Great experience all around. Thanks for everything. Computer system could be bit user friendly for the front desk associate but that didn't affect our customer experience
Susan V.Arrived after hours and was able to complete self drop off checkout on my trailer. I was a little anxious because I had been told to call the 888 number to help chose a drop off location but they were also closed. Instead drove 25 minutes passing many uhaul locations to deliver the trailer to this one chosen for me. The location was quite nice, just on the opposite side of town from where I needed. The self drop off through the website was fantastic, providing videos and examples of exactly what was required and helped to alleviate any lingering apprehension I had.

PROVCO C.The unit is great, only downside is being climate controlled and it being on the second level your having to walk up stairs to move your heavy boxes is the only downside. Having a ramp or elevator would be convenient.

I spent $700.96 at u-haul in the last 3 days and been a customer for 10 years, my husbands been a u-haul customer for 25 years.

Omomayowa O.I booked EXACTLY what I wanted online, big truck for 8am at a location close to my house. Turns out it wasn't available so you automatically changed it to 4 pm! So we had to book at a location that's a 20 minute drive from my house with a smaller truck. We purposely did mobile pick up bc the line is always sooooooo long and turns out you still have to go inside and wait in line to get your key! Then you go on a wild goose chase finding your truck. Then do more online pick up stuff. So the process is still long. Also the prices are just so expensive now !

Stephanie G.Was told by 3 employees that I wouldn't have to pay a cleaning fee for dirt that was trapped under a dolly I didn't pay for, sealed on the back of the truck. Brought this to the attention of the employees and was told not to worry. Took 20 minutes to process and was still charged the cleaning fee. I would've cleaned it out myself if the dolly wasn't there and I wouldn't had to have paid $7 to break the seal but in hindsight that seems better than being charged $50 to clean some dirt out from behind it. Not impressed with the service I received.
Cody C.Fatima, the Manger there was belligerent and totally unprofessional on 2 separate occasions recently when dealing with an in person booking issue and and a call about the fuel charge not being correct. You have lost a customer. Very poor customer service.
Daryl T.When walking in, to the reception, there was a dolly blocking between us and the reception. I had mention there is a dolly in the way, very RUDLY, “Melanie†says “andâ€? As if I had offended her? I proceeded to say I'm here to rent a trailer, she responds with “andâ€. Melanie was rude not informative. I usually don't have this type of welcome when I go to U-Haul, but today this experience left a bad taste.

Will E.List truck clearance in meters as all Canadian bridges use the metric height clearance. Went under a bridge that read 3.7 meters The truck sticker read 12' clearance My internet on my phone was a little slow but after Google worked, I found out that 12' equals to 3.65 meters. Took 5 minutes, to figure out.

When we tried to return late at night on the web site it would not accept due to the error. I was told to call next day to make sure it was checked back in… employee I spoke with the next day was rude, I asked if I can get a total of the rental.. she said check your email. Again your employees NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!! If you want more info you can call me.

VERY disappointed and won't use again.

Ashley R.Initially, I arrived at 6:30am to pick up the truck I had reserved. The Uhaul app to pick up the truck did not work for me (by no means is this the Clarke Road locations fault). However, the lady came to open the store at approximately 6:40am and seemed annoyed that I asked her for assistance before they opened at 7. She would not speak to me beyond speaking through the still locked door and had a very rude tone to her voice. I had used the truck to move some shop contents. Admittedly, the items moved left more of a mess than I had expected. I was unable to get it cleaned out properly before returning the truck. I told the ladies at the location about the mess and that I understood if there is an additional fee to clean the back of the truck, but I had run out of time… I did not expect that fee to be $400.00. Between the rude attitude in the morning, and the gross overcharge for a pressure wash, I will not be going back to this location. I also will be sharing this story with others, so that they don't get a large unexpected charge.. take the truck to a wash station and spend ten bucks to clean it out if need be.
Scott M.The truck I was assigned wasn't full of gas (annoying trying to refuel without overfilling what was used). It had obviously been broken into at some period as the door lock on the passenger side had been punched out and inoperable and the drivers side door continually said "OPEN DOOR" on the dashboard and it chimed (open door indicator) when going over any bumps or rough road. The front drivers side turn signal housing fell out and was dangling off the wires at some point (I noticed it when I got home and put it back in the best I could). The window handle to roll it down was broken and would pop off in your hand or when you closed the door. The driver's seat couldn't be easily adjusted forward or back as the handle was broken. The inside of the truck was immaculate however, I was very impressed by that. Otherwise it wasn't the greatest rental experience I've had from this location. Also, they no longer bring the trucks up from the lot, you have to search high and low for the truck you were assigned while weaving in and out of trucks coming and going ... Seems like a safety issue.

One of the main reasons I have depended on this particular storage U Haul is due to Fatima. Some time ago I ran into issues and complications from booking via phone and Fatima resolved the issue with excellent Management and Customer Service skills. this is something that has always played a role in our family's decision making when having to choose a merchant or dealer. Hopefully prices will not go too high as the need to find storage, at times in life, is difficult enough as it is but the added expense can be difficult for many to afford. Thank you, especially to Fatima, for your help when we needed it and hopefully all your staff will blossom under your influence and customer service. The store manager Fatima was great by securing the room which I wanted until the system issue was resolved. My only issue of concern was that I was not made aware of the insurance information which is required to rent a storage unit. This caused a further delay. All ended great. Got my rental. Rating would have been higher if the system malfunction did not cause the delay .Thank you staff at 112 Clarke Rd in London Ontario for your excellent support and understanding.

(check your cameras) We received threatening emails we owed money, from this Fatima women, who also called our daughter, breached our Confidential personal information, defaming us & insisting it was "fishy" (in her jargon)! Good thing....this phone conversation was Recorded. This woman, Fatima was very unprofessional & rude! This woman needs to be REPRIMANDED or you will lose customers. We will be pursuing this further with our Attorney & have contacted The Canadian Consumer Protection Act! Never ever we will utilize this business again & will be informing others of this type of corrupt service‼️

Then a month later they called and said I had to move my things to a different unit or I would have to pay more. I live out of town so I couldn't do that and it was COVID The manager insisted that it be moved so we did. Then they tried to charge me more that the price I was quoted every month. I could never get someone to call me back to discuss it. I would never use a Uhaul storage again.
