The one on 5604 forest drive It was nice the one on 7325 two notch road they denied me the rental because of my driving license being out of state and same for the one on Fernandina street. Customer service tells me one thing and when I arrive to the property they tell me a whole different thing so I am kind of disappointed with those 2 stores.

I rented the 7.5 x 10 ft. unit for almost two years! Always felt safe when accessing the facility. Having carts available to customers is a great service! Very clean and climate controlled space made such a difference! All my belongings were in great shape when I emptied the unit! No mildew or mold. Staff was friendly and always helpful! I will recommend this facility to friends and family and use UHaul again if needed! Thank You, UHaul!

I reserved a truck online two days prior to when I needed. We arrived to pick up truck, running a few minutes behind, once there no one in office. A number for the associate was posted on door as they were out on property. The associate finally lets us in. I am thinking I am going to be in and out because I have reserved a truck ahead of time. Well it did not work out that way. I was told that someone had checked in a truck, it was the incorrect location that they returned it to. Truck had to checked in, cleaned out and the truck had to be transferred to their location online before releasing it to me. Wait what, I reserved a truck online two days ago, U-Haul says its guaranteed or you get $50, had this party not turned in a truck in the wrong location I guess I would not have had a truck for my move in, where was the truck that I had already reserved with my CC two days prior? We were now about an hour or so behind and I was stressing. Associate was pleasant and gave me an extra hour for having to wait so long. My stress level returns when I go to turn truck back in and the store is closed by 5 pm. I think that hours were posted incorrectly. I expected to show up and turn my keys in to desk, we parked truck and put the keys in door. I was there with another couple and they did not know what to do either. I then realized after I left that there is this whole online check in for after hours after I have already parked, locked truck and deposited my keys at office. Needless to say, it was already a long hard day, I would have appreciated a heads up with the logistics and what time store closes etc.

The drop off for the truck was great but when we went to get our storage unit we were given a unit smaller than what we reserved. The lady told us that the system will double book units and there is nothing she could do except give us a second unit that we would have to pay for. Now we did get the first month free on both units since we rented a truck but we will now have to pay over a $100 more per month than we were quoted.

It's a shame when you book your rental at one location, close to your house only for it to be changed. That's extra mileage and money from your customers, totally unfair. 20 miles extra for me due to a location change.

I originally reserved at the 2826 two not h road location for 6/27/21. The store was to open at 9am but no one was there and doors were locked with people including myself for over an hour. Customer service gave us all the run around to where we all just went to other locations. I'll never do service with the two notch store if uhaul at all again because of this nonsense

More accurate fuel level by the employee, I found that the level was marked half a tànk when it was 3/8 but I did not have time to go back so was charged for fuel when I brought it back even though it was filled back to that level.

I was given a Uhaul that no air conditioning and was not given a heads up about this at all. I did say something, but nothing was done about it. Considering I live in South Carolina and it was 100 degrees yesterday I can say I am still not happy at all. When I rent a Uhaul it should be the same service as if I just rented a car, and everything should work, especially air conditioning in the summer time.

1. Uhaul changed my pickup location which was out of way from what I reserved. 2. Reserved a 10 ft. truck well in advance, was given a 15 ft. truck due to what was explained as "inventory constraints" from prior reservations. Specifically wanted a 10 ft. (wanted a van but could not rent for one-way) to drive from South Carolina to Philadelphia (12 hours on road). Poorer gas mileage, ease of driving for long haul. So, went from a van to 15 ft truck. 3. Truck was unsafe. Could not adjust side mirrors which were rusted.

This was NOT the location I originally requested equipment from. This was the secondary place. The lady/staff was very nice and pleasant, She had the trailer ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The entrance to the area was difficult to access .I was told I would get a credit/reduction on my rental for the first place not having my trailer when I arrived. I have not seen the credit on my account yet.

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. Rented a cargo van yesterday and it was clean, ready to go and made my moving so easy! Text and email instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Checkout and check in were streamlined which took a lot of stress out of the process. Highly recommend U-Haul at Fort Jackson.

The vehicle smell so strongly of marijuana and had I had time to go somewhere else I would have. I cant believe I had to pay as much as I did and have to ride over 200 miles with my mother in the truck I rented from uhaul. Please at least try to clean the vehicle before you rent them if they smell like drugs have been used in them. I'm so thankful that I did not get pulled over by the police because the first thing they would have said is (WHERE'S THE WEED)! I paid enough money to ride in a truck that was clean but that was the only one available at the time. You dont have to worry about me ever renting from you again.

The gas tank was not full but a bit above 7/8 . i tried a long time to call you to let you know. I have to hold very long and was repeatedly disconnected. I did fill the tank and was reimbursed as I had only used a gallon of gas. I have never had a rental truck that was not full when I picked it up. Otherwise everything was perfect. I would use you again and definitely reccommend your company.

I returned my vehicle on 2/13 at 3:45 to the employee on duty. I was told by her that she would get it closed out and I would receive an email with my final receipt. I reached out to uhaul on Saturday night because I still had not received a receipt. I never heard back. My receipt was sent to me on Sunday , 2/14 at 11am, stating that I returned the vehicle on 2/14 at 4:41pm. This is obviously untrue. My receipt also stated that I drove 19 total miles. This is correct. What is not correct is that It states that I used 6 gallons of gas. I spoke to an employee on Sunday afternoon. I was told the manager would be calling me in the morning to address the situation. I called at 10:30 today with no answer. I have a reservation to rent another truck on Wed this week and have never had issues like this with past rentals. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. I expect uhaul to make this right . If not I will have no choice but to dispute the charges on my credit card and find another truck rental option. I am awaiting your call.

Customer service was horrible, I made reservation from home got there and the lady pulled up an account from 13years ago which I have already discussed and settled the matter a year ago. I've rented from u-haul since because of prior agreements, u-haul got stuck in mud 13years ago, I also paid uhaul insurance during the leasing of vehicle. I had to be insulted, and humiliated and pay addition $100. The lady was also lazy, the gas meter was not the same as the mark on contract. That was unprofessional to handle the transaction with no remorse or consideration for customer, replay video camera the night I rented the truck. I walk back in the building please watch. Unprofessional

I had placed my order to pick up at a location on Sparkleberry Lane. About 90 minutes before scheduled pickup, I received a call that my order had been moved to another location, which was 30 minutes away. This was very inconvenient, and I think the company should have made an effort to get the truck to the original location.

They showed a cargo van in stock. I get there, the young lady said she could not find the key. She sent me out there anyway hoping they were in the vehicle. THEY WERE NOT and I went back up to the office; she called the mgr and she said, "oh that vehicle is down for maintenance..!!" Not good because it should NOT have been in stock then. Anyway, after 30 min, I finally got a truck (which was better). The young lady was nice and professional and I told her it was not her fault, it was a mgmnt issue. I would rent here again.

I did the pre check in on line but it still took 40 min to get the truck when I arrived. The truck should have already been brought up and ready for me but I had to walk to the parking area and locate the right truck myself.

Pick-up location was changed from Garners Ferry to Forest Drive without any notification by text or email. So we had to backtrack to the new location. Forest Drive location printer was not working and contract had to be emailed to me. Tank was nearly empty (warning light came on after driving 10 miles), although latest reading on contract indicated 1/4 tank of gas present. Worst experience in dealing with Uhaul for over 20 years. Would be nice to go back to having gas tank topped off before returning.
