Very polite helpful and very very professional staff.
LANCE B.They told us to simply drop off the truck at the end of the night and apologized for the website being down the day before which caused total chaos. We dropped the truck and put the keys through the slot as directed. Then received a call three days later charging us an extra day because we didn't use the app to show the truck was returned. They didn't tell us to do that and the app was down the whole day before. So Uhaul made a mistake and charged us double the cost. You should be ashamed to do business this way.
Thomas K.The box trucks we're well maintained and clean but coustomer service was completely useless. I was also charged for miles that was part of system error but the billing department took care of that issue with ease. Excellent telephone billing service. very bad in store coustomer service.

LORI M.I went to location and told the agent I didn't want to go to the drop off location he was suggesting and gave the one nearest my house only to get to the drop off location and find it was still not the one they put in causing me to pay more money also while making the reservation online I'm not sure why I live on the same block with a U-Haul location but have to be sent across town to get a truck and to have to pay for those extra miles too when U-Haul could have easily given me a truck at the location at my house and have their employees get another truck from said location and bring it to the other location

Also, since it rained heavily in the morning, the parking lot was flooded and I asked one of the guys to help me get the van because it was parked in the flooded area of the lot. He refused to help.

JIMMY M.Truck share 24/7 was not ready the night before. When I arrived upon their opening they were unapologetic. When I got home with the truck the dolly and blankets were not in the truck as I had ordered. U-Haul customer service was very nice on the phone but only after waiting on hold for over 30 min on two separate calls. Not reliable.

ALONZO Z.They charged me for a utility dolly which they never gave me, and even when I spoke to the worker who was handling my return, he kept sending me to a different individual who “yes†me to death, but didn't remove it from my bill. The first truck I received was dirty, and the passenger side wind shield wiper wasn't working (yes it was raining). Took 19 minutes to get a 2nd truck.

She said someone would call me back and nobody did... I call to your customer service trying to solve that and same thing happened never called me back... they called me yesterday from storage location 1/21 and the representative was rude and even hang up the phone on me cause I was asking about the extra charges you made to my account... SO NO I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND UHUAL TO NO ONE

Gilberte J. | Overall ExperienceThe only reason why I couldn't say "Excellent" on my overall rating of the U-Haul Storage facility at this particular location is that there is just one problem that I had with the place. The problem is that they have these extremely loud, ear-piercing alarms that keep going off intermittently at that place.. The sound of those alarms are so shrill and so terrible that prolonged exposure to them would most certainly damage a person's ear-drums. The elevators are of a type that I've never seen before; they're like something from a previous age of man's existence on this planet, and the elevators themselves are wired to set off a horrible super-shrill, ear-drum piercing alarm that goes off for a few seconds while the doors are closing. So this is my only complaint about the place. I would recommend that they install modern elevators, and then relegate all those annoying and quite frankly, extremely unhealthy alarms to the after 10:00 PM over-night hours. I say those alarms are unhealthy because of the potential damage they can cause to a person's nerves and ear-drums, and maybe even the brains too, to a certain extent, when a person has to be there working and packing for 3 hours or more. So I think they should set the alarms to go off after 10:00 PM at night, which would be the "after hours" time period, so that people who come in there to do work in their units in the daytime can have peace & quiet, and be able to return home with the healthy nerves, brains, and ear-drums that they came in with. So apart from this one thing concerning the terrible noise of those alarms, everything else about this Storage Facility is WONDERFUL!
