louis w | Overall ExperienceWorst experience ever. When I rented the truck I could hear 3 employees laughing about how half the trucks are leaking fuel and oil and they weren't going to service them. Super unprofessional atmosphere. Then I drive the truck for an hour and it blows up. It took over 3 hours for someone to come say yeah this truck is done for. Then another 2 hours for a tow truck to come. I then put in a dispute for the general manager to contact me in 3 days. I have not been contacted. I called the location for a lady to say yeah they aren't here I'll let them know and guess what still no call. I have been telling everyone I know about the horrible experience and to never use this service.

Larry GYoung lady at the desk was kind of rude talking about another customer I can't tell stuff is at storage being irritated then we have to wait because the rocks will not open and I have ordered a truck so my time is rushing.

RICKEY BWindows extremely dirty, had difficulty seeing and unsafe to drive. Make sure vehicle is serviced before renting.
AMANI PIt takes too long at the counter if you check-in there. Same information is requested as given when rented on-line. But customer service at this location is very nice and accommodating.
GAIL JChecking in was terribly slow.
LEE VI was under the impression of $20 a day and it was $40 a day and I was charged $200 for 2 days of driving the truck .

BERNICE TPick up went great. Gentleman who checked us in went above and beyond!!! On the return it was terrible. It was very cold I had lost my cell phone on that day. So I could not use the app for return. The younger guy working at the 6888 East Pendleton Pike Location. Needs better work ethic. I arrived for return. His exact words were you'll have to use the app to return. Because we are getting ready to close and I aint trying to do any more work. To me that is not good customer service. And very unprofessional. I will not use this location again.
GARY FI had absolutely no problem. It was fast and easy. The truck was clean and new. The check in and drop off process was simple. They did a great job

SCOTT SPlease have them check ALL equipment before arrival. I had to go to another U-Haul place to get the trailer because the electrical cord had been cut which made the trailer unusable. Then when I dropped off the trailer they didn't check me as delivery of it. I got a call the next day asking if I was going to deliver it. I told him it was there on hour earlier than was scheduled. Hancock with his people and they said I HAD delivered it.

BRYCE FI did no had my phone with me so the person who gave me the trailer he took the picture of my ID card on his phone and then he gave me theTrailer. Just need to know is it legal or not? That's all otherwise everything was pretty OK.

Victor T | Overall ExperienceEach time that I have used a rental, the windows and windshield have been very dirty on the inside and out. Other than that the rental process was quick and smooth. Some of the vehicles can use some work. You shouldn't have to slam the driver's door multiple times to get it to close all of the way. It's okay to spend some money on your equipment.

DEMETRICH LI pulled into the service center and parked in front of the main office as instructed by the signs posted. Someone was supposed to be out "shortly" to process my return. After about 10 minutes no one came out so I went in to the office and let them know I had a return. After that the process went pretty quickly and easily.

Oscar LI had a 9am reservation did my check in online got there and no one was at the counter to assist me I finally got so help and didn’t leave till 9:49 am that’s totally unacceptable when you have a time limit on your rental I won’t be using this location again !!!!
edward bI was told at last minute my pickup truck was not available. I needed it for a 3,200 person event. I was called later in day and told it was available. I said at that point I could not come in but would be in the next morning. When I came in the next morning they said it was no longer available. I was flabbergasted and got upset. The lady who I had spoken with the afternoon before threw fuel on the fire with me, it was very upsetting. The young lady who was actually waiting on me (who had not been in the discussions the day before) remained calm and quiet, and later said she understood my extreme frustration. I left without the pickup truck then they called me 2 hours later and said it was available. Very frustrating and a huge waste of time that I simply did not have - threw me behind in all my other work.

JOSEPH SRashad and Team nice, clean and very caring. They helped me when I was turned around as it is a large storage facility. The bathroom was immaculate. I've had two well a total of 4 units there. I am happy.

Annie L | Overall ExperienceI was charge with door damage that I did not do I have a witness there when man cut lock off an that when it got damage 😐 yes at one time I did try cut lock but when I realized it would not fix I did keep trying an I am a honest person if I would messed up the lock I would let them know if I messed up why would I wait until Monday for a lock Smith to come an cut lock off am very disappointed I would got my stuff then am sorry it got damage but it was not me.

Charges me for a 10x10 ended up giving me a much smaller storage down the street on Pendleton pike and still did not refund me the difference of what they charged and what I got. Also called today 8 times no answer, called another location they picked up on the 2nd ring. I the professionalism is far below average. I was beyond disappointed. Also I paid for a dolly that was not in the back of the truck and it stated it had 1/4 of a tank the 50 miles to empty light was on when I got in it. It was just a mess.
