I picked this truck up at a major uhaul service center with plenty of trucks, vans, etc.with that said you would think the equipment would be clean and ready for business. They just received it from the last renter and parked it.. too lazy to take time to clean it and make it ready for business. I CLEANED THE TRUCK, WAXED IT AND CLEANED UP THE ENGINE. . THAT IS THE WAY YOU SHOULD CONDUCT BUSINESS, ESPECIALLY WITH COVID-19

Location has too many vehicles anbd trailers on the property Ther is hardly any customer parking and very difficult to manuver on the property to hook up a trailer and drop one off. ...very limted space...tooo many vehicles..very dangerous. Would not rent again from this location.

They were extremely accommodating when we had to adjust the truck size at the last minute. They made pick-up and drop-off very easy. Their assistance with getting us help for unloading the truck was fantastic.

The parking lot was packed. Trucks everywhere with little to no room for customers to maneuver. The trucks are ok but no power windows and for the amount of money you spend to rent one, cost me almost $100 for 3.5 hours, they should at least have straps inside. Employee at the counter, Lamar Addison, was very friendly.

Tried to pick truck Saturday morning at 9:15 AM on Saturday. You had one person working there and 20-25 people in line. waited 45 minutes to get the through the process. Then waited 15 minutes for someone to pull up truck. So waited over 1 hour total. Reserved furniture dolly and blankets - did not receive these. So took an extra 2-3 hours longer to move because of time waiting in line and lack of dollys

I would have recommend this location before this last time. Vehicle was not clean. Window was dirty and seats also. Customer service was poor and my reservation was cancelled before I arrived and had to waste another 30 minutes making one. Overall very disappointed

I used this location once before and I was great- this time the truck was not in good shape, Door would not close correctly, RPM kept racing and would not shift. Guy who checked me in was nice. Don't think I should have had to pay for driving the truck 35 miles , when I already paid 75 dollars for 3 hours of use. Will re-think using haul next time!!

I rented a van in Malvern, Pa. and traveled five miles when a pebble or stone struck the windshield cracking it. I drove the Van back and was told they had no other vans or trucks available. At this time I was told since I had the insurance the deductible would be $150 and the fact I drove off the lot I had to pay the $19.95 for the rental and other charges, totaling $204.04. Therefore, I had no van and was out $204.04. This was the worse experience I ever encountered and I would like someone from Customer Service to call me. I don't know how you can charge me when there was no accident.

I reserved a utility dolly, an appliance dolly, a furniture dolly, and 24 furniture blankets. All I got was a utility dolly and 12 blankets. While this facility did not charge me for the appliance and furniture dollies, it did charge me for all 24 blankets. Also, although I reserved the truck and equipment with one facility a few blocks from my location, I had to drive 34 miles round-trip, twice, to this other facility. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone.

The process through the app was amazing and so easy to follow. I didn't realize I needed a U Haul the day before I moved out of my apartment because I thought I didn't have that much stuff. But I went on the app and reserved a 10 ft truck for the next day. It was very easy and I would definitely do it again if I moved.

I reserved blankets and a furniture dolly and there were none when I picked up. Also the truck the mobile pickup showed me was not the one assigned so I had to go inside anyway. Nothing major just not the best experience

The van had clearly been used to transport mulch and fertilizer. It was not even swept out. I had to sweep it out to get rid of the mulch in the bed of the van. The lights were on for an oil change and low tire pressure.

Lazy, I had to ask them to come out and look at the truck with me before signing off on it; I asked for a printed receipt showing all charges and the person said they couldn't do that. I was told over the phone by reservations that if I brought the truck in early I would be credited the days not used; the return depot said this would not happen. As well, I contracted to drop off in West Chester and was told I had to go to Malvern....this location was not where I contracted to drop off. The scheduling person on the phone giving me the drop off location was rude and “upety”...there are many truck rental companies Penske, Ryder, etc...U-haul failed me by not refunding the day I did not use the truck

I didn't request a truck from this location! I made a reservation over a month in advance for a U-Haul rental near my apartment in KOP! And at the same time I paid $300 plus for movers from the U-Haul website and had to pick a time for the movers! 8AM on the day of the move I am told there is no truck available and I'd have to go to this location at 4:30PM! I clearly made my truck rental for 12:30pm and my movers for 1pm. How the hell would giving my a UHaul 20 plus minutes away and 3 hours after my reservation be what I need! There was nothing that said the truck wasn't guaranteed when I made the reservation or that U-Haul can just do as they want hours before the truck is set to be picked up! That's completely unfair to customer who are using your site! Don't offer services or trucks you don't have! The truck wasn't at the right location and they didn't have all the moving blankets! It made the start of my move incredible stressful and I had to pay the movers for the extra hour! If you can't guarantee the truck then say that! Moving is stressful enough!

The guy at the actual pickup spot was great, but I will never deal with your company again because there's nobody helpful to call if shit goes south, god forbid I actually need to make an insurance claim with y'all. 0/10 Uhaul customer service is now my colloquialism for crap service. “Bro meeting the cable guy was almost as bad as tryna call Uhaul lmao”

Storage unit was fine, but the commuication between the website and office does not exist. I spoke to two office staff two months in a row to put me on auto-billing --- I was charged later fees each time because they didn't do it. Then when I checked out, I used the website because clearly the office staff didn't follow-though. Guess what, my check out was not processed. I stopped into the office just to confirm, and he had to do it manually. Why waste my time.
