We had a horrible time trying to get the app to return the trailer and we had reserved a truck and trailer from this same site in Jonesboro AR.for the next day and we got a call the night before telling us we could not get it from there location.

Ryan GU haul is behind in the times, They need to install tracking on each piece of equipment. Having to list phone #’s of family so they can call them before you can rent equipment was something I didn’t want to do. I walked out because of this a few months ago and rented a trailer at orscheln. Needed a trailer asap had to go with U - haul this time . ☹️ orscheln’s only trailer was out of service.

Jennifer RThe staff on Red Wolf were always friendly and helpful. BUT the app is the absolute WORST. I was moving from out of state and used it to reserve truck, etc but it kept Canceling my reservation! And when I arrived to get my truck and supplies, there was no reservation for me nor an appropriate storage room! I had to use another facility! Then, when I was moving from storage to my home, I went In Person to the local facility to reserve my truck. I got a call the next day telling me that the large truck I'd reserved wasn't going to be available until hours later so I'd have to take a small one instead. Because I'd hired movers, this was a big problem. I was MAD!! I don't feel at all comfortable referring anyone to use UHaul, especially using that app, which is a joke. This sure made a tough situation (moving) waaaayyyyy harder and more stressful! You need a complete makeover with that app. And explain to me why the truck I reserved wasn't available the next day....????? Not happy.....

RAYMOND R | First ImpressionsJoyce is very disrespectful the first day she was inconvenienced with me because another coworker was having password problems and it was time for her to clock out the next day I went to check on my deposit because I never received an email she was super rude again to me for no reason probably didn't even remember me from the first day and was still rude seems like her personality and some body really needs to talk to her about it the rest of the staff was great super helpful she was just mean and rude and it's just not cool

Joe JJonesboro Arkansas was very professional when I got to Jonesboro I dropped off the trailer I was bringing them they checked in no issues under the equipment distribution. Went and unloaded the truck and brought it back the same day. Check it out without no issues.. I will use them again too.

matthew mDriver side ramp was inoperable, after driving all day to have a car loaded at a Copart yard (they use a lift to load directly on the trailer) I drove home. Upon driving home the driver side ramp was stuck and would not come out. Setup roadside assistance, was told by one agent that it would be 30 minutes and he would be out to me. Then I called back and was told an additional 50 minutes. I then waited another hour then called back, I was given a total of 5 separate ETAs from the same service provider. I ended up waiting a total of 3 hours. I missed time with my family, missed the deadline to turn in an assignment for school, didn't get to eat, and had to sit in the cold....I was continuously lied to by the reps from Uhaul.

Jonathan SIt took 15 minutes before anyone could be located to help my equipment return. Then another 15 minutes for the check in fella to come and tell me he chaired me $7 more for fuel. Said was supposed to be 9/16’ths full! I worked my tail off driving and loading/unloading for 2 days to complete and I bought the truck back a day early. The charge pissed me off and I couldn’t get the charge for the dolly rent taken off! It’s not the money, it’s the principle and greed that made this place a place I will tell everyone about so as not to use!!!

I had already went inside to tell them I needed the dumpster unlocked that I was moving. They said ok but don’t put any furniture in there. So for them to throw my things away.

David H | Overall ExperienceI rented a unit from the local uhaul location. To start off the rep put me in the wrong unit on my contract. I went up there hours later to move my things into the storage unit. My access code did not work. I had to go inside and find out that I was not set up right. The lady rep apologized and fixed it and said that I would get a month free even after I paid for the month. I asked her if it was set up on auto draft she confirmed. I waited for the payment to come out and it never came out and I was told that I was late. I talked to the manager and he stated that it was my responsibility to make sure I’m paying it on time. I ended up getting angry with him and I moved out and went with a better company! I will not be back!!! I highly do NOT recommend to anyone! There is a HUGE communication problem at this store! There is also a problem with the yard they have there! Every time I went to my unit I would have to go inside and have them move tow boxes out of the way. It is super inconvenient to have to spend 10 minutes to wait in line to ask an employee to go outside and move their equipment to get the unit you rented!

While I was waiting to be helped he got on the phone and then when he got off the phone he walked around aimlessly. He never even asked if he could help me. When the other worker finished with who he was helping I had to ask if I could finally be helped. I won’t be back.

Some of the sliding handles on the locks stick. But overall, I was able to store materials and get access to my storage. Get something to hold open the stirage hall door. Sweep the halls. Fix the front door of the store.

I seen glass piles in same spot for weeks, uhaul equipment was parked in such away it was hard to get in and out , I never seen anyone patrolling lot although I was told there was I went there two or three times a week as I had craft stuff stored there and it was a bit scary after dark

But it is what it is. And left me with no funds for food or anything. But the staff was great!

I had to drive back to get my id and debit card because my information never did get finished processing in their system.The guy kept trying to give me a hard time and also down talk the new employee so unprofessional if you ask me .The storage unit was so ran down looking and very small for a two bedroom home I Couldn’t use the storage unit and they couldn’t give me anything larger I wasted my time and money just to be play with all day I will never go back

I let the manager know and had to wait several days and the roof issue was not fixed. On my move in day he taped up the ceiling but it was done poorly. The issue was the same upon move out. Based on everything else I think this was an isolated occurrence. The owner helped me with a truck and car dolls rental upon move out and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!
