There is a worker who is typically behind the register who appears to hate her job and people. I've seen her be rude to other people and don't like the way she talks to customers. There is an older lady who always has a smile on her face which is the only reason I came back for a truck. Everyone else was very positive and the service is usually great. I've been to the location a few times and that one worker appears to always have an attitude or on the phone taking a personal call.

I arrived there were 2 guys out front moving trucks, they saw me. I went in building and no one at front desk for 10 minutes. Had to clean cab of truck, not sanitized for covid. Took baby wipes to sanitize and they were nasty. When I dropped truck off, guy was rude. Asked is there gas and that was it. No inspection of truck or reciept. Will never rent a Uhaul product again.

Make sure the internet doesn't go down and have some kind of backup. Maybe have someone else come from outback if there is more than one person in line. Let the customer drop the truck off at another location when they are done instead of bringing it back and putting more mileage on it.

The ladies behind the desk were SO friendly! I left with a smile on my face. And that was so nice after the stress of getting things ready to pack. Plus they always have the right size for what we need. Other rental places we have tried promise one size and we end up with a larger trailer, which we don't need.

Make sure the vehicle is full of gas and not almost empty. It's hard to return a vehicle with the same amount of gas when it's low like 3/8ths of a tank.

The people at this location acted like I was an inconvenience, in fact when I returned to shot another company owner ask where I got it... and I tole them to try elsewhere. I was there for an hour to rent a auto trailer. They were understaffed and the guy did the best he could but there's no reason he should have been there by himself. He was nice and had people following Covid guidelines which I appreciated.

24 hours access should be included in the price. The check in process took way to long, 3X longer then should have especially after having reserved through the phone and having already provided all the information during reservation. The lady at the counter was nice through it all though.

Not certain why it is so, however access to the actual unit is horrible... trying to maneuver a truck next to and between parked trucks and equipment is very inconvenient! Not to mention that there was only an option to back up back past those parked trucks to be able to exit!! Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!

I was rented a 10' truck that had completely bald tires on both sides of front. It was a rainy weekend and I had picked it up before sunup so in doing my walk around I wasn't able to see the condition of the tires. My destination was normally a 2 hour drive but I couldn't go over 50 mph without hydroplaning and each time a tractor trailer passed me I had to struggle to maintain control. I as well as gentleman that checked it in have pictures if anyone would care to see them. The tires were hundreds of miles past the legal limit of 4/32” tread depth which means this truck has probably been “ inspected “ and rented dozens if not more times. When I checked out and told the lady at the counter she made a note about it and apologized to her credit, but then asked if I wanted a copy of my receipt. When I said yes but I would also expect a sizable discount she said I would have to talk to a manager and that person wouldn't be there until tomorrow. This U-haul has it's act together. Everything went very smoothly and the interaction with the employees was very pleasant. I personally think this is the best U-haul I've ever been too for myself or my family. Absolutely outstanding in every way.

wasn't doin alot of driving today, but I remember when the tanks where full to start, kinda sucked havin to grab fuel before even starting, I'm sure it might be a theft thing on your lots ,but was definitely an inconvenience,.truck had its fair share of bruises, also forgot I couldn't get the side.mirrors to adjust at all, made it tough for any lane changes being made, but overall t it did seem to run like a champ...

This was the worst experience and horrible customer service. I rented a truck online, then they called me saying it wasn't available and placed me at a location much further, and confirmed it could still do mobile app pick up. I go to the U-Haul location at 8:15am to check in only to see that I cannot pick this up from the app and the store doesn't open until 9am. I called frustrated with the situation, and the first employee was very nice but essentially said this wasn't her department, so she transfers me to another employee. I was on hold for 22 minutes and at this point I am late to pick up the items I needed. This woman was awful!! She was so rude and condescending. She wasn't listening to my concerns and continued to have me go through the mobile order pick up even after I continued telling her the key is not in the lock box, it is in the store which has not opened yet. I asked multiple times to speak to someone else regarding a refund or a credit on my account and she refused. She said I wasn't doing everything I needed to get my equipment, and she wasn't understanding or listening to me that the key was in the store!! It was so frustrating. I had to wait 40 mins until the store opened and they gave me the key. The individuals working in the store were very helpful, as was the first employee I spoke to on the phone. This review is only negative because of the second employee. I have never written a negative review in my life, but I was truly baffled by this customer service experience.

I won't say the prices are the cheapest....but you always pay for what you get!!!! After 5 (LONG) years all of my belongings still look the way they did when I packed them in. Staff has always been friendly and helpful!!! I will always recommend U-Haul to friends and family!!

The location staff was wonderful. This was a emergency rental due to sudden death. Had rent in-town to clear out house, then long haul to bring few items back. I am disabled and needed help to move from in-town to long haul. They provided names for helpers. The gentleman I choose, Matt Pittman did not want to charge me due to situation. I paid him anyway. My only complaint was having to listen to the uhaul recording EVERYTIME I needed to contact uhaul.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location which in turn caused me to be several days behind on a cross country move and incur many added expenses as a result. Initially I was scheduled for a hitch install and trailer rental at 5:30pm monday the 19th. I was contacted at 5pm that and told that my install would not be able to be done that night. It was rescheduled for the next morning. Upon pick up that evening, when I was supposed to pick up my trailer rental as well, I found that the electrical install I requested had not been completed. This again pushed back my move by another day as it had to be completed the next morning on Wednesday 10/21. The whole experience was beyond frustrating and put an entire cross country move off track, causing late fees on my other rental items, added hotel expenses, a late move in on my new apartment and a day of work lost. Overall, these instances caused me an additional 800$ due to the lack of competence in a simple hitch install that took 3 days instead of an hour and a half to complete. This experience was completely unacceptable.

I liked how there was plenty of trucks to choose from and the app made my pick up quick. It would be nice to be able to drop off just as quick instead of having to deal with an associate. And the instructions on the app arent entirely correct; it told me to park the truck and take a picture, half way into parking an associate told me to pull into the drop off lane so he can process my drop off.

When customers are told drop off is open to anywhere; leave it that way. I spent over an hour trying to return a truck by mobile check in; and had to call customer service 2 times to get the drop off location changed so I didn't incur a fee for dropping at wrong location or extra fees for being over mileage limits.

I am able to say yes to all the questions asked. The area that needs some attention is the moving out of the storage room. A week after I moved out I got a call saying there was no lock on the room. I explained I moved everything and the desk clerk told me she would check it an evidently did not. The following week I received a message saying a payment was due on the 27th of June. I suggest better efficiency.
