I was promised a storage unit by the time I would get to my destination and there was no storage units available. They ended up giving me one that not even a couch would fit. How do you expect to fit a 2 bedroom apartment in a storage unit where not even 1 couch can fit. Plus they didn't bother helping me all they said was too bad, they should have told me that since the beginning so that I could look for something else but instead insisted for me to purchase insurance and a lock. I had to end up paying $250 in another place to get a storage unit. I completely don't recommend this place. U-Haul should have at least tried to help me since it was their mistake for not knowing about what units are available before promising to customers.

From pick up to return the 3 customer representatives I worked with were outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable about U Haul procedure. I could not have been more pleased with my rental experience. Please thank them again for me. Hey, give them all raises!

Ricky L.Drove a hour to this location since it was the only location that had a 5x9 open trailer available. When I got there I was told the system had a “glitch†and they didn't have on but I could take a closed trailer. I had paid people eating on me to help me load it so I have it a try. I drove a hour back some and what o needed to move was too tall for a closed trailer. I drove a hour back and asked for a credit so I could rent a open trailer next weekend and was told no. When I asked for a number to call they gave me the corporate #, laughed and said “good luck with thatâ€. Terribly ran location. Never seen anything like it, unorganized and unprofessional. I've rented over a dozen uhauls but this one was my last. Someone needs to get involved and see what's going on at that location, it's a disaster. 5 hours, $41, plus gas and the guys I paid to help me load down the drain

ola O.I arrived at 9:30 to return my rental van, yet when submitting the miles/fuel photo, the App for some reason wouldnt upload it and had to ask an attendant to help. Was really hoping the return on app would be seemless as it would given me peace of mind. Once I received my receipt, it listed return time of 10:35, almost an hour later than when I was onsite.

I need my $$ back based on my experience of renting your truck. Some of the employees knew that the truck was wrecked out. TOTALLY UNSAFE FIT ANYONE TO DRIVE!!!

ONIX A.The "no wait in line" is not true at all. I definitely waited in line and was never even greeted when I entered the location to get my key. The drop off was rather annoying as the website froze and caused me to start completely over. I would have liked for the gas to have been easier to show at pickup. The sliding bar was never actually accurate. Thankfully at my dropoff a very courteous gentleman asked if I needed help and assisted me with the dropoff and made it a lot quicker and smoother.

I reserved on line days in advance, we are non profit, we organized almost 20 people to help to move another organization. That is why we organized it very well. Then you changed my location to another location 20 minutes away couple days in advance. I agreed. Then the exact day driving from almost one hour away, my wife called to confirm, she dropped me off in the location and what a surprise! The truck I reserved wasn't there!!!!! We lost more than an hour figuring out what to do, finally the lady there helped us to have two units of 15 ft instead of 26 ft I reserved and YOU didn't have. Then almost another hour to change location to drop the trucks since everything got complicated because you didn't have the truck I reserved days in advance. You ending charging me 6 or 7 dollars more for that!!!!!!!!! Plus you weren't able to give us the Tax Exempt! Very very disappointed!

She even hung up in my face and rather than call me back she started sending text messages. Horrible !! Copy of message below: From U-haul: A customer action file has been requested, this request can take up to 72 hours. Someone will contact you to let you know the status. Also- my headset died but I am working on your customer action file, which means its a form to get the managers awareness on the situation to try to get approval for the refund. This will most likely send you and email once I'm finished.

It seemed like no one cared to clean up because during my hours moving my things, one or two workers came by and saw the mess and no one bothered to clean up. If my month wasn't free and I didn't need to store my extra equipment and boxes, I wound have left!

They threw away my furniture, clothes, important documents and everything else that was ruined without notifying me. They then provided me a claim number to make a claim which was eventually denied due to me not having coverage (after renting for a year). I was definitely upset because over $10K worth of belongings of mine were never replaced. Aaron, the manager, showed sympathy for me and offered me two months free, which was a total of $250. It was no where near the amount of what my personal belongings cost, but I did appreciate it. Needless to say, if you rent a storage be sure to get insurance because if not, you'll definitely be screwed!
