The woman who attended me in the morning gave a rating of 2 stars. The man who attended me in the afternoon (7-8pm) had a very bad attitude !! I guess he doesn't like me. Because I looked at his attitude with another person before me.

Since we stored the contents at the Janesville location we were disappointed that we could not drop off the trailer there. We had to drop off in Fort Atkinson the next day. Did not make any sense.

Trailer cord was broke, made me drive 1 hour to get different truck. Even though it was the trailer messed up and not the first truck. Then the lady was rude. And almost charged us for 2 days when we had it for less than the scheduled 3 hours.

Nothing. The woman who checked me in was friendly and efficient. Before I was able to walk to the back of the truck to remove my bicycle (so I could ride home) she was already at the truck to check the gas and odometer. My estimate is that within 60 seconds from the time I shut off the engine I was on my bicycle heading home. Thanks!

Service staff were generous in recognizing that the gas-replacement graphic was inaccurate for the vehicle I drove and compensated me for overfilling the tank per my requirements.

Every time took over an hour to do anything. I never had a storage that I had to pay extra tho have 24 hour access to my own belongings. Very unsatisfied and won't use Uhaul again.

Good, clean facility. You have to wait to talk to someone on the phone. Should have explained the double keypad usage for after hours access when I got the unit - wasted a trip the first time.

I never went into the service center, but the communication with them was great, and u-box arrived with no damage to the contents. Was a nice way to ship things without having to drive a truck

I moved out before my free month was up. Got a bill staing i owe rent plus late fees. Emailed and called and can NEVER get through. To this day i dont know what is going on. This is NOT the 1st.
