The website double books equipment and trucks at the location. When I showed up for what I reserved, it wasn't available so I had to go with the only truck they had available which cost way more.
Brianna G.I definitely had an older truck, which is okay, but the headlights were terrible and it was a bit scary at night. Everything else was great. FYI, the headlights were just facing in bad directions from what looked like previous accidents.

Joushua R.Ten minutes late to open. Reached out to the manager via Facebook as she has her name on the door and her job listed on her profile. I was literally standing in the rain waiting for the store to open. She replies that her number is ALL OVER the store and Facebook is not an ok way to contact her. She throws in sorry my employee was late. Ten minutes late then another ten to get ready to serve customers is beyond ridiculous and the manager should have been more apologetic. The employee was friendly and good at her job but the manager was rude for no reason. The price we paid was ridiculous. The manager could have ignored the message and not tried to get an attitude. If she wants people to contact her via phone she should put her number on the door and make sure her employees are ready to go when the store opens. I can tell by the behavior of the man maintenancing the trucks that this is not the first or hundredth time an employee has been super late opening the store and he's had to deal with it!

john B.Mark at inside counter was extremely RUDE and acted inconvenienced when I "bothered" him trying to finalize my move-in. He took one look at my appearance (tattoos,facial piercings) and treated me poorly UNTIL he realized I really was a paid customer who is also a disabled US Army veteran. Then he was suddenly helpful but the damage was done, I would NOT recommend this site for storage needs and I'm a level 6 Google Maps Local Guide so I will reflect this information there so others will be wary.
Laurel R. | Online Move InThis is the biggest uhaul place in town... they also have the biggest attitude problems at this location. I have to deal with that every time I go there. I have actually been here many times and I was hoping it was off days, but it's actually exponentially worse now. Every time I go back, they have something new for me to do to rent a trailer. It gets very frustrating when we cannot have a streamline process for repeat customers. The check-in and check-out process is TERRIBLE! I hope you guys figure it out, but I'm planning to complain to district management about this location!

So I had to take it back wait several hours for another truck to come back. Was told I would receive discounts for the inconvenience, but in turn was charged more than I was quoted. Would not recommend.

Crystal O. | Overall ExperienceThe truck I ordered was not ready when I arrived and I was not notified in advance. It took two calls to support before I could get a truck, at which point nearly an hour had passed since I was supposed to pick up. In that time, I had a U-Haul employee on site tell me I should leave because they weren't open yet. The 15' truck I received was smaller than the 17' truck I had rented and did not have the utility dolly I had ordered. I was told I would receive a refund/discount due to the problems but did not. I noted my complaints in the online form as a dispute of charges when returning the truck and was told I would be contacted regarding them but was not and my card was charged anyway. Overall, my experience was very negative and I am extremely unhappy with the product and service I received.

Jacob A.Make pricing easier to understand. Even when disputing a price for an advertised deal that I was not given, and then charging my bank before I could even dispute it. Also, they left a hold on a transaction in my bank account even after charging me the full amount, which caused overdrafts. No one has continued to help in my dispute for an advertised deal that I did not receive. No communication either. Expect to just pay more than what you see.

JOCELYN J. | First ImpressionsThis U-HAUL facility is very proximal to USI which makes the storage unit convenient. There is one observation I will provide. Itās a management issue. As I referenced earlier, this U-Haul site makes it a high target location, especially on a Saturday and the first Saturday of the month. Unfortunately, there were only two U-Haul staff present: one that handled finalizing the reservations and one that checked in and checked out the equipment. This Riverside Avenue facility, on May 06, was almost standing room only! Both of these individuals should be commended for their incredible and outstanding customer service under very stressful conditions! They should further be provided with a paid day off in recognition of their manifesting the values of the U-Haul community. Not one time did their demeanor of service and attentive assistance waver! Not one time! While I know these facilities are locally owned, management at the micro and macro levels should ensure their facilities are sufficiently staffed, especially when itās the first Saturday of the month.

Edward F. | Overall ExperienceThe website is very misleading. The unit we rented said 1-2 bedrooms with about 1200 sq ft. Went to pick up the lock and the inside signs said a studio. The unit barely would fit a studio apt. Asked to upgrade to a bigger unit and was told none were available but I could rent a second unit if I needed. She said I could do it online since it was closing and I wasn't 100% sure. Moved in what I could and rented a second unit. I came with my bigger furniture to move in the unit, but couldn't access the ramp to the second floor because it was after 7pm. But I was told I would have 24 hr access to my second floor units. That was another lie. Called the GM like the sign said and she was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Basically it was my problems. She never even apologized for the inconvenience. Told me to carry it up the stairs. I'm 4'11" and it was a French door refrigerator. I needed these units for a few months but I'll be taking my business elsewhere next month. And I'll be reviewing your business on yelp, Google, FB and every other site I can find.
