The assistant manager, Jasmine, agreed to rent a U-Haul to me for $.10 a mile to take donations to the victims of the Boulder County fires to set up their new living situations. The first U-Haul did not work well so I came back for a second U-Haul. She did not switch out the contract even though she gave me a different U-Haul. Another employee said the contract needed to be switched out so we did that but she didn't give me the $.10 a mile discount. When I took the U-Haul back Jasmine told me that the charge that she charged me for would be corrected before I was charged for it through my Visa. When I went back in questioning the charge that showed up on my Visa, Jasmine was reactive, argumentative, â€œcurtâ€ to use her word, and ended up yelling at me as I walked out the door that she was going to go ahead and charge me the $.79 a mile instead of the agreed-upon $.10 a mile for taking all these donations to the Boulder County fire victims. She also said that the problem U-Haul that I brought back was not a problem, it was fine even though it was not. Jasmine, assistant manager, is extremely unprofessional, reactive, and a very poor representative for U-Haul. I asked to talk to the manager and she gave me his card then pointed out again that she's the assistant manager. I left a voicemail for the manager on his cell phone and he never called me back. I called and filed a complaint about all of this with U-Haul at the national number. The regional Director was supposed to call me back yesterday or today and I have not received any phone calls about the extremely poor customer service with U-Haul. I will never rent from U-Haul again. Extremely poor customer service and for something that was to help the victims of the Boulder County fires. On a positive note, we set up a whole family with all the donations we had with a couch, chairs, table, bedroom furniture, kitchen ware, etc. and they were very appreciative. It's sad that U-Haul had to put a damper on the whole situation.Jacquel W.

The representative at this location are very rude, have attitudes and we're not helpful. We asked questions and they were very rude and did not answer us. They were no helpful and I personally did not feel comfortable there. We let the reps know we cleaned the uhaul and they did not give us any indication that they cared.Alex N.

I requested mobile pick up at 6am, received a confirmation call to confirm this would be my pick up time. I arrived at the location and had to wait until 7am because mobile pick up is not an option at this location. I spoke to the 800 #, they had no answers and told me I needed to speak to the manager. I spoke to the customer service rep at the store and she said at the store they knew they didn't have mobile pick up and it was the 800 #'s fault. I requested a manager to call me, never heard anything. I also had requested two dolly's and two furniture dolly's, which they were unable to provide. It seems there is a lot of disconnect between booking online and the store itself. Nobody decided to call when they saw the booking and inform me that all these things would be an issue.Justin P.

This is by far the WORST! So much so we have contacted an attorney. They are holding my moms belongings hostage as she was forced by the manager to get a mover for her things. He told her it would be billed on her uhaul and that the amount was somewhere in ther $300s. Which is still too much for us to afford. But we would make it work. Now the movers she was forced to have are saying it's $1200 and she is not allowed in to her things until she pays. It is horribly wrong and I will never be using uhaul again no recommending it.Jessica R.

Just wanted to let the management team know that the gentleman that originally helped me was wonderful. However, the truck didn't start. Had to come back in and straighten it out. The gentlemen was not their and I expressed frustration by saying damn it ( for uhaul not checking their equipment). There was a black lady behind the counter that threatens to cancel my reservation. I defiantly felt intimidated and it was clear she did not like white folks - women especially. I have spent about 4,000.00 in the past 2 months with uhaul and this person at this uhaul was not a good representative of the uhaul brand. Defiantly not a brand ambassador.Ronda R.

We have several U-Haul locations to choose from. We try not to go to this location but they were the only one that had the trailer size we were looking for. While the place is nice and the equipment well stocked and maintain, their customer service is deplorable. Each time we have had a need to go into this location, they fail to ask how we are doing, show any care that we might need help understanding a process, slouch at the counter, mutter to themselves as they work through the computer system, not acknowledge when a customer has waited. Okay, probably making it out to be a bit worse than it is but they really could use a course in customer etiquette. Hope you can help them!James W.

The location was great. Laurie went out of her way to help me get my equipment an hour early because the Uhal website allowed me to make my reservation with 27/7 pickup. Unfortunately this site had their 24/7 equipment damaged and does not offer this service. Very bad website service to not have this information updated and correct. If Laurie had not been at the location I would have had to wait an hour to get my truck. I know the websites are maintained by corporate in AZ not the individual facilities so this is completely on U-Haul and not the location I picked up fromCarolyn S.

You didn't have the vehicle I requested and no one contacted me to notify me ahead of my pick up time, so I wasn't given the chance to decide if I wanted to cancel or reschedule before driving all the way there. The truck I was given had a broken gas gauge - it showed 1/8 tank missing when I picked it up, then after driving less than 10 miles it showed 1/2 tank missing, then when I gassed it up, it only took 2 gallons to fill it up. The driver's seat adjustments were broken - it was not possible to adjust at all and I could barely reach the pedals. The passenger door didn't shut properly. I should NOT have been charged extra for "insurance coverage" for the "privilege" of being given a truck that was not the van I wanted. It should have been a dollar for dollar swap completely. The person helping me was getting irritated when I couldn't decide what to do since I would be forced to drive a bigger vehicle that didn't have back-up cameras, so she intentionally took her sweet time adjusting the items on her desk and butting into to a conversation with another customer and cashier and she made it clear she had no problem making me wait as long as possible. All in all it was a VERY bad experience.Esther A.

I've noticed many improvements with UHaul over the last few years. The use of an app to get most of the paperwork done before picking up the truck is one example. Customer service was great at the storage location and it is a good deal with the first month free; however after the first month anything bigger than a 5 X 5 is very expensive. I will pay over $185/mn for my 10 X 10. The other problem I had with the physical location was how hot it was in the storage facility. The A/C was on but it felt very warm when we were moving our items in the unit. UHaul can make the temperature more comfortable for their movers in the facilities. Customer service on the phone was awful with long wait times, disconnection, drop off location confusion, and poor willingness to clear up the problem.
