I went to pick up the truck I waited more than half an hour. Back of the truck has dirt, Also sitting areas was full of dog hair, floor and dash board was dirty. When I ask to stuff they said, they don't clean the truck winter time, because if they clean it people can sleep inside. I have dog allergy, I ask disinfectant wipes to clean by myself, they gave me plastic bags to sit on it!Ayten A.

For a company that has been around since 1955, you would think after 66 years in Canada. They would have updated there system applications due to customer change and demand as well as request. On the morning of Sunday November 28th, 2021 I found myself in line at the Queensway U-Haul location in Etobicoke Ontario Canada. While in line I realized that I forgot my wallet at home, luckily my friend was able to place it on his credit card. It was for a trailer rental, prior to completing the transaction I asked the employee if I could change the name to mine and credit card before bringing back the trailer. She said yes it can be done at time of drop off which would be prior to 7am Monday November 29th, 2021. I was finished with the trailer on the Sunday evening and I brought the trailer back. On Monday November 39th, 2021 I was at the location bright and early at 7am to make the changes to the contract and also pay with my credit card. Considering I need to submit the receipt or contract under my name for traveling expense purposes, not under my friends name. The woman took my credit card and proceeded to charge my card with the amount, she failed to change contract name and also address that it was under? She explained once a contract is created it cannot be changed? This goes back to my initial comment how this possible that I am only customer in U-Haul history to request this change? I need this fixed ASAP because I cannot submit this contract under my friend's name I need it to be in my name. Contract# 89140362MICHAEL C.

Great location but no parking at all especially since you can't park at the church. Also you should have more dollies because I book my reservation at the beginning of the week online 10 ft truck with dolly and I didn't get one because I was told it's first come first serve.Michael P.

I had booked uHaul for 11:00 AM. I also did online checkin and got email stating that my truck was reserved, but when i reached the location i was told that they did not reserve my truck. I am a truck driver so I did a pre trip inspection on the truck and noticed that the brake fluid and coolant were both below the add line. The floor of the trucks were cleaned but in both trucks the cup hold area was dirty. I would still recommend this location as the guy was very pleasant to work with and help to find a package that fit our needs. They have boxes and lots of supplies there for a move. Just check the fluid levels especially if going long distances like us.Judith K.

Young person who called himself as J Uhaul did an amazing job. Not just the installation job, but the way he treats customers, explaining details of upcoming job and giving valuable advises. I've ordered installation kit online. By J's advise I've reconsidered part of my selection to install components that are less invasive to my vehicle, not requiring splicing wires, etc. Unfortunately I don't know his exact name, but as a company the U-Haul can be proud of such employees as J.Viatcheslav Z.

When I dropped off the UHaul Trailer Tuesday morning, the young lady was very helpful. She removed the trailer from my Equinox SUV and checked my rental agreement on her own phone. Less than 5 minutes! She even printed out a paper copy of my receipt. I appreciated the help from Casey. Thanks ðŸ˜ŠMark L.

The only issue I had was when I replaced the gas in the vehicle. I followed the litres ratio based on the form that was given me at the time of the rental. And I ended up putting in a 1/4 of a tank too much what the tank needed to be filled up to. So now I am out over $20 worth of gas money that I could of used for my own personal use. The estimate for the amount of gas needed to fill the tank back up to the amount needed needs to be fixed.Ivan M.

I was disappointed upon receiving the final bill to have been charged a $20 After Hours Service fee when the APP would not work at the location to receive my drop-off (which was 10 hours earlier than the actual drop off time). I was also shocked to realize that the odometer was not displaying kilometers ... so my final invoice amount of $498 (before taxes), for a single day rental of the 10' truck, was significantly higher than I had expected passed on the odometer mis-reading of miles rather than kilometres. A relatively minor point too - but the box floor was dirty and I had to sweep it out after pick up and before I could load my furniture. Otherwise an efficient, organized pick up and the staff member that helped me was polite, proficient and professional; and further, she readily accommodated my need to exchange some of the rental equipment.Scott W.

The staff was nice, issues seem to be mainly with the system and Uhaul overall. I have 2 pending charges: 1 that Uhaul can see in their system and the other they cannot. The location had to do a voice verification with Paymentech to get payment for my rental but the Uhaul system automatically charged me afterwards when I had the rental. Seems like the systems aren't co mingled or a miscommunication happened at the location. Waiting to see if the charge will drop off the next business day.Vanessa W.

Very very poor service. They never gave me the price for the u haul and per Km rate that was booked for me for my reservation by the customer service rep on the phone. When I went to pick up the u haul, they decreased the rate for the u haul truck, but charged me more than agreed on Rate per km compared to the reservation rate booked my customer service rep. The staff was very rude and unfriendly and told us to leave if we did not want the uhaul at their price, instead of my reservation rate. They also said that it is first come first serve, regardless of my reservation and said that this is the last truck and they would give it to the next person in line if I did not pay the rate in full. Very disappointing experience. Would never ever go there. They took advantage of my situation.GURJOT S.

Hi - the picture on the website does not match the storage units. I wanted a drive up but you have trucks parked down the middle of every aisle making it extremely difficult to get my car in and impossible to back up into it.
