I was told gas tank was full and I should return with full tank. However, I can send you pictures to verify 281miles to empty when I pick up the truck vs. 369 miles to empty when I returned the truck. This difference of 88 miles shows that the tank was not full when I picked it up. Please let me know how I can get reimbursed for this difference. Thank you, Richard Weeks cell 937-572-3905
RICHARD WThe back door was frozen shut and unable to be opened when I picked up the vehicle before business hours. Had to use a crow bar to pry it open. The instruction were also missing on the back to operate the latch release vs the other trucks at the facility.

JAMES KI Show up for a Auto trailer rental 6:30pm Friday 11/29/24. i'm initially told the trailer i was going to recieve was over 25 minutes late to be returned before later finding out he wasn't coming due to a miscommunication between store managers and said customer on when and where to return the trailer. Even more unforunate and baffling was the two auto trailers on the lot did not have the 4-pin to 4-pin extension needed for the lights with none were to be found in the store.... How does a trailer rental place not have the necessary equipment to rent said trailers, especailly something so simple?..... I ended up buying the 4-pin extension from a nearby Lowe's on my own dime due to staff in fear of not being reimburst if they paid for it.... I did get the trailer and everything worked after a hour of dealing with it initially. Just a fail on U-haul and the store in general!
COLE MCheck in and out was fast and friendly. The truck I drove had a lot of wind noise and also the mirrors were set so there were blind spots on both sides. I did not have tools to adjust.

The process was quick and straightforward. There was on long waiting and we had the truck for about 1 1/2 hours. The return was just as easy as the renting process.

KIEL GFor pickup, the folks there got me through lightning fast. I was dropped off and on my way with the truck within 15 minutes. Drop-off was even quicker. Very nice experience overall.

KEVIN MOnly piece I would say is I paid to rent a van & then there was not one available. Really wanted a van to make it easier for what we were going to move. Took a small truck for same price.

RODGER KI took the vehicle with the check lights on and the person in charge did not change the vehicle, I rented it at 3 and returned it before 6 I rented it for 4 hours but the new invoice has not been sent to me... terrible customer service and the application for the verification of the state of the vehicle did not help me due to errors on the page... I talk to the manager about these problems and he does not pay enough attention to me to solve the problem ... the charge of the vehicle was exaggerated knowing the time and the miles traveled I was not made the readjustment of the payment... I took pictures of the entire vehicle both exterior and interior and I didn't get help from the u-haul team
SANTIAGO CQuick and convenient to find the drop off location.
STEPHEN MTail light on trailer was never secured to fender. I drove over 300 miles before I refueled and discovered LED tail light assy was hanging on by the wire harness. I had to go to Walmart to buy repair supplies.

AALIYAH LI've rented many times from UHAUL. The Springboro location is very convenient. I have always been greeted with positivity. I've never had a bad experience with any staff. I'm pleased with the UHAUL family at the Springboro location. I have no complaints!!

rita cI have rented from this location three times over the years and have had a great experience every time.
MATTHEW HI reserved a 10' truck and was informed two days before that a 10' was not available so i was being upgraded. I was graciously offered a 10' truck 20+ miles away that I could pick up. The 15' was overkill for my need. In fact the 10' was overkill as a van would have been perfect but vans are not one way. I tried to get a van and return it with no mileage charge but ,my offer was not accepted. It seemed like U-Haul did nothing to accommodate me and their problem was my problem. If I didn't want the 15' I was out of luck. I am sure I paid more in gas for the 15 than for the 10. Not what I would call good customer service. I was told my reservation did not guarantee me the truck size I reserved just that I would have a truck. Kind of like buying an airline ticket isn't it?
JOHN PThe only problem was we reserved a cargo van online yet when we arrived they didn't have one so they upgraded us to a larger truck. Everything else was perfect, this location is well managed.

They wild not offer a replacement vehicle, monetary incentive or technician. Eventually I managed to open the box. Time was of the essence.

MARGARET BI absolutely hated coming to my storage unit because there was a load screaming alarm every time I opened the door to my unit. Sometimes, I would dread opening the door. I reported this issue repeatedly. It stopped and then started again. What was interesting is it would sound during the day but not at night, so I know they can control it. I felt embarrassed, like a thief who was burglarizing my own unit. It was unacceptable. I'm happy that I will never hear that sound again. I will never store my items at this facility again.

Under the previous manager (a woman) almost every time I called the office they would never answer the telephone, instead all calls were forwarded to the Uhaul call center. As a result, I would have to drive 15 milles each direction (30 miles round trip) just so I could ask employees of the Springboro Pike Uhaul any questions that Ihad. This makes it VERY inconvenient for customers who do not live nearby. My low rating is due to the lack of proper customer service exhibited by the entire staff at the Uhaul staff under the prior manager ... it is not based upon the current manager. Please answer the telephone during business hours so customers do not have to drive 30 miles round trip just to ask questions about their rental unit. To be fair, I never really dealt with the new manager or current staff at the Springboro Pike location.

Their logic was that because they were filling more lockers, they were entitled to up the price every month. But it sure never went down!! Also... i was paying extra for 24 hour access... then one day they just cancelled it without asking me and wanted to add ANOTHER $10 a month to get it back. Other than the over pricing issue, it was clean, safe.

Then, whenever we went up to the front to get the furniture dolly, they were not very nice. And when we went to leave, they came out, despite having been told that the dolly we borrowed was inside the trailer, and demanded that I pay for a dolly.
