Tried to use the uhaul app to do an early checkout. Arrived at 6am (store opens at 7) App did not work. Logged in to app, followed instructions on app, tried uploading pictures as requested, app would not accept the pictures, after it finally did accept the pics, it took almost 30min for the app to verify my identity. When I was able to report pre-existing damage to the truck, app said truck was not available for rental and stopped. Finally after waiting in the line inside the store at 7:20, I was able to complete the rental through the gentleman at the counter. So much for using the app for an early rental. This put us over 1 hour and 30 min behind schedule. I will never use their app again. The gentleman in the store was very friendly and helpful. This location is ok. just dont ever use their app.

I’ve put in a claim. Haven’t heard back. This was the worst experience I’ve EVER had. They were great in Ohio. But here, AWFUL. I’m still going to keep trying to get answers.

This location was fine but I had a reservation at another location that was closed on sundays not sure why I was able to reserve a uhaul there in the first place. Then spent 30 min on phone with uhaul to be sent to another location where I spent an hour trying to get released but the computer system was not working overall horrible experience, even though the customer service was great the process uhaul as a company is doing is terrible. I’ll be using another company from now on unless something is done about this.

The Fullerton people were great. The Grand Junction people never called to tell me the ubox arrived. When I called them it had been there for 4 days and they said they were busy and we're planning on calling me the next day. This is my 3rd ubox, you would think they would have their act together by now.

The website could have more recommendations to call customer service for any questions, because the customer service agents really explained more of the process (for example the "last available day to access ")

Not really about the location but I ordered a smaller trailer but no where on the site when you submit reservations does it tell you only certain sizes are available for one way travel. If there is that info somewhere it’s not easy to find. Or when you put in where your drop off location is it should only let you see trailers that are usable.

Please update the computer/web speed; it’s not the staff but the computer contract process that is not up to par; It takes forever!!! if it wasn’t for Wendy Weaver and James we would’ve walked out and gone elsewhere. Please commend them both for amazing customer service.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful even before they were officially opened. I had a reservation at 7:30am and they as frustrated as I was (initially) they explained the situation and worked well as a team together to figure things out.

The equipment I rented was two dolls and amidst moving we found only one dolly, just a little frustrating nothing too big. The facility was easy to use and had very friendly staff members.

This is the second time I use U-hauls services and ive had the same results. Sales personnel not heplful at all, cumputer sys is down. Next time I'd prefer to utilize Home Depot's services.

Called the office couple times to change drop off address however I was worried they mess it up so I went to the main warehouse in the area of Lakewood co, to actually make sure it happens. The manager Nicole was nice and professional and made it happen.

Make it a bit easier to rent online. To have to go to page after page asking if we need dollies, blankets, boxes etc, each with it's own page. Make a single page asking which of the above might be needed and then skip those pages if not needed.

This one is tough... your staff there were awesome. As soon as I walked in they were attentive and friendly. Got me in and out super quick. All of them were awesome. My biggest issue was that I drove down there at 7:30am and couldn’t find a place to park. I was planning on leaving my car somewhere around there, but there’s no where to even park to get out of your car. I had to drive home and get a friend and return shortly after. Luckily I live very close, but I can imagine coming from farther and it really screwing up my day.

only had one box 40H and clerical area created 04H. We received and returned. Then received storage box for 04H. A lot of time to get it straightened out. Say they closed the account and credited.

Thank you for the friendly service. Just a suggestion, when folks call 24hrs in advance to access their U-box/container, let them know they need to call at least 30 mins prior the day of for access!

Fullerton handled the local delivery of a box (pod?) we shipped thru U-Haul's East Green Bay, WI facility. Your driver, Meghan, delivered our box very politely and professionally.

I don't even have items in storage with this location, yet they bill me and put liens on imaginary storage units. U-HAUL IS A FRACTURED BUSINESS. By far, the worst storage experience in 57 years.
