Stop processing payment until you know the real charge. I was charged 100 dollars on estatmated bill when the real charg was 36 dollars. And was told this would drop off by end of day to reflect real change this was not true the change for 100 dollars remains and now I have a late payment on another bill I had to pay this weekend because of the over change.louis M.

Stephanie was wonderful to meet and work with. I found her to be friendly, professional and went out of my way to help. Note: My truck reaked of cigarette smoke. I was told the product that is used to get rid of those smells were out of. It also needed to be cleaned better. Stephanie took care of that for me by getting some wipes and going over the inside of the truck again. I just felt they should not have rented out the truck if they were waiting on product and the truck was not completely cleaned. Other than that my experience was great.Stephanie C.

Figure out a better reservations system. Discussed pickup location with agent, even directions. Then arrived and found reservation made at a different location. Luckily a substitute trailer, slightly shorter, was available. Then actual paperwork took a very long time trying to photograph driver's license, while others waited in line. Terrible.PETER S.

I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. The location, we picked up from was so helpful and understanding. However Uhaul really dropped the ball, was very unorganized, rude and overall hard to work with.Zachary G.

U haul failed us. We were offered a FREE month of storage at this location. When we arrived after a long two day trip, they didn't have the storage unit available. We were left scrambling to find a unit elsewhere. I even confirmed it a few days before and was told everything was good. We found a unit locally that cost us way more than we wanted to spend. Uhaul will be receiving a letter from us. A gentleman named Simeon was very helpful at this location though.jonathan B.

Our truck broke down two hours into the trip. It 26 hours before we're moving again. I told over and over that it would be just a couple more hours. They could've been honest with us and we would've done things a little different during the breakdown. Then you guys closed out our contract before we were even finished and truck was turned in. I guess hoping to get rid of us before we caused trouble. So my portal was shut up before I get to send all the pictures. Because we had to transfer the load mostly by ourselves things got damaged. Arrived a day late which meant I lost all my local help on Sunday and couldn't even get the keys for apartment so altogether had to stay in motels three nights instead of one . Also had to miss 2/2 days at work since I didn't arrive on the weekend . Haven't been able to get a hold of anybody since then. They did turn her portal back on but it doesn't work . I've requested at least three or four times for somebody to call me but no response. We are being avoided. Also found out that you're not supposed to trake a truck with over 100,000 miles out of state our truck had 114,000 miles and we're sent halfway across United States. Need to be compensated for our time and effort and troubles and stress and treated like good customers. Someone needs to call me 405-888-7668.TROY R.

Rented equipment on Monday. The staff and the manager are a good team, they work very well together to serve the customers as efficiently and quickly as possible, with a very professional and courteous attitude. It seems that U-Haul is trying to get people to use the online site for faster service, but it would appear that most of us still prefer the in-person approach, I know I do, I tried the website but to me it was frustrating, confusing, and more time consuming than waiting in line at the location. They may want to add extra staff, especially on the weekend- I initially went there Saturday to make a reservation, and there was only one girl working. She was doing an excellent job handling everything including phone calls, and was really running her butt off to serve the customers and get them on their way as quickly as possible, all the while maintaining her very professional, courteous and pleasant demeanor.Anna G.

People at the u-haul were very very nice and they worked with me as much as they could. It was my Storage unit I've had a lot of money problems and that's why I got such a small unit to put my stuff because I had no place to live but the people At u-haul we're wonderful to me. My phone was broken and I could not call back or anything to try to save my save my ear net but it was not at all their fault by any means. General manager is very rude, definitely understand why his staff or one of them was so extremely stressed with 5 people in the building. It was 4:15 on Friday the 15th definitely could tell the GM was pissed he was there. He had 1 guy inside for the computers and one guy out side the poor kid outside couldn't do anything right for this GM. As an operations supervisor for a very large corporate company. I can tell you your General Manager needs to treat his people better As the both staff inside and outside did a great job and all the customers were talking about how rude and unprofessional the GM is. With job shortage I'm surprised he has a staff. The boys did great they helped me out and I wasn't waiting long. Rented a 20' truck from this location. The rental staff was great. Within 5 miles of the location the truck broke down and left my wife stranded. Tony did get another truck send to that location for my wife to take, so all it cost us was about 2 hours and much anxiety. I can't help but think of the problems we would have had if the truck were fully loaded and we were underway when it broke down. I am giving this review based on that original truck rental. That truck had over 116,000 miles and should have been better maintained. I hope Tony will improve service in this regard. And it would have been better customer relations had Tony offered some kind of consideration for our ordeal. The second truck performed well, and we would give him a second chance to perform better.JODI D.

I would recommend based on my area which isn't the best for many things. I did have a slight issue. When I asked when I needed to return it I was told whenever I wanted or the next day if I wanted. I replied that I will try to return it the same day bc the next I was busy. He just said when they closed w/o telling me I would be charged if I didn't return it the same day. That was pretty much what I was asking for in the first place. My plans for the next morning changed so I just kept the trailer at my house bc I simply didn't feel like going back out. If I would have known I would have. I explained the problem when I returned it and they were super cool & didn't charge me. So that was great. I do want to add that there's a black kid with dreads that works there (I'm only describing him bc I didn't catch his name) who was incredibly great both times I was there. Hard working, knowledgeable, kind and just a great person. He was not the person who left out the fact I would be charged for bringing the trailer back the next day. You should be proud to have people like him working for you.joni S.

They were quick and saved the day. After ordering a mobile pick up at a different location. There was a problem with the application and I was unable to get the truck. I was on hold for help for 40 min just to be transferred to another operator. I canceled my order and this location saved the day!lorena S.

My unit got broken into twice and I lost all my belongings and seems like it was not cared about and when I went in last to talk to somebody before auction I was told to pay the balance and the only person they could talk to was my 16 yr old daughter who I listed as an emergency contact which she has no legal obligation to my contract and I asked if I could see what items where left due to the second break-in bc I was told it was pretty much empty as the first theft by a friend who rents a unit across from mine and was told I could talk to Tony the next day but he wouldn't want to talk to me bc there had been issues with him and myself I'n the past. I stopped your employee and informed him me and Tony have never spoke not got into it with one another and he looked at me as if I was crazy. I'm really upset about losing all my belongings due to theft and your employees seemed to not even be concerned and I lost everything and now I'm being way over charged . I don't think this is fair nor your business not provide a person with assistance in following up on 2 break INS so I will be contacting uhaul and making a complaint and reporting the actions being conducted as something seems odd and possibly being withheld information on what and who was responsible for the crime that was committed and how I was unheard and unit auctioned for 10 dollars and owing almost 600 and my everything stolen when I was told my belongings would be safe when I chose your facility.Brandy A. | Overall Experience

I think it would be nice if the units were pro rated. If my storage fee is due on the 15th and I moved my things out on the 1st. Lesson learned! The storage unit was not what we expected. My husband could not even stand up inside the unit. It says that the unit is 6 ft high and it is not. Because we are in a hurry (and moving) we had no choice but to take the unit. We are disappointed that when we rented the storage "locker" (which we did not know what that really meant) over the phone through uhaul it was going to be so difficult to get in and out of. For a good example, my husband could not even put his fishing poles in this storage unit. We have rented multiple storage facilities over the years, and this one will be a true lesson. We feel it is misleading and they should make SURE you understand the size before renting. The parking to unload is another obstacle as there is none really and only 1 door to access the building. Being on a budget, the prices for a second story unit were just right. However, upon inspection, I was shocked to find just how high the second story units were (the only reason they did not rate an "Excellent"), but they were all airy and spotless, as was the entire facility. Sawyer was definintely an asset; polite, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.
