Here again Uhaul online had it all wrong. I booked 6750 E tangue verde as the drop off. I then called them from the road and they said they are not equipped to handle any drop offs. Come on Uhaul..........you totally blew the reservation to pick-up and drop off. BOTH MADE THIS CUSTOMER GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO CORRECT YOUR ERRORS. I WILL NEVER BOOK UHAUL AGAIN! If that is not a strong enough message I don't know what is.................... The drop off location staff was very good.KENNETH D.

Was instructed to return the trailer at the same time the following day. When I showed up to return it the location didnt open for 2 mire hours. After calling Uhaul 3 times i was instructed to download the app and checknin that way. This couldve been relayed to me when I picked it up but wasnt. The app had no reservation information upon look up. This wasted close to an hour of my time. Overall the trauler part of the rental was fine, the communication however was poor at best.Robert P.

The truck in the back was full of cockroaches. We had to spray a lot before we could use it. It was a bit stressful. However, when we returned the truck and I let them know, they appreciated it, was very sorry, and didn't charge me the late fee (I was 30 minutes late). I have used this location several times over the last 10 years. They are great. This was something they couldn't foresee, but will remediate with cleaning before they rent it again. These things happen. It's how it's handled that matters.Nancy Christine P.
The customer service was severely lacking. When I received my truck the back door was open and I asked the employee if he would close it and he shrugged his shoulders and said "yeah." When I returned the truck the customer service was just as bad. Every question I asked was met with a shrug and a barely audible response. Also, my $39 quote ended up being $92! I will not use U-haul againRENE D.

Sorry to say that the last two rentals were not very good. The first rental on the 20th, the truck windows were very dirty, the driver door was very hard to close, the rear roll up was hard to lift, the steering was loose, the ac fan only had one speed. The gas tank only had a 1/4 full of gas. The second rental on the 23rd was a self check out at 7:30am. I could not get the key since I was surprised that I needed a third party to verify my existence,and the number I gave was called but the caller did not connect with my contact. I had to wait to 9am for the store to open to get a key. I made sure that the attendant washed the windows in and out. The truck was newer and drove well. I left the store and looked at the gas gauge and it was on E so I had to stop and get gas. There seems to be a long wait to get the truck or Supplys by other customers. Probably due to the labor shortage. Thanks.David B.

I believe we were lied to the man was very rude in the beginning I don't know why he had a attitude and when I say lied too I had reserved a truck and dolly for Saturday the 16th when I got there Saturday was standing in lie behind me was other customers I asked for the truck they brought that then said they didnt have a dolly he then handed me other to the other gentleman who was the rude even his coworker said come on man really.border line racist saying o stores not even open yet stuff like that then I hear the lady behind me ask the man I was just dealing with ask for a dolly and he said ya we got one for you he told me and my tio that if we needed a dolly that I guess we would have to buy one I had a horrible experience there returning there stuff was not bad but at least thanks for letting us rent the truck and equipmentMICHAEL V.

0 Customer service, location was empty, impossible to find help. The return person literally watched me drive up and continued to park trucks that had no one in them and had been checked in. The staff was great. The space was clean. I'm glad I chose to rent from this storage facility. My only issue is that it doesn't have an elevator for 2nd floor access. Keep that in mind when your thinking about the items your storing. In this businesses defense, that isn't listed on the website.
