This location didn't check in my return when I returned the trailer same day, and was charged a fee ($235) for not returning it to the same site the next day because apparently someone "stole" the trailer but retuned it to a different location. Now that the issue has been identified, U-Haul will not refund this charge instantly, they are making me wait 3-5 business Days and causing all kinds of havoc for the holidaysPhillip C.

Will never rent from uhaul again! I was told we would not be charged if we kept the truck an extra day due to being involved in an accident immediately after leaving parking lot. I was also told fuel charge would be waived. My debit card was charged again approximately 33 days later!!!KASHA L.

The location that we picked up was fine but the customer service line that we spoke to to set the reservation the first 3 times we called was horrible. Our reservation was canceled without anyone calling to speak with us. We were desperate to get this equipment and were very upset when we called and were told it was canceled.Sarah D.

The salesman in the front who assisted with assigning me a storage unit was very rude and was not helpful. He told me there was a lock in the unit but after we hauled all of our stuff upstairs to the unit, there was no lock. Ensure that all employees are knowledgable about what there job description includes!! Me and my partner was moving out of state and later found out that the employee that hooked up my hitch to pull my car was hooked up incorrectly, thankfully someone that I didnt even know in another state was very informative about it helped us along the way!!! The rental truck I had rented had multiple issues. First, the master cylinder cap was missing and the location had put a blue latex glove over the opening with a green tag that is used for utility dolly or furniture pads seals. Second, the front windshield had a large crack that was in the line of sight with smaller chips in the passenger side. And lastly, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System light was on during the duration of the rental and the front right tire was not even registering. This truck should have been downed immediately upon my return because of all the safety issues with it.Tony V.
The overall experience with the truck was great but we did however file a complaint about a customer/employee, not sure , about trying to get to our storage unit that resulted in us having to hold the truck another day which was real inconvenient. Bed of truck was filthy. Seats were stained and had dried coffee and other liquid all over. When I wiped the interior and steering wheel, doors, buttons, etc down with wipes - they turned black. Worst part was windshield wipers were broken and hanging on barely. Roadside assistance never came after 4 phone calls saying they were on their way.Vincent N.

Have more individualized customer service. We needed to call several times and the specific location was impossible to get ahold of. The general number couldn't help us with any specific issues. The trailer we rented ended up not being sufficient to move what we needed to move. When we returned it less than 2 hours later unused, we were unsympatheticly told there was no discount, credit, or any other options for us. The equipment was not ready when at my appointed time and I was offered to possibly pick up a vehicle an hour away. When I asked about mileage, I was told I would be charged mileage which is unfair. When I returned the vehicle I stopped at the designated spot to return a vehicle. The sign said to wait in the vehicle. 3 staff members saw me in the vehicle and after 20 min I left the vehicle and inquired why no one came out. "You are supposed to come in." I was told. When I said the sign told me to wait, the response was just "you need to come in."ADAM F.

Hi, this is my very first time renting a storage and I will say it was interesting to say the least. I arrived to center and I entered the store for check in. The rep who served me was friendly but he did not mention anything about the convenient lock for buy storage. I picked up a lock and the rep charged for the lock. I came to the place along and no one on the staff offered any help with lifting anything heavy onto the moving carts which I realize is not really in their job description but it would have been nice to at least be offered.
