Did very well by holding my unit but when I got there I needed a smaller didn't realize the size so I got a bumper pull and was supposed to get a 269$ refund and have yet gotten it, I have a credit union which is normally 3 days so hopefully it'll be in by tomorrow but overall very goodKasey S.

My truck had a few major issues. The positive connector on the battery was loose, so everytime I turned the truck off to get gas, I'd have to mess with them, which cost me atleast 45min to an hour of my trip. As I accelerated, the truck would continue revving nonstop up to 5-6k rpm and not switch gears, unless I released the gas for a second. Anytime I had something plugged in to charge the radio would give off nothing but static.ryan D.

Customer Service at this location was terrible. The representative who was "assisting" us was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. WI made a reservation online a week in advanced. I received a confirmation email the day of booking. Three days prior to pick up, I received a check-in email, which I completed and then the status of my reservation was always confirmed. The day of my reservation, we arrived 15 minutes prior to my pick-up time, 8:00am. We went inside to get the keys and the representative, very rudely, said they did not have the truck or my reservation and gave us a sticky note with a number to call. After being on hold with, who I assume was, customer service, for over 30 minutes, the phone line representative was very helpful. The phone representative informed us that my reservation *was* confirmed and this location *did* have a truck available. We explained that the location representative said they did not so the phone representative asked to speak to the location representative. Shortly after the representative spoke to each other, we were given our keys. The location representative was very cocky and rude while explaining the gas and other policies, which was probably because she was wrong and called out by another employee. Long story short, the location rep was terrible- 0/5 stars. This whole incident impeded on our reservation and delayed our move by over an hour while we had movers waiting for us at our home. I believe this experience was more than enough to deter us from using UHaul ever again.Conor B.

stop charging so much per mile for a truck, especially for a commercial customer. There is no way in hell I did that much wear on a truck that it warrants over $1500 on top of the rental fee and insurance that I was already paying. over $3000 to rent a truck for 3 weeks is insane. I will deliver in my personal vehicle before I ever rent another truck from you for that purpose unless pricing improves.Larry R.

Customer service was terrible! When we arrived on Friday to pick up truck and dollies, we were informed they didn't have dollies. What is the point of reserving if no one notifies you they don't have it? Then when we needed to extend another day bc of rain, no one would answer at the local office (even though they were open) for hours. When we went to return the uhaul, all employees were on phones and no one even looked up or helped. We finally said something and the employee we were standing in front of looked up and pointed for us to go to someone else. Unbelievable that employees do no have professional behavior,Blake S.

I called for a uhaul in CROWLEY and they sent me to Lafayette. An I had to pay for the mileage and gas. Then it was not even the size I wanted. Never again! Poor service!Katherine H.

reserved online. went to pickup a half hour late (you know, caus life, lol) and everything went quick & easy. minor complaint of reserving a furniture dolly, but after i got there they said they had none to rent, so i had to buy it... at $20 dollars i would have thought they could have bought it themselves and rented it out to me and future customers... but they didn't and i needed it, so i bought it... but that said, the crew that was working was greatkatherine C.

I rented a truck ,dolly,and a trailor to pull a car.They said i could drop it off in katy TX.near where i was moving to.I rented it on the 19th and returned it on the 20th when i removed everything out of the truck and the dolly and trailor as well.on hwy529 now they charged my card 548 saying i returned it today.why would i keep a uhaul that long look at the mileage on the truck they did not do their job when i returned everything.I am disputing this because i want them to return my 448 they could keep the $2.00 since they saying i drop off at the wrong location but when i rented the equipments the louisiana office said I could of drop it to any uhaul location.Tressa V.

The salesman in the front who assisted with assigning me a storage unit was very rude and was not helpful. He told me there was a lock in the unit but after we hauled all of our stuff upstairs to the unit, there was no lock. Hi, this is my very first time renting a storage and I will say it was interesting to say the least. I arrived to center and I entered the store for check in. The rep who served me was friendly but he did not mention anything about the convenient lock for buy storage. I picked up a lock and the rep charged for the lock. I came to the place along and no one on the staff offered any help with lifting anything heavy onto the moving carts which I realize is not really in their job description but it would have been nice to at least be offered. The lady who did the paperwork was not knowledgeable and did not pay attention . She had to ask the other agent about almost every line of the contract. When the contract was FINALLY ready, almost an hour after we began, she had entered the wrong size unit and it took an additional half hour to get THAT straightened out. Poor air quality inside the storage facility. Stored leather furniture which had only been there for 3 months was full of mold when I emptied the storage unit last week.
