Easy to book the car, always on time and reasonable price

Gregory D.Was told I could pick up a car trailer at 7:30. When I arrived to pick up the trailer I tried to complete the check in process. When that failed I waited on hold for upwards of an hour and a half just for the call to get hung up. In the meantime my buddy was attempting to contact somebody about it, and he also kept being put on hold and told that it would take 50-60 minutes. He then continued (over and over) to be put into the same hold line that I was already on. When I finally got ahold of a manager she was pretty rude, and the $50 trailer guarantee wasn't working so I'm hoping that will eventually work. I would like to credit the store manager of the les Paul parkway for being sympathetic and helpful the next morning. He did tell me that my trailer rental would be $16 and some change but I was charged $66 and change. And his words were “it looks like you're getting $100 credit for all of the confusion†but as of right now I've been charged full price for trailer rental and heard nothing else about it. I'd like for something to be done because as of right now, U-Haul will be my absolute last resort for my hauling needs.

Paul E.I had flat tyre and there is no tool to change tyre, so vehicle need to towed from parking lot. I open dispute file about charges. I spend 6 hrs in parking lot, just waiting for help. First Tow truck took about 1.30 minutes, after inspecting cargo van tow truck driver said, he can't change tyre because tool is missing in cargo van. Then I have to call road assistance again it took another 1 hr for second tow truck to arrive. Even though vehicle and pick up locations are clean, my experience with billing is not good. My overall experience is also not good because of flat tyre and time it took to tow the cargo van.

Kirk H.I rented a Uhaul Friday. The older gentleman that helped me was kind. The credit card machine was down and he had to enter my credit card manually. I didn't think anything of it at the time. I returned the truck in a different state the following day. Today I go to use my card and it is declined. Well the gentleman charged my card twice and since it is Sunday none of the departments that can help are open. This is a nightmare and the worst experience. This is the second not so good experience with Uhaul in a matter of months. Not going to be a third, very disappointed.

Uhaul is providing a free months rent on a storage locker to any family being displaced. We found out we will more than likely be able to get our furnishings out, and I went to Uhaul to rent a locker from the Waukesha (Hwy 164) dealer and Tina could not have been more accommodating, helpful and kind. Her help was very much appreciated. We do not know when we will be able to retrieve our furniture and things, but I will definitely be trying to rent a truck from Uhaul as well.
