When we went to take the truck back the young man was said I don't want to work so my daughter said that it's your job then he took 15 minutes to walk outside and get miles then wrote last two numbers backwards making it 29.09 dollars too much and then had another young man to do his job of checking us out I guess so his name wouldn't be on the work I was just disappointed in him and the amount hasn't came off my account yet how long will it take to get my credit back on my account been a few daysBARBARA L.

Was directed to the 20' truck I rented ,observed the back 4 tires were actually bald. And I am not exaggerating. Refused to drive that truck. The attendant put me in a different truck, it had its own issues; driver's side mirror would not stay in position, wind kept blowing it inward. It was dirty inside and dirty in the cargo area. Also wanted to mention when the attendant and I were discussing gas level in the first truck I was told it had only 1/4 of a tank of gas. Did not like the fact that the first thing I had to do is put gas in it. Like I already didn't have enough concerns with my move. Other than the previous mentioned issues your phone personnel were helpful, polite and informative. TyBONI-LAURA R.

The interior of the truck should've been cleaned better. The wheel was sticky, the cup holders had coffee stains, the seat felt sticky as if 100s of people had sweated on itâ€¦ADAM P.

The person who checked the vehicle in said that my receipt would be emailed. I did not get an email and my account was charged an extra $12.74 even after I put gas in it above where I actually needed to. I called the location and was on hold for 15 minutes. I never got an answer.MONICA M.

The clerk was lacksidasicle, no greeting at all. I believe I as overcharged as I returned the vehicle a day earlier. The clerk gave me a receipt charging me an additional $25.00. He could have offered an explanation for the additonal charge but I had to ask him. I put gas in the truck but apparently read the gauge wrong. I did not have transportation to return home and could not get a taxi. I believe the staff could have been more helpful in assisting me to find transportation. The store was not busy at the time and I didn't see where they were doing anything.Debra B.

Better customer service the sales reps were both unprofessional to not only myself who had a prior reservation but other customers in line on they personal phone while other are waiting in line telling us it's nothing they can do about trucks not being available after proper reservation we're doneDomonique K.
I had a reservation for a larger trailer at a different location. Less than 2 hours before I was supposed to pick up the trailer I received a phone call telling me the trailer was not available there and I would have to drive across town to get the trailer I wanted. I think Uhaul does not understand the concept of "reservation". When I asked the woman who called if I could drop the trailer at a the location I had a RESERVATION at so I did not have to drive across town twice she told me that would be considered one way and I would have to pay extra. When I asked for an explanation of why I should pay extra when it was Uhaul who screwed up my RESERVATION she hung up on me and canceled my reservation. Reservation - an arrangement to have something (such as a hotel room) held for one's use also : a promise, guarantee, or record of such engagementMARK E.

The hours of operation said 9-5 on Sunday but no one showed up until 9:30.. and when I dropped off the truck no one came out like they said.. I dropped off the truck at 4:00 and was told they would text me the final.. The back of the truck had cigarette butts and candy all over it. The guy came out and apologized and said he would check into who checked it in last. and the cab smelled like smoke also. It didn't drive well and was hard to get into gear. However, this is the only time I've had an issue with one of your trucks. I've rented from U haul many times and never had a problem.LISA P.

Your internet registration did not give actual information once we got to the storage site. The location we picked did not have that available, the clerk found my phone number but not reservation info and the price was $10 higher than internet. You need to fix your internet but the staff at the storage was very helpful and professional. They were excellent the internet receives the below average mark.Annetta B. | First Impressions

for the last few months I have had problems with my account, last month, i thought it was resolved. Went in paid my bill only to find one of my units had a lock on it. Is there a problem with your system that it is difficult to use? Don't understand why is is such a problem. I paid for a unit and not even a month later was trying to move in my belongings but was told I didn't have that storage room, it's been marked vacant & they basically had to issue me another storage.
