The girl at the counter has an attitude and terrible customer service. Extremely tacky and unprofessional. No etiquette at all. The windows on the truck were very dirty.

There needs to be an express type checkout if you reserve online. It seems like everytime I do a reservation online, I start over again at the store.

They were short with me when I talked to them on the phone and in the store, like I was a bother to be there. Perhaps they are just busy and feeling overwhelmed.

Jacqueline S.Dealt with Frankie, he was great! However I did rent a 6x12 with ramp trailer and didn't know the ramp was only 5 foot wide. Had to bring back about 90 min later and the store manager would not help transfer the fee over to a different piece of equipment. Was renting on the pretext the trailer ramp was close to 6 feet wide not a foot smaller, it seemed that the manager was more worried about making money then seeing the issue at hand and maybe have me pay the difference not look to make more money off of me. Also on return the yard clerk was having to spend time running off transients from the lot than helping customers, not his fault but was not a comfortable situation.

Jeffrey H.The line was long, and it was very slow, and no one acknowledged the customers until it was your time to be seen. I was not informed on the process to check in the vehicle after hours and was charged double even though I asked. When I called to question why I was charged double, no one answered the phone all day! I had to go back up there to be told, "oh well there are signs". When people are moving and have a billion things on their mind, they are not looking for signs when they could have been told when asked what the process is for bringing back the vehicle after hours. Even if it was a simple, "oh make sure you 'check in' the vehicle, the signs are posted if you are not sure what to do". The tire light was on on the vehicle when I got in to take it and I didn't have time to go back and even bother to let them know, I just took a picture and I had to take it anyway because I had time restraints and I had already been in line for too long. Poor customer service all around.

Stuart M.I had reserved a cargo van, but was given a 10 foot truck (which is more expensive) even though there was a cargo van parked outside the location the entire day. The back of the truck was locked with a lock for which I was not given a key, so once I got to my loading location I could not get into it. I therefor had to drive to a different U-haul location and have them open it for me. All this added millage to the truck which again made it more expensive. I will not be renting from this location again.

RHANDA M.I made certain that I scheduled pickup during a time when there was a live person. We were supposed to get a van, but no one returned any so we got a pickup truck. The rep we met with gave us a truck with half a tank of gas and said since we did not get what we reserved that we would not have to fill it back up because we we only going to be local. However when we dropped it off the rep said we used 1/4 tank of gas and we were getting charged over $90 dollars and then told us that we were getting a weekend adjustment charge per mile because it's more expensive on the weekends. Not one person said that. I spoke to 3 representatives over the phone and the in person when we picked it up. This was a terrible experience and was complete ripped off. I could have rented the same pickup from Enterprise and only paid $100 for the 2 days. I will post my review on yelp for others to understand my experience.

MARCUS W.Fantastic! One note: The 9' van that I used had a check rear tire pressure warning, which was explained to me as just because the tires aren't all of the same manufacturer. I had no issues, but it was a bit alarming at first, and I would recommend letting people know in advance, or fixing the issue. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a rental truck or van in the area.

Denise W.Obviously, the antenna thing on the top of the Van was broken when I took it but I did not notice it and I did get the insurance but you still charged me another $147 on top of the insurance to replace it when I did not go over or under anything, nothing at all if it was. Broken it was broken when I got it. And you guys missed it the first time around when someone brought it back broken. So no I will not recommend you guys and I will never go there again.

DARIS G.Cargo Van I rented had a major electronic malfunction: Open door light sensor was broken and always stayed on. The van could not be locked. When I told the employee who checked me in he said the van had been in that condition for over a month. I had to street park it overnight and someone slept in it.

Also, there’s no where to park when unloading your stuff. They have trucks lined up in front of the doors and leave a one car spot for everyone to unload which is asinine.

I was told that you Box would be there and ready and I was on a very tight schedule because I had other people helping me. When I arrived, there was no U Box. A woman working there was very rude I was a returning a truck and she wasn't helpful at all and actually started yelling at me and acting out. Because there was no U Box and I had to unload the truck to return Ito return it and get my stuff put away somewhere, I was forced to take the only thing available a 7 by 10 storage unit which costs twice as much as the U Box.. I was told there was nothing else available. I feel like I was hijacked and manipulated into doing this . I contact the owner but he was no help.

Ziporah P. | First ImpressionsThe was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had not only with U-Haul but with any retail/rental establishment in my life. Not only was the U-box I reserved not available, I was told the only person who could drive the forklift and get it for me "Just left on a 2 hr. break". I was told it would be ready in the morning and I went at noon. The woman at the counter initial Retta was rude and nasty with a bad attitude. When I went in to return the vehicle and let her know that I had a U-box reserved, she abruptly cut me off mid-sentence and loudly demanded, "Did you check in?", I tried to speak, and she asked the same question again. When I explained that it was my first time at that location and I did not know what the procedure was, she continued to demand if I had checked in. As if, she could not give me further information unless I had checked in. I told her that was what I was trying to do and held up the paper work. She waved her hand that I had to check in-I assume she was pointing to some direction, but it was not clear. I told her I had not seen any signs explaining the procedure, she said, "they are all out there". So I walked out and saw signs on the far side of the lot. I could have just turned left out of the store door, had she told me, but I didn't know. So I walked to the end of the lot and followed the green signs around the lot to the check in area. There, I was told about the absent, U-box. A young man named Christopher took me inside to the counter to speak with Edwin. Who confirmed there was no U-box. I explained that I had tried to tell, Retta, but she was rude, cut me off and would not listen to me. At at that point, Retta started talking over me (even though she was with another customer and down the counter and I was talking to Edwin) She loudly continuiously chanted, "Oh I'm rude, she said I'm rude, well your're rude, oh I'm rude huh? I'am rude, she said I'm rude) on and on for at least 15 minutes. All the while, Edwin was trying to call another location to find available storage. Eventually, she left the counter. I had to people with me who only had a short amount of time to help me unload into my missing Ubox and check in the truck. With all the confusion, it took too long and I had not choice but to take any available storage unit at this location, so that I could unload the truck and my helpers could be on their way. I ended up having to pay for a storage space that is $199 per month. That is almost $90 more than a U-box! Then, with the delay, we still had to unload the truck and turn it in. It was a disaster and took much longer than it should have. Retta was horrible and has not people much less customer skills. There was no manager there to resolve the situation. When I called the manager the next day. He simply said, "I will speak to her". I am beyone upset about this. I feel taken advantage because I had to take the only thing available to me, since what I ordered and was promised I called the 800 number that morning to reconfirm it would be there when I arrived. So I'm stuck with paying more per month. This is just wrong. How can U-Haul do this to customers and treat customers this way?

I had to return my Vehicle tow and empty the truck BUT the pass key would not work! and they could not get it fixed. I have to return again today and try and empty my truck. I hope the key works. I was not aloud to leave the truck on the lot. ! I had to park on the street. I hope I don't have a ticket .

During this day and time during the Corona Virus / with an order to stay home I would think there would be some type of grace period. Not a place I wont to visit again or recommend.
