When checking out the person needs to ask if you want this on your credit card or are you paying with cash instead of assuming and ringing it up and handing over a receipt and then saying I don't know how to reverse the transaction. Unacceptable.

I put in an order for my contract on Saturday June 1. I called customer service several times and Wednesday June 5, finally spoke to a representative who said I would be contacted Thursday and she could not help me until it was processed. No one has contacted me yet. I used the mobile pick up and drop off. I was charged a $30 clean up fee because there was already a mess in the truck when i got it and charged $5 for pads I never received to move. The line was too long for me to speak with anyone on Saturday due to time constraints of moving. I left a message also with no returned called. The original equipment had a door that would not close. The Manager switched equipment to support my needs. The switched equipment was a larger more expensive unit but was no cost to me. That help me meet my need that was great.

Employee was working alone on a Saturday. Morning on the 1st it took about 1 hour 5mins for me to get help with a reservation. (Reservations reduce wait time)The employee kept a good professional demeanor but I think it was very unfortunate he had to work alone with 6 or 7 people in line the whole time

The team did a good job. Paperwork was quick and easy. No surprises and no issues.

Sales personnel were slow. Maybe due to the time of day. It took me about 20 minutes for me to get waited on. Also could not go through the ‘mobile app’ to check in for pick-up or out upon my return. Ended up processing through another phone.

Moved in May 11th 2019, the move was particularly smooth having the ability to drive in and out of the rain, and access my unit was invaluable. I really like this facility and the way it is laid out.

They weren’t like other uhaul places I’ve been I wanted to keep uhaul for a later time and they just picked me a time which was not what I asked for that’s my only concern other than that it was fine

While we were there unloading the storage space, we left about 10:10 PM. Some other people were there, I think they accidentally set off the alarms. Scared us to death! I hope all was well after? We saw the big fire trucks going in to lot. But other than that, all was good.

Explain coverage better, and not assume that the client is aware of everything that is being offered. Update your website. Roadside assistance is a joke, they say you have coverage when all actuality you don't.

I had to pick up my equipment from 2 different locations and then return them to 2 different locations which added a extra 60 miles that I had to pay for. plus the truck had problems so I had to drive to a u-haul facility to get it checked out which added even more miles i had to pay for. tried to get help but was told that the way the system is set up there was nothing they could do. Don't know if I will use U-haul again or recommend it.

My transmission was overheating and when I returned the trailer the rep said that I should have been told that needed a code, something to cool the transmission. Well now I'm being told that I may need a new transmission or some sort of plate that has alot of elements which is still costly. So no I dont think that locations performance was worth a recommendation. Also when installing the trailer they had my cat for about 5 hours. Also the chain attached to the car from the trailer broke. I'm expecting a response

We rented a trailer for one day but because of weather we had to keep for little longer hours so we decided to keep one more day assuming we would pay for one more extra day. We were expecting we would be charged for one more extra day and we were fine with that but we were charged $15 penalty on top of one more extra day for extending our reservation. For one day the rental charge was $29.95 so for two days it should be $59.90 but the actual rental charges we were charged was $75.90. We should have been told upfront on this penalty policy. Everything else was good and employees there are really good in customer service.

Truck was dirty. No one showed us how to operate anything. Truck wasn’t the same size as the clerk showed us when we came in to figure out what size we needed. It was smaller. The cable on the rear door was twisted & had to be removed in order for us to open it at our destination. The repair person said it should have been replaced a long time ago. Just a bad overall experience.

Make sure reservation clerks verify all info, and equipment needed for the move. I changed my reservation date and they didn't include dollies. I had to drive across town for auto transport which threw my whole move off. You also need to stop allowing independent movers to use your company name to get business. They broke and stole my property. Then left before the job was complete after milking the clock to make more money. I paid $175 for 2 movers. One stayed on the truck stacking while the other had to go back and forth getting my stuff and taking it to the truck. The lead man's name is Kerrick-. Uhaul gave me extra time for all my troubles. Thank you.

Rented unit and was told it was 24 hour access.. Showed up with a semi at 4am and could not get in. Called after hours # listed on building and got vm. Called 24 hour customer service and was told my account did not have 24 access and i would have to wait until they opened at 7am. So sat in parking lot for 3 hours only to be told i had to pay extra for 24 hr access... Then every time i go after hours the only door i can get in is the small one and even with checking in the alarm goes off the entire time...CAN NOT wait to get my things out......

Not really sure at this point because you did so well with me by installing my new truck Hitch and two inch ball insertion. The gentleman that installed my product was "very professional in his work and also the way he handled all his customers." I even told him so how good he is with people and your company.

I had reserved a Auto Transport trailer online a few days before. I had to go to the other side of the city (86th street) to pick up the trailer when I had requested pick up in Brownsburg. I get to the 86th street store right when they opened and they tell me I know have to go to another store to pick up the trailer. I was told I was guaranteed $50 off my rental but I was still charged the full rental price when I dropped the trailer off. The employees at the store Pendleton Pike store did not seem to care when I asked about it before paying. They brushed it off and said talk to the people at the drop off location. I was in a hurry since I had to drive out of my way to pick up a trailer at a different location. I have a need for AT trailers about once a month and this experience is making me wonder if it is time to look for different options

The staff was not helpful or articulate. He mumbled every word to me, didn't clarify, and made me re-register all of the information I took the time to do online. He handed me the keys and advised me it was the 17' truck that I requested. Things were running a bit behind, so i called to inquire about an extension. The first person I spoke to told me I, instead had a 20' truck and could have no extension. The next person said a time extension was completely fine. All together, it was an unprofessional and frustrating experience.

I reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance. I got there at 8:30am they said my truck wouldn't be available until 5pm I had to resort to a way smaller truck with serious transmission problems that ate gas bad. I will never go to that uhaul ever again. It's always something with them

I would recommend this location to people for the customer service. However, wait times and long lines at every time a day. It looks like the location is not properly staffed for the customer volume and size of the location. All crew did a fantastic job working with everyone. A part time runner would greatly reduced wait times.

Everything was great. The only concern is that I moved my items out of storage on the 8th of the month, there were was no prorated rate. I had to pay for the entire month whereas other facilities do.

The uhaul was dropped off at the wrong location less than two miles away and I was charged 200 plus dollars for a couple of 8:25 and hour guys to drive two minutes to grab the vehicle I’m disputing the charges and I’m currently talking to my business lawyer because i am thinking about bringing up a lawsuit

Had a reservation for 2 weeks for a long distance 1 way rental. When I got to the location to pick up, my truck had been rented for a local 1 day rental and the customer was 2 hours late returning. I had to make a 2nd trip back to get the truck. There should have been some compensation for the truck not being available on time as this is supposedly guaranteed.

Those guys need more help. When I went to return the trailer, there were people waiting inside alone. No sales personnel around. I went back outside and someone was checking a truck .He stopped what he was doing and waited on me.

The location is not easily assessable from 38th Street Or Pendleton Pk. There needs to be a sign with the entrance on 38th St. which would afford a better access for customers.

1. Correctly document gas level when renting out. 2. Don't put a hold on CC for rental amount and then charge the card the entire amount again when returned, The Hold should be used BEFORE processing any more cash on the card, not hold the amount and keep it held and then make another charge for the entire amount again. 3. Work on the app....it sucks! Sent me to the reservation location I picked when the app offered me a choice. Then to find out vans aren't even in their inventory there. Still, the app GPSed me to the location where they had no vans so I then had to waste time to go to the correct location where the app forwarded the request for a van to. Of course I was not informed that it was forwarded there. Then, the Van selected by the app wasn't even on the lot so I was not able to use the app at all and had to go in the talk to the very polite rep in order to get a ride for a mere 3 hours....So, the time and effort I put into inputting my drivers license information, taking pictures of myself, the front, and the back of my license, inputting my credit card information, etc etc, etc wasn't even used because I had to present them all again when I had to go in because my rental wasn't on the lot. Reps seemed nice and cordial.....probably because I bit my tongue 4 or 5 times trying not to be a hateful customer.

The truck had mud on the drivers floor area. The truck also had a strong smell of cat or dog urine. The truck also ran rougher than any UHaul truck I have rented. The service was friendly.
