After paying over $300 for my moving equipment (not including insurance) the technicians wouldn't even help me get car up into the towing dolly. They wanted to charge me an extra $55 just to help me pull my car up onto the dolly and strap it down. This was also after I called to service line and asked if the employees there would help me with that and they said yes they would (without mentioning it would cost $55 extra). I will not be using U-Haul services in the future if nothing changes.

I did not have a good experience here. While I accept some blame in my situation, the staff member was very misleading about terms of my rental. Maybe he didn’t want to take the time but it cost me.

As I was filling up the gas tank with the truck turned the needle wouldn't move with amount of fuel put in, it took minutes!!!! I put in about $70 worth of gas when I only needed about a ? of that plus a little more for the drive so about $30 I told him about and said they cannot reimburse me absolutely ridiculous, the sensor that senses how much is in the tank too mintues to move and me not knowing kept filling up until it was almost full!!!

I have rented a cargo trailer before. yet when I went to pick it up it was a utility trailer. Your web site is hard to use because if you are clicking on a picture it may or may not be what you are renting. So my $75 rental turned into a $300 rental. Then when I accidentally filled the tank I was informed no refund on gas. Rented another trailer today only to learn it will not be at the location on the website. I will buy a trailer and not use you going forward and advertise my experience with you. Have a great day.

We had a big problem with the cashier-not accommodating at all. She was so unfriendly and rude. Finally I asked for a manager. Nathan was wonderful. He helped us with meeting the needs of our long distance one way move. I totally recommend him as a manager but cashier Mollie was definitely not enjoying her job.

Have more people at register. There was a line and only one register person. Long wait time. Computer kept going down. What I owe was charged to my card, which has never happened before. Last time I was sent a bill and because you guys weren’t given permission to take it out of my account, I am now over drafted. Not your problem but pretty annoying and I feel like a bill should be sent out so that the person can pay it themselves.

The truck has a top L-corner damage. Personal said I was going to received the pictures of the existing damages of the truck to my email or text to my cellphone and never did. Then at drop off location, I was instructed that charges were going to be added because of it. Need a supervisor to handle this s issue.

I went to the store and I could not get the pick up truck because I had a prepaid credit card and this upset me because I only needed that size vehicle so I had to pay more for a bigger truck and cost me more for gas then a pick up truck would have so over all that part really upset me but the people that I delt with where very nice and helpful and understanding.

Jeff was very courteous and helpful when I picked up the truck. I don't blame him but I think it's silly that I had to keep the cover bag in the back or whatever it was on the truck. It got in the way. I knew I wouldn't need it and I never used it. He said he had to leave it on, but he was able to remove the dolly which I also didn't need. I don't plan to rent again anytime soon but if I do, I'll ask before reserving again if that silly requirement is still in effect. If so, I'll shop around more for a place that revomes items I don't need. I also didn't like that I had to point out that the driver's seat was ripped and poked in many places so I wouldn't get charged for that. I did like your app and the pictures before pickup but should have also had a photo or a few of the interior. All else was great.

Nothing!!. I had one small issue with being billed more than i was supposed to be but the issue was resolved VERY QUICKLY. So i cant complain. Things happen so im not upset about it. What makes the situation is how the company handles it. And you guys were great!

When I picked up my rental, I specifically asked the sales associate about when and how it should be returned. If it was just a drop off, or if I needed to check it in. She specifically said that I needed to come back in because they would have to check the mileage for the mileage rate. Therefore, I sat in the parking lot for over half an hour waiting for the store to open the next morning. By the time the doors opened, there was a rush of people and I ended up waiting almost another half an hour just to get up to a sales associate to talk to them. As soon as I did, the sales associate at the desk told me that it was not supposed to be returned inside, that there was a return line outside with a different associate who handled returning equipment. Long story short, I ended up spending well over an hour for no reason because this associate specifically gave me bad information. I was highly disappointed, and frustrated, and no associate at this U-Haul made any attempt to even apologize for the inconvenience. Not sure if I will ever be back. The equipment itself was great, I had no issues with that. However, the service was absolutely subpar.

The check in was super easy and quick. And Jeffery helped us get the trailer hooked up correctly. He was extremely helpful and really good at his job. When we got the cargo to Indy we did notice their was some water on our couch. So had a leak inside trailer. Luckily it didn’t seem to do much damage bc we only had it in trailer for 4 hours but if it was in longer we could have had a lot more damage to furniture.

The gas tank was not on the level they said it was. They said it was at 5/8 of a tank when I got home something told me to look at the gas which I only live about 4 miles away from this uhaul and the gas was more on a 1/2 tank. I called to let them know and the lady that answered the call basically laughed that I made the complaint but said it would be noted. I took pictures at that time, when I got the gas and when I returned it which was a little over 5/8 of a tank but still nothing was done. So I spent 15 dollars on gas that was not even at the level that they said it was. I am not pleased with the service at all

The tongue to the trailer wasnt tightened and almost came off of the ball before we left the parking lot. I had to redo the chains about 2 miles away because that were dragging the ground.

Fire the Enrique Browser. He treats people like they are kids,very rude. Also doesn't know how to properly fill out forms. I was left inside by myself, took 45 minutes to return a truck. I was almost double charged for the rental as well.The worst experience I have ever had from uhaul.

I stopped at the gas station very close to the place I returned my Uhaul and put it back at 3/8 tank where it was when I got it, I had only used 1/8 of a tank. After I returned the truck I got an email saying I was charged almost $20 for gas, because they said I returned it with 1/4 tank in it which is completely false. I called the location to dispute it and the guy gave me the number to his manager and when I called no one answered. He said they charge $4.50 per gallon for refueling but even if they had to put gas in it it does not take $20 to put 1/8 of a tank in that truck even at $4.50 a gallon.

totally the worst prepared people to do business i've seen in a while, left the truck running because they didn't want me to unhook the trailer at my location so I had to drive and get my wife to follow me back down to pick up just the truck and not attach the trailer with my car on it. the dumb asses left the truck running for over a hour burning the gas you charged me for.

1. Only ONE employee there on the last Saturday morning of the month. Ridiculously long line and wait. 2. Was guaranteed a 6 X 12 trailer at 9 a.m., but it wasn't there and didn't show up until after 10. 3. Needed to also rent a dolly, but none were available, so had to buy one.

Nathen the manager over worked - made mistake that cost me $10 on my rental -wrong truck. The Pickup process was a little quick not explaining details but I have rented many trucks -and they were slammed! When I brought truck back mid trip oil change warning message appeared and fuel tank when I gassed up was not correct - I put in what I thought would get me back to 5/8 full and it showed half -I put in 5 more gallons -needle didn't move I put in 3 more gallons and still only showing little over half tank- Show Uhaul Sunday Manager and he allowed the truck back -which I appreciated but can't help but wonder did I get cheated?

I reserved a 17' truck and called twice before my stepson picked up the truck. I reserved it with the $14 Safemove coverage and called the morning before he arrived to stress I wanted the $14 extra insurance. The clerk assured me that this was on the reservation. My stepson inadvertently hit the Safemove Plus at $28. When we returned the truck and I was given an itemized statement, the $28 charge jumped off the page. I talked with the clerk since the reservation and call prior to pickup, I specified what coverage. I was told only the manager could change. Monday, I called and the Manager did not care about my reservation or call prior to pickup, only what button was mistakenly pushed. If I had done it, I could agree but not when a proxy hit the wrong button by mistake. I will never use Uhaul again and will give my opinion to family a d 9friends to look at other companies first.

I tried using the 24/7 mobile option. The truck was “ready”, but I had to go inside and get the key (wasn’t in the lockbox), and they didn’t load the furniture pads that I had rented. I had to drive around the building so they could load them. “Bypassing the line” didn’t work either, the person working the desk was juggling two groups of customers at the same time, so I had to wait until he finished before I could get my key. I assumed the service would speed up the process at the pickup location, instead, it was a sour note for my experience.

It taken me well over an hour to get my uhaul. They told me the price of it and then I was charged a different price. I called the next day to ask why the extra charge and they told me they didn't have time to deal with it. The inside of the truck smelled very bad. No trash but smelled.

I'm not sure if I would order from here again. First of all, the truck I ordered wasn't available that I wanted! I ordered a 10' truck they said was available. Then called me back before I got what I ordered to say they had a 20' truck for the same price! I couldn't fit under the awning at American Freight where I only picked up a bed w/a Box Spring. I was supposed to be getting a sectional living room set. But they didn't have it available! I'm gonna need another vehicle for hauling. Do I come back? If I could get a discount I'll be sure to come back in 2 weeks or so!

Rented a Uhaul to move to Florida tried to get a 10 foot Uhaul. Tried and tried to no prevail. Ended up getting a 15 foot Uhaul. I was worried I could drive it but it handle very well and gas mileage
