let staff know why the gas level was not were it was supposed to be. Still no one did nothing. We were billed $28 furl charge. I mentioned it to the manager when I spoke to him regarding the 10' truck and he said he would look into it too.

David A.First, the availability of the truck was pushed back to noon when my appointment was originally at 9 am. They said they would call me if the truck were unavailable by that time. I did not receive a phone call and showed up at noon. The truck was still not ready when I got there. They phoned someone while I was at the counter and they stated they were "20 minutes away." Thirty minutes passed by, and I had not received any notice. I went back inside (since I never left), and they had no idea what I was talking about. I was obviously upset and then they managed to "locate a truck." It turns out there were trucks available the whole time and they brought one up from the back. I literally saw that same truck when I pulled in... On top of my appointment being pushed back, lack of communication at this Moreno Valley location, and the overall customer service, I would never recommend ANYONE to rent from this location. Unfortunately, since the Riverside location did not have a truck available, I was forced to go to Moreno Valley. Also looking at my receipt, I never received the discount they offered in the first place when they moved the appointment from 9 am to noon.
RUBEN R.In yard waited 45min. no truck had to talk someone to find out what was going on.- Upon receiving truck paperwork stated gas tank was 1/2 tank, but upon inspection it was on Empty, had go back into office have it changed on paperwork. Proceed to Gas , went to fill tank after about 3 gallons of fuel leaked out from gas tank(filer hose was cut)Returned truck for exchange . got truck and headed out of town , Loaded truck and trailer went to get fuel and truck also had cut fuel filler hose and about 9 gallons went to ground. Fire dept was called by gas station and pumps shut off. Called roadside assistance was told it would be min. 2hrs , after 3hrs was told I would recieve extra day rental for free..Roadside finally showed up and changed hose about 3.5 hrs delay. Upon return truck Trailer was charged extra day rental charge not what i was told. Next day spent hour to get someone on phone to reverse extra day which still hasnt happened it been over 7 days since i spoke to uhaul. Worst experience ever !!

I called before I arrived to let the employee know that I was in traffic due to an accident and asked if she could someone could stay open for 10 minutes. I was told no. I called customer service to ask for help to return the truck. I given instructions on what to do. I dropped to truck off but was never told I would be charged $20.00 service fee.

I stood at the front desk and this guy was friendly. He told me the check in guy had the keys. I went back out and he didn't even attempt to look for the keys. I go back in to the office and the guy has to page him and direct him to do his job. He finally finds the keys. The truck had a lot of damage and possibly bad shocks.

josie c. | Overall ExperienceIt didn't seem very secure, you could enter the building without a key card since the door was always unlocked. I never saw any security or employee around. As far as cleanliness, there were always spiders and spiderwebs in my unit. It seemed like they never fumigated.

The staff specifically ridiculed my fiancé's payment method during a national pandemic while the storage manager giggled beside her. My fiancé called the corporate number and filed a report but nothing ever became of it and there was no follow up. Afterwards, we still received harassing phone calls from unprofessional staff. I will never deal with this company again after how my fiancé and I were treated. I'd rather lose all my items in storage, than deal with unprofessional staff, uncaring management, & bad business practices. This behavior for a business can never be acceptable and I will advise anyone who will listen against using your company.

And I told the lady at the counter my husband gave the keys along with the keys to the truck we rented. Why didn't she tell me at that point that the keys and lock were mine?
