Nothing. They provided just what they said they would. They did a great job.
Sue H.When a person reserves a uhaul do not rent the moving truck out to somebody else hours before their reservation time.
James A.I had no issues. I found the service to be fast, friendly and the process to be straightforward. I had issues which kept me in need of the cargo van longer and when I called to have my rental days extended there was no difficulty. I will not hesitate to use the service in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
Alan T.Internet service is terrible, was supposed to pickup a 20 foot truck in Geronimo OK ,had to go to LAWTON OK to pick it up costing me more time and money. Very disappointed with U-HAUL.

Go back at my appointment time and there is a counter full of people then have to listen to the manager berate one of his employees. Told him that it was not professional and he just looked at me and said nothing.

Bryan M.I asked to not be charged for the 5 blankets since they did not give me the dozen I had ordered and now I have to buy scratch stick and try to repair furniture. They were still going to charge me at first. I told them if it made them feel good to charge the $5 to go ahead, but I would make sure that corporate got to deal with me. I guess she eventually understood that it was Uhaul's fault that equipment ordered was not available at time of pick up and credited back the $5 to me...that was the LEAST that needed to be done. I really feel like I should have gotten some credit off of the rental due to the unfulfillment of order creating a hardship but that is corporate's issue and this location had nothing to do with the poor service.
JOHN W.I reserved a 26ft truck in advance for one day and unfortunately less than 24 hours before I was scheduled to pick it up I was notified the truck would not be available. Literally the only option they had was to let me rent a truck that HAD to be returned to the original location costing me double in mileage. I don't understand the point of reserving a truck if they're not even going to have it available. I asked if there was any discount or anyway they could wave the return mileage amount since it wasn't my fault they weren't able to honor my original reservation and was denied. I only had one day available to move and had already scheduled movers to help so I had no alternative. I guess it was better than nothing but at the same time felt they could have done more…also the truck's driver side mirror kept dropping/falling making it almost impossible to have a clear view when changing lanes. Not fun.
Sarah W.Second time going to this U-Haul location in less than three weeks. After our first experience being so good for the major household move, we went back for a smaller truck weeks later for items in a storage unit. Both trucks were clean and in very good condition. The extra supplies we needed for our moves were in stock and affordable. Staff on both occasions were top-notch. On returning the truck with the second visit I have to give Zach a huge thumbs-up. He was friendly, personable, and took care of the transaction like it should be. Not sure if we'll need a U-Haul truck anytime soon, but we absolutely recommend U-Haul and the location at 11th & Cache Rd in Lawton, OK.

Stephen M.Over the past 20 years of living in Lawton I have always used this location to rent trucks as well as storage. This past weekend was the worst and most horrific time I have ever experienced with this location. While I do admit there were a couple of people I loved working with. I'm not so comfortable coming back.

CHESTER W.Truck and ramp were not swept as they had dirt in those places. That is the ONLY gripe I have. The truck ran smoothly and was easy to drive. The ramp worked well (I've had problems in the past in other cities with the ramps stuck in place). From a safety standpoint - the seatbelt worked, the mirrors were adjusted correctly, the tires were inflated just fine, enough gas for the 11 miles I put on the truck (haha), and the A/C worked well. The staff checking in were pleasant to deal with. The guy when I checked in was ready to go home and didn't say much. I will be renting a smaller U-Haul truck in June 2022 and will definitely return to the location I was at with this visit. I will also recommend U-Haul to others. We tried Penske last year, because no trucks the size we wanted were available on that date and from U-Haul. The truck from Penske advertised a certain height clearance in the back, but when the door rolled up, that clearance diminished. We could not fit six foot shelving racks in without tipping them. That was not the case with U-Haul as the back door doesn't roll - it slides up to the interior top. The way it should be. That's another reason I'm sticking with U-Haul.
Gilbert H.The truck was in poor shape. The breaks were extremely hard to use, the truck was old and honestly should not be in service. I'll most likely not be using uhaul again. The lady that helped me was really nice and the gentle man that signed me in I think Travis was also helpful. Road side assistance also took way too long

andrea B.Wow! My experience, it started out rough and proved to be an animal house. I made several calls and face to face attempts to get quotes and availabilities; just when I thought we were ready to get on the road, I arrived to pick up the truck and was told I needed a cell phone to clear the rental. Rushing to get to UHaul on time, I left my cell phone at home. This delayed my travel - which prove to be a blessing. I arrived later and Zack was our "knight in shining armor". He put us in a van, the cost was in our budget, and he gave us driving directions proving going beyond the call of duty. His model of service should be your standard. He gets 10 stars 朗

Lynn P.The female manager tried to take the keys out of my hand when I had another set that belonged to another truck. Then started asking me questions like where did I get the truck and if it was going to another location as opposed to me stealing or trying to steal their truck. The bad thing about it was she was the one that gave me the truck today! They're not busy and I was there about 4 hours ago. I was already in a truck they claimed they needed! So I had to get another truck, wash it, let it dry and transfer my things to the new truck. By the time I was done they called. This really was a inconvenience to me.
SHERYL J.the drop off location allowed me the convenience of dropping off the tow equipment earlier the took the car of for us the gave me a courtesy call also on my drop of day due to the information i had regarding drop off time was different instead of 6 pm which is what my paperwork stated the rep zachery advise it was for 10 am the checking process was smooth the only issue i have is that they were unable to honor the one month free storage but the customer service rep ( over the phone ) did assist me with finding a storage facility which i paid for
Keshia S.They were very nice and let us change our drop off to a location a little closer to our destination. Unfortunately did not receive enough miles to cover the trip. My original order was changed to another location by a U-Haul representative.

One of my units had visible rat dropping and there was rat bait 8n my unit so uhaul is obviously aware of the issue. Several of my boxes were chewed through, I'm assuming rats. I will not recommend this storage facility. The bald guy employee was the only one worth anything I'm my opinion.

Have sent multiple emails to them stating I didn't want my things and they've charged me every month since and claimed they never received my notices. On top of that I've been getting constant phone calls about it and no one could seem to help me fix the problem. So it continued to be on me and I continued to get charged for items I already claimed I was giving away. Would not recommend to anyone.

Melissa K. | Overall ExperienceWe did have some issues when we first got there. Our 24-access card did not work. We were told different prices, etc. What we did like was how Shane was when we were checking out and getting a trailer to get our stuff to our home states away. He was helpful and kind. Some other staff were not as he was. Everyone has difficult days. The 2nd time we were there right after losing a family member was a mess to say the least. At least the owner did finally give us access. That was heartache that could have been avoided altogether. So in the end, it was a mixed bag of experiences, and Shane was the one that made it nice in the end. Also, our card was overcharged several months in a row, and the dispute was very difficult. When you speak to the office, ensure they spell your name correctly because it seems like it can never be fixed after first inputted and really read over everything. And get your copies in hard copy and emailed to you. Thanks again Shane for at least being exceptional.

My only concern is the inability of staff to maintain accurate records that I sent in to establish that I relinquished ownership of the contents of my unit. The first hard copy of the signed form and the key were lost. The second email was not acknowledged. It took a third attempt and approximately 16 months before the contract was finalized. This caused undue stress and made it seem as though I did not do my part on stating that I was giving up the rights to the contents in the unit. I was not living in state and had to conduct this through email and phone calls. I tried to inform staff initially to avoid such an encounter and it happened anyway.
