Not only was checking the truck out easy and pain free, returning it was a breeze as well, thanks to the great staff.
Randal W.I called for a uhaul in CROWLEY and they sent me to Lafayette. An I had to pay for the mileage and gas. Then it was not even the size I wanted. Never again! Poor service!
Katherine H.Staff was fine but the truck was on empty and the AC was blowing warm. Served my purpose and the staff gave me a credit to bring it back with gas in it.

JON K.I rented a truck ,dolly,and a trailor to pull a car.They said i could drop it off in katy TX.near where i was moving to.I rented it on the 19th and returned it on the 20th when i removed everything out of the truck and the dolly and trailor as well.on hwy529 now they charged my card 548 saying i returned it today.why would i keep a uhaul that long look at the mileage on the truck they did not do their job when i returned everything.I am disputing this because i want them to return my 448 they could keep the $2.00 since they saying i drop off at the wrong location but when i rented the equipments the louisiana office said I could of drop it to any uhaul location.

The worker was shocked when I showed him he said it should've never went out . They let me out Lafayette to lake Charles on line I get their she said no I'm like I can't drive all the way back with these gas prices are ridiculous ams that's just I had myself dropping it off in lake Charles but she said no I had to leave and come all the way back while having tube on. Shanecia D.The fuel charge is a joke. It was under half a tank when I got the truck. I went a total of 15 miles and they charged $50 for fuel. They added an extra mile even though I clearly had photos of the odometer and fuel gauge. The truck drove terrible, randomly pulling left or right. Maybe all truck rental places are this bad, but I'm finding another service next time.

Uhaul should have wrote me a check for the amount of work I had to do when I rented a tow dolly the workers didn't do shit. I thought uhaul was better than that. McDonald's have better customer service than you guys. I would fire everyone and hire people who actually want to work. I definitely feel sorry for any future customers renting from you guys. I'm definitely taking this matter to social media. It's sad people have to deal with stuff like this and I'm simply paying for you guys service. For it to be shitty as fuck.

MARSHALL M. | Overall ExperienceNothing can be done to improve services! My installed hitch was nice, worked well and 4x8 trailer was well maintained with new tires. A broken metal wire wrap was broken off so I duct taped it. Traveling alone for 1000 miles and safety was a factor. Support if something happens made me feel at ease and drop off was a snap! I always have and will continue to use UHaul always!

ROGERS D.The employees where nice and helpful both during pick up and drop off. The outside of the vehicle was dirty. Inside of vehicle and cab was clean. With the amount spent on the rental (over $900), I would expect the entire vehicle to be clean.

He told me there was a lock in the unit but after we hauled all of our stuff upstairs to the unit, there was no lock. Then when we went to tell them there wasn't a lock in there, they told me I had to buy one. Bad experience.

The rep who served me was friendly but he did not mention anything about the convenient lock for buy storage. I picked up a lock and the rep charged for the lock. I came to the place along and no one on the staff offered any help with lifting anything heavy onto the moving carts which I realize is not really in their job description but it would have been nice to at least be offered. It was just a ok experience for myself. I would just invite a friend to come if they really need space. Thanks for the storage.

When the contract was FINALLY ready, almost an hour after we began, she had entered the wrong size unit and it took an additional half hour to get THAT straightened out. This does not appear to be rocket science or brain surgery. It made the whole process aggravating \, took entirely too long, and was stressful.
