Horrible customer service no body in this location wants to work, horrible service. They would all rather sit and play on there cellphones rather then help a customer who is trying to ask them a simple question. It was as if you were bothering them.

There was ONE gentleman working on a Sunday morning. Absolutely unacceptable. Also the van smelled like bad cat odor. Do better uhaul, or don’t take our money.

The employee was very busy. A long line of people. He had a North Face hooded top instead of a uniform. The truck I was given had the wrong level of fuel and mileage compared to the paperwork I was handed. I had to come back to the location to have him changed it. He did not and told that it is my job not his to verify all of that and take pictures based on a message I should have gotten. I was not informed of that when he handed me the key. The link expired and I had to call customer service to get another link. it would have been a lot easier, if the representative informed of the new policy when he handed me the key

The two guys who worked in that location had absolutely no customer service experience as that they did not greet me upon arrival, and as they were extremely slow they never Acknowledged anything about their progress in getting to me. When I was next, the guy was not very friendly I really did not talk to me as he worked. He took me out to the truck without saying anything About the truck. The moment I drove off The lot I noticed that the gas tank was only half full which is not what I had signed for. I turned around and went back to speak to the agent who never knowledged me when I drove up and took his own sweet time about parking the truck before coming to me. When he did I told him about the gas tank, and he never said a word just walked over to the truck looked At the gas needle and walked away. When I asked him if he took notice of it he said ”yep”, and walked away. When I returned the truck he took the keys for me went to examine the truck came back and told me the amount I owed, And walked away. Again, I found this to be extremely poor customer service

There was only one employee working when I arrived. He saw that I entered the store and was waiting in line for assistance yet he continued to have a completely unrelated conversation with two people about a personal matter involving ordering a cake and other party details for approximately 10 minutes. This is beyond understanding. Avoid this place, unless you could not care less about poor customer service.

The uhaul had no ramp and made moving my bins and furniture difficult and the doorway near the edge was full of oil or grease and I got my new sofa dirty.

I will recommend install self checks and line up trucks accordingly they are select but customer one line for each one the trucks and one employee clean and line truck for customer to pickup. This will improve the services!! Everything self services

After dealing with a uhaul site in West Roxbury, I was apprehensive about going with u-haul. Once inside the door, we were greeted by David Long and the process was swift. We were out the door in ten minutes. He could not have been more pleasant, and professional. I will use THIS site and would recommend it to anyone else if asked!!!!! Thank you David!!!!

Impossible to get through to someone, have to leave several messages with no return call. Lighting doesn't turn on immediately in the hallways so have to walk for a few moments in darkness.

I wouldn't use this place again. You guys have big rats running around in the storage area. Your rats got in my unit an ate thru my bags. I had no food what so ever. Really need pest control
