Thanks for blowing out the previous renter's dust. The rear right door latch needs to be service again as the service previous to my rental was not complete. Thank you.

Manager wasn't able to help with my issue. The app didnt work for my night return, and was charged for it. The gas was returned at the same level on the gauge and was charged. The brakes on the truck were really bad and they do not check their trucks. Leave it up to the customer to do it all, and not well informed how to make sure we (customers) don't pay any extra. Never going to use uhaul again. It's a shame. Penske never let me down.....

Have more people on shift, I waited about 20 mins before being seen by someone. And that was only because another employee had just came in from being outside handling other customers. There was only one person working behind the counter when I first came in and there was 2 people in front of me.

I was quoted one rental fee over the phone and when I checked in to pick up the truck, the fee was about $50 higher. Not happy about that!

I do not like that in the city you only allow for a person to drop off at the pickup location. I picked the truck up in Federal Way, but was moving to Bothell (Over 40 miles). I asked and spoke with customer service and was informed that they would charge me over $500 if I wanted to drop off in Bothell. This is truly a disservice to the customer, and quite frankly a rip off, as you are charging me for miles and gas, just to bring back to the beginning location, versus being able to leave the truck at one of your locations by my new home. I will definitely look for other means when moving versus using your service because of these reasons.

Pure confusion when it comes to knowledge of the product, rates and procedures. “Regional supervisor” are also in desperate need of proper training. I highly recommend corporate review the recordings from the phone calls between customer and call centers as well as onsite employees. One of the most expensive and horrible experiences I have had renting a vehicle!

Great service. Easy check in and check out. Only recommendation is to have a full tank when you rent out. The below 1/4 of a tank isn't real good customer service. I should only have to fill up once. Seems like your wanting your customers to put in more than they used.

Employees were bitching about each other in front of several customers. Annoying and unprofessional- I just want to pick up my rental- not listen to bullshit drama.

The place is disgusting trash everywhere. My wife had multiple homeless approach her while I was in the storage area. She did not feel safe by herself.

Overall a good experience. Staff is super helpful. Hours of access only 7am -7pm 5pm on the weekend turned me away several times in one year of storage. No issues whatsoever other than that.

I suppose uhaul, like all other corps hires from the applicants available, and thus advantaged or disadvantaged accordingly. However the mgr/amgr @ federal way fac should be reviewed by corporate.

I gave 3 stars because I paid for the whole month and I moved my stuff out 2 weeks after I paid for the month and wasn't pro rated. Other storage units I used did that. My review wont matter anyways.

As many times as I have had to go into the office it is always under staffed. At one point I saw 4 employees standing outside smoking and talking, while there were at least 6 people in line.
