Make sure that the vehicles are fueled and ready to drive out the lot the service was great the staff was excellent I had issues with the truck that was reserved for me but the staff made sure that I left with a very decent and run of the truck thank you for the great workWillie F.

Have staff on hand and available to assist customers' needs. While I understand businesses can be busy and short staffed, if I make a reservation for a certain pick up time then I shouldn't have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes before I even see an employee. I was pertinent and even early for both my rental pick up and return. Had I not booked the extra hour I anticipated for unforseen issues, intended for traffic not a late pickup due to staffing, I would have likely been charged for the overtime on my rental.JERRY L.

We asked for a app. dolly, We then cancelled the dolly. We were charged for the dolly, Then when we dropped the rental off, They asked about the dolly. We explained that the young girl at the pick-up said the dolly was removed from order. That she never did.MARK V.

I asked for a hand cart on my rental and she forgot it. Also the biggest thing is the cab leaks so when I set out on my 900+ mile journey it of course was raining. I was completely soaked because the cab leaks bad and it got me all wet. Not fun at all!WILLIAM F.

I did an online reservation and I was supposed to have the truck from 6:30-1:30. Last minute they changed the reservation to 9:15 and it still ended at 1:30. I was unable to finish everything I needed to do and was very angry with that.Jessica I.

The attendants at this location were VERY unpleasant, when checking out the person would not speak up so i could hear her. When doing the light check on the trailer she would not raise her voice so i could hear her. I had to recheck the lights at home because i'm not sure if they were ok and i felt like if were to say something it would have turned into a confrontation.MARK W.

This is a busy facility that is under staffed. In addition the staff that is there is not that knowledgable on fees, etc. And because they are so busy nobody is really nice. We told them we werecgoing to drop off after hours. They Never went through the process of having to go on line and check it in or there would be an additional $20 fee. Have better customer service. Explain to people the right way. Not fair how we pay extra to not even be able to access to put our Stuff in the storage. Got charged for nothing and want us to hurry up because someone else had that truck reserved. Not our problem. Been calling all day and night and no pick up. Calling right now too and No pick up again. There's no carts to carry stuff to the storage absolutely nothing. Don't pick up the phone but they are texting on their mobile device?? Unbelievable.
